New Zealand is still one of the few countries in the world where the police don't routinely carry firearms. I don' think armed gangs and criminals are a big problem in New Zealand.
Canada's 2020 deficit was over 380 billion. That's over $10,000 for every person in the country. We still don't have a budget yet Trudeau is announcing over 14 billion on infrastructure spending and 600 million to buy back guns. It will be two years next month since this government has had a budget. Fiscal accountability no longer exists in this country.
True though, Graham is the definitive political weather vane. He will say the polar opposite of what he said yesterday and doesn't care who calls him on it. The man has zero principles.
I agree. Control has to be an individual thing, both for the person requesting assistance and anyone who might be prepared to give it. Other than the process used, the law should stay out of it.
My point with abortion was the pro choice stance is that individual women are the only ones who have control over their bodies. Hence my question, does that control end at some point and if so, why should it?
So a person who gets shot storming the capital along with people calling for legislator's heads is a martyr but a cop who is killed defending the place is not. So much for the blue lives matter BS.
The Canucks have two 4PM home games against the Leafs and one against the Habs this year.
Against the Habs at home they were 1 and 2. But yes, they have sucked so far but because of their schedule today is the first time they have been able to actually have a practice in weeks. They have played 16 games with eight days off and four of those were travel days. Yesterday and today is the first time they have had two days off in a row since the season started.
