  1. Stop yapping and fix my laptop, nerd.
  2. According to what? The Presidential Records Act says he isn’t allowed to have ANY of it. It belongs to the People, and must be given to the National Archives. Again, what Federal Law says the ex-President gets to “negotiate” when handed a subpoena? Where does the law say that an affidavit that is signed “Under Penalty of Perjury” (a felony), can be an outright lie? I’m telling you what THE FEDERAL LAW says. You can look it up and read it. You’re telling us what a bunch of right-wing liars are telling you. They’ve been lying to you for years and you refuse to believe it.
  3. Let me ask you something: As a so-called “patriot,” do you agree that, if the information pertains to either nuclear secrets or espionage methods, informants, etc… extremely clandestine things… should that material be made available to the American public in order to get Trump off the hook? Because if it is not classified, then it MUST be public.
  4. Half of IQ’s are under 100. Their guy captures all of them, so the rest of the GOP only needs another 5 or 10% of the votes after the sub-100’s.
  5. And when push came to shove, on January 6, the Trumpsters ran away like a bunch of babies as soon as one single shot was fired. They are pretend, chickenhawk soldiers.
  6. Where did you learn this? 1) Filed affidavit claiming he had no more classified material. 2) What negotiations? It’s non-negotiable. He had already been served a subpoena to return the documents. You don’t “negotiate” a subpoena. You try it sometime and see how long you stay out of jail.
  7. Unlike TFG, Biden’s published his tax returns. What great wealth is in there?
  8. Funny… I read The NY Times daily, and they rarely write about Biden. They cover Trump almost every day, though.
  9. No, No, No. You put those words in quotes. You said that a judge stated those words. Not true. Stop with the lies. When you put words in quotation marks, by definition of the word “quote,” it means word-for-word, verbatim. Dude, you have no integrity at all. You’re just spouting lies. You have no concept of honesty or truth or facts. Telling me a judge said something similar doesn’t matter, ok? You put the words in quotes and nobody ever said such a thing. I gave you the option to back out and apologize for making a mistake, but you’re too MAGA for that. I get it: If you post something, we can all assume it’s lies and BS that you made up. That’s what you’re about. I’m just letting everybody know that’s who we’re dealing with. Zero integrity, zero honesty.
  10. Nothing in my statement was false. Trump appointed Acosta knowing full well that Acosta had given Epstein this plea deal, and Trump defended it. Of course Acosta wasn’t a Cabinet Secretary at the time of the deal; Cabinet Secretaries don’t make plea deals (unless they are the accused). I did not say Acosta was a Cabinet Secretary at the time of the plea deal; he was a prosecutor at the time.
  11. Sure: Trump Defends Labor Secretary Acosta Over Epstein Plea Deal "President Trump is standing by Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta, at least for now. Acosta is facing calls for his resignation after new sex trafficking charges were filed against multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein on Monday. Back in 2007, Acosta, who was then a U.S. attorney, oversaw a plea agreement that gave Epstein immunity from federal prosecution and allowed him to plead guilty to lesser state charges. At the time, Epstein was accused of sexually abusing young girls. Asked about Acosta, Trump said the plea deal happened many years ago and that he did not think this was a decision that Acosta made on his own. "What I do know is that he's been a really, really great secretary of labor."
  12. Sorry, that's not how you provide a cite. See, you said the judge said this: "So egregious that it cast a shroud of doubt over every FBI investigation ever conducted". But the judge did not say that. YOU are saying that lying is a terrible bad thing, and yet you have been deceitful here. So, let's pretend it's Christmas, and I'll give you a do-over... just say, "Opps, my bad, I mis-quoted the judge." And that will be fine with me, as long as you follow the one rule of apologizing: Do not ever use the word "but" in making an apology.
