In the first place, the Director of the FBI does not take orders from the President, and in the second, even if he did, it is up to a judge to issue the warrant.

I do not understand. Let me be clear about something: I did not vote for Hunter Biden. If he broke one law or ten, he should be prosecuted and convicted. I don’t think it has anything to do with his father or whether progressive policies are right for America. It has nothing to do with anything, really. It certainly has I nothing to do with the classified documents found at MAL. As for those photos? They were probably photos of they guy smoking crack, but they couldn’t possibly hold up in court. How could you put a person in prison over a photo like that?

Those photos are not evidence of a crime. He may appear to have a crack pipe in his mouth, but we do not know what is actually inside that pipe. He also appears to be asleep, and so the photographer could have put that in his mouth. Without corroborating evidence, we have no evidence of a crime in those photos. Beyond that? He’s admitted that he had a substance abuse problem and got treatment.

Yes there certainly is. Trump, vis his attorney, issued a sworn statement to investigators stating no more Classified information remained at MAL, and then, agents with a lawfully-obtained search warrant found such information. Now, you may claim that the information was no longer classified, but there is no evidence that Trump declassified it. More to the point, we will learn at some point how significant the information was. If it was of a highly dangerous nature, the release of which would jeopardize multi-billion dollar programs or put US covert agents’ lives in danger, then the “Oh, I just casually secretly declassified it” argument won’t hold up. The WaPo reported that some of the seized documents pertained to nuclear secrets. I agree… we don’t know everything yet. Difference is, I’m a reasonable person and you aren’t. There is NOTHING Trump could conceivably do that would upset you. Which makes you brainwashed, but you don’t realize it.

The thread is about the criminal Trump, who STOLE Federal Government property in violation of, at a minimum, the Presidential Records Act. He was asked to return it and refused. He supplied an affidavit, signed under penalty of perjury, that he had returned all of the stolen material. Then, a lawful search proved that Trump is a criminal lying piece of crap who belongs in jail with his friends. And hopefully Garland will charge him with a crime already.

If I were to believe you, Joe Biden masterminded an election fraud scheme so sophisticated that the CyberNinjas and every GOP Secretary of State was fooled; Biden was so good at crime that no evidence could be found anywhere in the nation. Or, maybe Biden just won.

I think young Biden has admitted to having a drug dependency. But you say these videos are evidence and I say no jury would look at the photo you showed me and convict. I don’t even think it would be admissible. He may be smoking crack in the photo, but you cannot conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that he is. No way.

If that’s true, then Biden is a far better President than Trump. Trump promised to put Hillary Clinton in prison, and he couldn’t even get her charged with a crime. Tell me what you see in that photograph. I see a man holding his fist to his face, with a flame close to his thumb. He may be smoking something. What, if anything, he is smoking is unknown.

Now, let’s be absolutely clear about something; He put those words in quotes. That means he is quoting someone; that someone said the thing word-for-word. I called him out on it and instead of admitting to his deception, he said that it’s ok because the judge said something similar (similar, yet substantially different).

The Secret Service protects TRUMP, not the hotel he lives in. Trump was in New York at the time, along with his Secret Service detail.
