Encouraging Developments Against Zionist Apartheid Regime!
Hudson Jones replied to monty16's topic in The Rest of the World
You need to update yourself. Like President Clinton, Israel and the Likud party now formally agreed that the objectionable clauses of the charter had been abrogated, in official statements and statements by Prime Minister Netanyahu, Foreign Minister Sharon, Defense Minister Mordechai and Trade and Industry Minister Sharansky With official Israeli objections to the Charter disappearing henceforward from lists of Palestinian violations of agreements, the international legal controversy ended. http://www.mfa.gov.il/mfa/mfa-archive/1999/pages/wye%20river%20memorandum-%20status%20of%20implementation%20feb.aspx -

What is your point again? I do call for the eradication of the zionist ideology by rejecting it. Much like how the world came together and rejected apartheid in South Africa. -

No one is defending Boko Haram. Not even Al Qaeda. What point are you trying to make? You were called out for your erroneous attempt at saying that Muslims around the world do not condemn and did not condemn Boko Haram, so therefore, this is an Islam issue and their actions represent Islamism, when it doesn't. You were given examples of how many different Muslims groups, without hesitation, condemned and distanced themselves from Boko Haram. But of course, you failed to acknowledge this. -

This is quite familiar. Knowing that you are unable to comprehend logic, I will respond anyway. Muslims and Zionists cannot be compared in that context. If you are a Muslim, it doesn't mean that you accept what Boko Harem has done. (Even Al Qaeda has denounced this group and its action). However, if you are a Zionist, it's much different. Its definition is as follows: A Zionist is a person who accepts the principle that the State of Israel doesn’t belong solely to its citizens, but to the entire Jewish people. The practical expression of this commitment is the Law of Return. Since the Law of Return is discriminatory, then it's wrong. If you are a Zionist, then you advocate the way the State of Israel was created, including the expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. You cannot be a Zionist and not accept the discriminatory law of return. You will also have a difficult time finding any self-proclaimed Zionist who opposed the expulsion and other discriminatory measures Zionists took in order to cleanse Israel of its "Arab problem". This is why Zionism is a problem and it should be condemned and pushed to be eradicated. -

Islam is a religion practiced by over 1 billion people around the world. Their practices and ideologies differ. Zionism is an ideology. A racist ideology where, in order to achieve its main goal and objective, other groups are discriminated against. This is shown in their treatment of Palestinians both in the occupied territories and inside Israel. -

Really? Show me how you came up with that number. First of all, the 90% statistic is suspect as most of the statistics you throw out usually are. Second, no. Egypt represents a fraction of Muslims around the world. There is no female genital circumcision/mutilation in majority of Muslim countries. So they don't represent Muslims. They represent themselves and whatever interpretation and cultural idea they have developed. -

To blame Islam or Islamism for their acts is basically saying that all Muslims believe what these guys believe is okay to do. That's the kind of stunted argument that semi-literates try to pass, in order to feed the hatred and their agenda. It's as ridiculous as blaming the actions of Lev Tahor and Kahane on Orthodox Judaism. Here is some information on the Mohammed Yusuf, the founder of group: Dr. Ahmad Murtada of the Islamic Studies Department, University of Bayero, Kano has noted in his research into Mohammed Yusuf and Boko Haram that when the Muslim Brotherhood movement in Nigeria arose, known as "Yan Brothers" and under the leadership of Ibrahim Zakzaky, Yusuf joined the Muslim Brotherhood. When the "Yan Brothers" movement split, an organisation emphasising the Prophetic Sunnah emerged known as "Izala ul-Bida wa Iqamat us-Sunnah" [Removing Religious Innovation and Establishing the Prophetic Sunnah] and Yusuf was part of this movement for a while. A split then occurred among three mosques which served as the administrative centres of the movement, and Yusuf and his students and followers then set up their own movement known as "Jama'at Ahl us-Sunnah li'd-Da'wah wa'l-Jihad" [The Group of the People of Sunnah for Preaching and Jihad], which would lay the basis for the formation of Boko Haram. The movement is therefore repudiated by many adherents of the Salafi tradition in Nigeria. According to the University of California at Santa Cruz's Paul Lubeck, Yusuf received instruction in Salafism and was strongly influenced by Ibn Taymiyyah. In a 2009 BBC interview, Yusuf stated his belief that the concept of a spherical Earth is contrary to Islamic teaching and should be rejected, along with Darwinian evolution, and the concept of rain originating from water evaporated by the sun. -

