  1. Of course it’s relevant. The point is that the lawyer signed the statement on behalf of the client she represents. Her crime is his crime. In fact, all she has to do is say, “I asked my boss if he still had any of these documents, and he said No,” and she’s off the hook. But nothing gets Trump off the hook; his legal representative signed that document on his behalf. So it’s legally the same as if Trump himself signed.
  2. There we go, Mr. Lying MAGA is at it again. You said nobody in the media is reporting on the story that the documents contained nuclear information. I proved you wrong; WaPo reported it. So you said only WaPo reported it. I proved THAT wrong. Now you’re moving the goal posts. Sorry. You lied. You were wrong. You have been measured and found wanting. If the documents were declassified by Trump, why hasn’t he just gotten onstage to tell everybody what’s inside them?
  3. Remember when Johnny Depp had to pay money to his ex-wife because of something Johnny’s lawyer said? Yeah. When you’re in court and your lawyer represents YOU, if you lose, you go to jail, not the lawyer. The lawyer in this instance signed the document as Trump’s legal representative, on Trump’s behalf. That’s how it goes.
  4. You’re wrong again, MAGA! 14 Hours ago, CNN: https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2022/09/07/opinions/nuclear-secrets-trump-mar-a-lago-ghitis/index.html 23 hours ago, Vanity Fair: https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2022/09/donald-trump-fbi-mar-a-lago-foreign-government-nuclear-document/amp 48 hours ago, The Guardian: https://amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2022/sep/06/donald-trump-mar-a-lago-documents-nuclear-weapons-report 23 hours ago, MSNBC https://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/amp/shows/reidout/blog/rcna46638 23 hours ago, Reuters News: https://www.reuters.com/world/us/document-seized-trump-home-described-foreign-governments-nuclear-capabilities-2022-09-07/
  5. Can you write anything that isn’t an outright lie? “At least one lawyer for former President Donald Trump signed a written statement in June [3rd] asserting that all material marked as classified and held in boxes in a storage area at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and club had been returned to the government.” https://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/nationworld/ct-aud-nw-nyt-trump-material-returned-20220813-raubhojynvhg7mrl7dnpn4og3a-story.html This article lists the entire chain of events. You can find this information corroborated by many media outlets. The attorney who signed this was Christina Bobb, who represents Trump and is listed as the Custodian of his records. Her sworn statement is Trump’s; that’s how the law works. She signed on his behalf, placing herself and Da Boss in jeopardy of Obstruction of Justice charges. She can kiss her law career goodbye. Then again, that’s what happens to pretty much every lawyer who works for the man, and it should be obvious that it’s because Trump pressures his lawyers to break the law in his behalf.
  6. How else do you infiltrate? If somebody tried to induce you to kidnap someone, and you went along with it, then you’re a kidnapper. Doesn’t matter that the person inducing you is FBI or not.
  7. Lake Champlain is beautiful and Starbucks Big Macs taste like overprocessed garbage. What I want to know is how on earth did he find anyone MAGA in Vermont. When I was last in Burlington, I got my hair cut. I asked my barber what she thought of Bernie Sanders. She said, “Uh, well… I’m not a big fan.” I asked her why, and she said, “When he started out, he said ‘Tax the millionaires,’ but now, he says ‘Tax the billionaires.’ “ So there you have it: Burlington, VT is too liberal for Bernie!
  8. That is absolutely bullshit. You are just allergic to telling the plain truth. Trump was given a legal, lawful subpoena for ALL OF these stolen documents. He stated under penalty of perjury that he’d returned them all. How is saying that “I have no more of these documents” the same as “continuing to comply”? When they searched his hotel room, some of them were sitting in his top desk drawer with his passport. Not like he needed to look for them. Q told me you should just admit the mistake, MAGA.
  9. Ha Ha, you said the media is no longer reporting this and I proved you’re wrong. MAGA can’t admit to mistakes. All you had to do was admit you were wrong, and even when presented with objective fact of your error, you just move the goalposts. If MAGA is right, then why all the lying? If MAGA is right, isn’t the plain truth good enough?
  10. WaPo reported on yesterday, 6 September, that some of the seized documents pertained to another nation’s nuclear capabilities. https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2022/09/06/trump-nuclear-documents/
  11. And yet Trump’s own Attorney General explained why that is standard operating procedure. Suggestion: Next time the government issues you a subpoena, comply with the subpoena.
  12. Compared to that lying criminal fascist Donald Trump? Plenty! A Republican Senator just threatened violence if the fascist is charged with a crime… which he has obviously committed.
  13. Everybody who hates America and freedom will be happy if Trump is re-elected.
  14. You’re the one who doesn’t care what laws the man broke. No law was broken in obtaining a legal search warrant to obtain the illegally stolen classified nuclear documents.
  15. You Are Wrong. Pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, the President does not have the authority to declassify any Classified nuclear-related information. Only the NRC, with the agreement of the DOD, can declassify. If they disagree on whether to declassify, only then can the President decide whether or not to declassify. Also, Trump signed an affidavit stating that no more classified documents remained at MAL. We now know this is untrue, so he’s committed perjury and obstruction of Justice. Page 90:
  16. Ya, right… didn’t expect a Trump supporter to be able to answer a question that a second grader could answer.
  17. Oh? So only houses can be defended? Not… Schools? Not… The President? Not… The Vice President?
  18. How can I prove that? And what does it have to do with Biden’s speech?
  19. Me: Provides Facts. You: Provides Conspiracy Nonsense Let me ask you a question so simple, a 2nd grader could answer it: Since the guy you voted for said that careless handling of classified information is “the worst crime” (his words), and ran for office promising to jail people for it, and signed a law strengthening penalties for it… why WOULDN’T the Justice Department take the most basic of steps in getting back classified information from someone not authorized to possess it? They didn’t even charge the guy with a crime. He signed an affidavit swearing that he’d returned all of it, then a witness came forward saying he hadn’t… so why shouldn’t the DOJ get this material back? Obviously, ASKING the jackass wasn’t working. There weren’t “negotiations.” There was nothing whatsoever to negotiate. NO RECORDS he created while in the White House were his property. None of it, especially the top secret nuclear secrets of a foreign nation. The excuses are pathetic, which is why you’re resorting to conspiracy theories, make-believe and outright lies.
  20. Here you have a thread listing one conviction after another. But, let’s be honest, ANYBODY can become a Republican or a Democrat. You don’t have to be accepted or take a test. On the other hand… Look at the massive number of criminal convictions in the Trump Administration. It’s mind-boggling. And during the Obama Administration… there was a Secretary of State who got her emails on her iPad. That was the big scandal.
  21. In May, the President affirmed that Mr. Trump had no executive privilege over his Presidential documents, and that was that. Everything else is pure conjecture and fantasy. “But he could have known…” is not proof of anything, it’s just conspiracy theory BS.
  22. Any rioting is wrong.
  23. What was the unarmed woman doing when she was shot? I believe she was breaking through a barricade into the US House of Representatives. You guys are so full of “Stand Your Ground” and “Defend Your Castle”, and when someone is VERY CLEARLY breaking into a building and there is a very clear threat to human life, suddenly defense is murder. You can’t have it both ways.
  24. Whatever. You gotta admit, their pansy-ass LARPY “militias” are nothing to be afraid of.
