PP has never been prime minister. He’s never been a cabinet member. He’s only been a party leader for a minute. He’s never had a real job to boot. Nice try, not even close I love how you folks cream your jeans that Trump was “a political outsider” before running for president then take the exact opposite position when it suits you.

Russia's asset or not: find one difference
BeaverFever replied to myata's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Are you fukin stupid trying to compare Ukraine defending itself from foreign invasion to Germany attempting to invade other countries? Of all the incredibly stupid things your ignorant dropout as has spouted over the years this might be one of the dumbest. Do you think when USA and Canada joined we2 we just decided to support whichever side was winning? You think peace is about nothing except ensuring the quickest victory for whichever side has the upper han? You prove again that you’re an absolute fukin mor0n. -
Russia's asset or not: find one difference
BeaverFever replied to myata's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You sound like Nazi apologists during the first 3 years of we2 when the Nazis were winning. Besides Russias gains have been small and it costing them massive amounts of blood and treasure for each gain they’ve had. You don’t want peace you want Russian victory that is clear -
You know Trudeau became PM in 2015 right? Why are all your charts only about the period before then?

Russia's asset or not: find one difference
BeaverFever replied to myata's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Waging or about to wage a trade war against all if them Yeah Hitler made the allies stronger too. Hell Hitler is why the US became a superpower in the first place and is the one who made us all allies. US sides with Russia in UN resolutions on Ukraine The US has twice sided with Russia in votes at the United Nations to mark the third anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, highlighting the Trump administration's change of stance on the war. First, the US opposed a European-drafted resolution condemning Moscow's actions and supporting Ukraine's territorial integrity - voting the same way as Russia and countries including North Korea and Belarus at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in New York. Then the US drafted and voted for a resolution at the UN Security Council which called for an end to the conflict, but contained no criticism of Russia. Trump says Russia should be readmitted to G7 WASHINGTON, Feb 13 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday said he would love to have Russia return to the Group of Seven nations, saying it was a mistake for Moscow to be expelled. https://www.reuters.com/world/trump-says-russia-should-be-readmitted-g7-2025-02-13/ Trump turns toward Russia, breaking with decades of U.S. policy U.S. officials have made a series of policy changes in recent weeks that seem to herald a more cooperative stance with Russia: The White House ordered a pause on military aid to Ukraine as the administration carries out a review, a White House official and a U.S. official told NBC News on Monday. Late last week, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the U.S. Cyber Commandto cease offensive cyber operations and information operations against Russia, a U.S. official familiar with the matter told NBC News. It’s unclear how long the order will last. Attorney General Pam Bondi, on her first day in office, disbanded efforts to seize the assets of Russian oligarchs, breaking up Biden-era programs known as Task Force Klepto Capture and the Kleptocracy Asset Recovery Initiative. In a separate directive, Bondi ordered a halt to a federal law enforcement initiative to combat secret influence campaigns by Russia, China and other traditional U.S. adversaries that attempt to sow division in U.S. politics. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other top Trump administration officials traveled to Saudi Arabia last month to start peace negotiations with Russia — but Zelenskyy said Ukrainian officials hadn’t been invited. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna194518 America vetoes G7 proposal to combat Russia’s shadow fleet of oil tankers The US has rejected a Canadian proposal to establish a task force that would tackle Russia’s so-called “shadow fleet” of oil tankers, according to reports last night. In negotiations to agree a joint statement on maritime issues, the US is pushing to strengthen language about China while watering down wording on Russia, the reports said. The “shadow fleet” refers to ageing oil tankers, the identities of which are hidden to help circumvent western economic sanctions imposed on Moscow since it launched its full-scale military invasion of Ukraine at the start of 2022. As well as vetoing Canada’s proposal to establish a task force to monitor sanctions breaches, the draft G7 statement seen by Bloomberg News shows the US pushed to remove the word “sanctions” as well as wording citing Russia’s “ability to maintain its war” in Ukraine by replacing it with “earn revenue”. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/08/america-vetoes-g7-proposal-to-combat-russias-shadow-fleet-of-oil-tankers Trump says Putin launching massive strike on Ukraine is ‘what anybody would do’ Donald Trump has said Vladimir Putin was “doing what anybody would do” after Russia launched a massive missile and drone strike on Ukraine days after the US cut off vital intelligence and military aid to Kyiv. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/mar/07/trump-says-it-is-easier-to-deal-with-russia-and-putin-wants-to-end-the-war Russian officials rejoice after Trump ditches 3 years of U.S. policy on Ukraine Russian officials and state media took a triumphant tone Thursday after President Donald Trump jettisoned three years of U.S. policy and announced he would likely meet soon with Russian President Vladimir Putin to negotiate a peace deal in the almost three-year war in Ukraine. https://www.pbs.org/newshour/world/russian-officials-rejoice-after-trump-ditches-3-years-of-u-s-policy-on-ukraine -
Russia's asset or not: find one difference
BeaverFever replied to myata's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
He’s been successful in weakening and dividing the west, strengthening Russia, and helping them win in Ukraine. And in getting his party to go along with it. Which is exactly what a Russian asset would set out to do. Oh and his tariffs if successful will damage and weaken USA also which is also what Russia wants. -

