They said that often these smaller conversations are more heavily policed for “thread drift” than some of the threads with a lot of conversation where thread drift seems to be allowed and the conversation drifts all over the place. The Charter is something that is interpreted by courts and never meant to spell out every right in detail within the document. To think otherwise is lacking a very basic understanding of what the Charter is and how it is used.