Sometimes frustrated politicians can get out of the salesman character and offer sobering and truthful assessment of issues. This is exactly what happened the other day when John Kerry blamed Israel for the problems with the peace process. Kerry walked committee members through the steps that had led to last week’s crisis in the talks – beginning with a decision by Israel to delay a promised release of 26 Palestinian prisoners who had been involved in past terrorist attacks, unless the negotiations continued beyond the April 29 end-date. Both sides worked toward a deal to make that happen, Kerry said. “A day went by. Day two went by. Day three went by. And then in the afternoon, when they were about to maybe get there, 700 settlement units were announced in Jerusalem and, poof, that was sort of the moment,” he said. Of course, now, the US is saying that Kerry blamed both sides in order not to anger donors and lobbyists in Washington too much. The current Israeli government has become its own worst enemy. Their arrogance and disconnect has resulted in more sympathy towards the Palestinian cause. More and more countries are distancing themselves from the Ultra-Zionist regime, which has done what it can to derail any progress in a just peace settlement with the Palestinians. Simply because any kind of negotiation and settlement would result in abandoning their decades long policy of having control over most of the area and to never allow a Palestinian State - Which happens to be part of the platform of the Likud party. Likud Party Charter states: a. “The Jordan river will be the permanent eastern border of the State of Israel.” b. “Jerusalem is the eternal, united capital of the State of Israel and only of Israel. The government will flatly reject Palestinian proposals to divide Jerusalem” c. “The Government of Israel flatly rejects the establishment of a Palestinian Arab state west of the Jordan river.” d. “The Jewish communities in Judea, Samaria and Gaza are the realization of Zionist values. Settlement of the land is a clear expression of the unassailable right of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel and constitutes an important asset in the defense of the vital interests of the State of Israel. The Likud will continue to strengthen and develop these communities and will prevent their uprooting.”

528 people sentenced to death in Egypt!

Good thing Morsi was pushed out and the coup was supported by the West. It's interesting to see that Sisi is backed by Israel. Another Israeli friendly dictator in the Arab world. -
Every time i see palin speak, I am reminded of a research done in Canada: So right-wingers are stupid – it’s official. Psychologists in Canada have compared IQ scores of several thousand British children, who were born in 1958 and 1970, with their stated views as adults on things such as treatment of criminals and openness to working with or living near to people of other races. They also looked at some US data which compared IQ scores with homophobic attitudes. The conclusion: your intelligence as a child correlates strongly with socially liberal views. People with low IQs tend to be more in favour of harsh punishments, more homophobic and more likely to be racist. Interestingly, as these were IQ scores measured when young this does seem to be a measure of something innate, not merely exposure to ‘liberal’ views through education. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-2097652/Does-low-IQ-make-right-wing-That-depends-define-left-right.html

At the moment, to a certain extent, bitcoin may rely on the conversion to fiat, but not always. If a computer tech receives bitcoin for his services and then he uses the bitcoins to purchase a table and chairs set on overstock.com with his bitcoin, then no conversion has taken place for the computer tech. He has only dealt with bitcoin. This is already happening. The beauty of bitcoin is that it cannot be controlled and regulated. This is why governments and banks are nervous about the steady growth in the usage of bitcoin. -

From what I'm reading, it sounds like people don't really know the consequences and the legality (or illlegality) of information collected by the NSA. A federal judge ruled Monday that the National Security Agency program which collects information on nearly all telephone calls made to, from or within the United States is likely unconstitutional. “I cannot imagine a more ‘indiscriminate’ and ‘arbitrary invasion’ than this systematic and high-tech collection and retention of personal data on virtually every single citizen for purposes of querying it and analyzing it without judicial approval,” wrote Leon, an appointee of President George W. Bush. Read more: http://www.politico.com/story/2013/12/national-security-agency-phones-judge-101203.html#ixzz2uq4ywF8L -

Israel is allowed to receive "raw Sigint" – signal intelligence. The memorandum says: "Raw Sigint includes, but is not limited to, unevaluated and unminimized transcripts, gists, facsimiles, telex, voice and Digital Network Intelligence metadataand content." The above includes emails. http://www.theguardian.com/world/2013/sep/11/nsa-americans-personal-data-israel-documents You're okay with your personal emails being read by NSA and for them to hand that over to the Israeli government? -

What Bud said is true. All this typing and quoting and nothing in your post backs up your claim that the U.S. gives this information to other countries and that U.S. and Israel are "exchanging" raw data. Stop trying to minimize the importance of a government which is giving personal information collected of its people to a foreign country. -
I agree that there is a complexity in this situation and that it's not black and white like shady sees it. That said, RT is usually a pretty good source when it's broadcasting information on issues that do not involve Russia. Similar to PressTV and their coverage of non-Iran related stories. However, stories that involve the Russian agenda should be looked at with caution and skepticism.

I am confused as to why you have this personal law and belief about a person who is trying to expose a government who is breaking the law by spying on you and taking away your rights to privacy. Why are you numb to the fact that the government is secretly gathering personal information about you? Why this bizarre selectiveness in your personal beliefs? -
When Do We Say "No" to More Gov't, U.N. and I.P.C.C.?
Hudson Jones replied to jbg's topic in The Rest of the World
The UN has several branches. To say UN is useless is to show the ignorance and superficial understanding of how the UN works and what it does. The UN feeds over 100 million people in 80 countries. You want to get rid of this? The UN has helped close to 20 million refugees. They are now doing what they can to help the Syrian refugees. You want to get rid of this? The UN, UNICEF in particular has helped to decrease the number of deaths for children under the age of 5, from 12 million in 1990 to 7 million to 2011. You want to get rid of this? Not only is UN helping people to stay alive, but they also have programs that educate people when it comes to reproduction and health. This has resulted in a slow down in population growth. You want to get rid of that? Safe drinking water, reducing and preventing the spread of AIDS, the eradication of smallpox and polio, clearing land mines, etc etc... And you want to get rid of those. http://www.democracyarsenal.org/2005/05/weekly_top_10_l.html http://www.iwda.org.au/about/commitment-to-child-protection/ http://www.unicef.org/policyanalysis/index_67099.html http://www.un.org/en/un60/60ways/