  13. For example: I steal your car, and I put it inside my windowless garage. You believe that I stole it, so you tell the police. They ask me if I have the car, and I tell them no. But then, they ask my cleaning lady, and she tells them the car is inside my windowless garage. Based upon witness statement, they get a search warrant, search my garage, and there's your car. They didn't draw their guns, they didn't burst in, they just knocked on my door. I wasn't home, but my cleaning lady was there, and she opened the garage because the warrant said so. So, here are my questions: 1) Did they "raid" the house, or just serve a search warrant? 2) When they took your car and gave it back to you (or, maybe they kept it as evidence), did they unlawfully "seize" it from me? 3) After finding your stolen car in my garage, should they tell me to have a nice day, or should they put handcuffs on me, cart me off to jail and charge me with grand theft auto? Got it? Now, replace "car" with "Documents belonging to the Federal government," and tell me what's different.
  14. Conservatives are all closeted homosexuals who are so terrified of admitting their homosexuality that they over-compensate with false macho behavior. They LARP around, dressed like soldiers, obsessed with owning macho guns and hating gays, because gay men represent who they are afraid of being. Me, I’m a liberal. And I’m comfortable with my sexuality. I don’t need to hate gays because gay people don’t make me feel threatened. And I don’t feel threatened by black people or immigrants, because I have a great public university education that lets me work at a good, high-paying job. Because the government saw fit to fund public universities with outstanding professors, I’ve never had a qualm about paying taxes. My government invested in me, that lets me make a good living, and I’ll pay back that debt the rest of my life. Fair enough. But, back to conservatives, if you guys have urges to have sex with other men, you really ought to. You’ll feel a lot better once you get it over with. That’s what I’d do, although I’ve had rectal exams before and it doesn’t excite me at all, but whatever floats your boat…
  15. Wasn’t it a Trump Cabinet appointee who oversaw that investigation and gave Epstein the plea bargain of a lifetime? And isn’t it the plea bargain that ended the investigation?
  16. Can you give us a link to that judicial ruling?
  17. Why don’t you prove it’s true, instead of making an outlandish claim and declaring that if so-and-so cannot “prove” it’s false, then it must be true? That’s nonsense.
  18. Donald Trump never had public approval of 50% or more and he was often in the 30’s. No surprise he lost re-election. Biden’s numbers have been steadily improving for the past eight weeks. But approval ratings have nothing to do with whether Donald Trump should be charged with a crime, just as any other US citizen.
  19. And yet, golly darn, you can’t find that law for us, can you? Lemme mansplain this to you: When somebody violates a law, they get arrested and charged (Executive Branch). Then they go to trial. At trial, the Prosecution (Executive Branch) convinces the Judge (Judicial Branch) or jury (the People) WHETHER A LAW WAS BROKEN (Legislative Branch). THE PRESIDENT DOES NOT MAKE LAWS. And there is no law that says “stealing classified information is illegal” or “the President decides whether information is classified or not.” You don’t understand the law. You clearly have not read it. You’re just listening to the lies that conservative media is pushing on you. Don’t be their puppet. Read the law for yourself. Here: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/part-I/chapter-37 ”Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer— Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”
  20. And if it is declassified, why hasn’t it been released to the public? Federal Law does not mention the term “classified information.” Whether the Government classifies information or not is not relevant as to whether the Espionage Act or the Presidential Records Act has been violated.
  21. To be honest, I think Treebeard asks an excellent question. I had a religious upbringing that let me ask any question. I was never told to not question. Lot offered his daughter to be raped by a gang of evil men, to spare his guest the same fate. The best conclusion I can make: The Bible says some very odd things. It’s just that simple.
  22. So you’re complaining that I “misinterpreted” the Old Testament but here you have to refer to somebody else’s book to help you find the truth you WANT to find, when the words of the Hebrew Bible are very clear. To wit: The men in Gomorrah wanted to commit the crime of RAPE.
  23. Cite? You said there is no evidence, but the FBI did in fact obtain government property as a result of conducting a lawful search. In fact, they obtained evidence of a crime from the material which was voluntarily returned as well, but it did not seem they were included to prosecute.