Hmm who is falsely claiming fentanyl is a pouring over the border from Canada? Who is falsely claiming US banks are banned from Canada? 2020 election lies? Obama’s Kenyan birth lie? Saddam’s WMD lie? There are literally tens of thousands of false claims from Republicans like this. Trump and his minions and mouthpieces are by far the most prolific liars in western politics since 1945 Case in point -

Look. Just because Trump says everything a Russian asset would say and does everything a Russian asset would do doesn’t mean he’s a Russian asset. Lots of these people are just nothing more than gullible id1ots. -
Trump's speech. Live thread
BeaverFever replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Yea, transparently dishonest, corrupt and incompetent -
If only USA had allied with Hitler instead of that warmongering Churchill who refused to surrender, WW2 would have ended years sooner and saved millions of lives. Or at least USA could have pressured to cut off aid to the allies if they don’t sign a ceasefire and give up half of Europe to the Nazis . What a warmonger those allies were.

Russia created, armed, trained funded and ultimately controlled those troops, many of whom were Wagner mercenaries or Russian regular army soldiers on secondment.. Why else would Russia have signed multiple ceasefire agreements with Ukraine over the years prior to 2022. As usual the only clueless dumbass is you Those numbers are soldiers from both sides , stupid. The only “slaughtering” ie mass killing of civilians has been done by Russian troops. 1.so? 2.Putin has shown the same also. What a joke you don’t give a shit about anything except worshipping Teump and now Putin Just like you and Trump want Russia needs China, North Korea and Iran NOW Trump is an accomplice to their coalition. LMAO!!! SAYS THE FUY WHO BELIEVES PUTIN PROPAGANDA Youve cited zero facts just a brutal dictators lies. And I know tou MAGA dumbasses like to throw around random words without thinking about wht they mean but any understanding od the word “cult” can’t apply to people who believe the widely held mainstream majority opinion. YOU are the one with the fringe views. YOU are the one who worships one man above all and allows him to define your reality. YOU are the one supporting a dictator and believing his propaganda over all facts. What’s illegitimate is the propaganda Putin and his little biotch Trump tell to justify Putin’s Hitler-style illegal invasion and annexation of another sovereign country. Oh and you were probably born illegitimate too, weren’t you?

Toronto-Quebec City High-Speed Rail
BeaverFever replied to 500channelsurfer's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Yeah it’s fun to drive but the price is outrageous. Pre-pandemic I would use it maybe once or twice a week, monthly bill was regularly $200-$300. Then I was among the fortunate few who qualified for an “unlimited rush hour driving” promo for $60/month. So I took it for the 4 days a week that I commuted to the office. Monthly bills would show tolls of around $800 were accumulated and then credited off, alongside the monthly $60 fee. And that is with a transponder. Fortunately since the start of covid I work from home 100% of the time. -

Like I said probably a tripwire policy but your criticism speaks to the timing of the proposal rather than the quality of it. -
They invaded in 2014 you dipshit. Russia signed ceasefire agreements on behalf of its proxy forces fighting in Donbas. Which was not the first one it violated Russia and Ukraine make small steps toward peace, but no big leap PUBLISHED TUE, DEC 10 2019 5:19 AM EST Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a "full and comprehensive implementation" of a cease-fire in the Donbass region of Ukraine before the end of 2019, after peace talks in Paris on Monday, but how promises translate into action remains to be seen. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met in person for the first time on Monday in a bid to resolve a long-running conflict in eastern Ukraine between pro-Russian separatists and Ukrainian forces. https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2019/12/10/russia-and-ukraine-agree-to-ceasefire-by-the-end-of-2019.html Do you ever get tired of being exposed as a clueless dumbass? LMAO who is Ukraine slaughtering? Russia is invading Ukraine not the other way around you brainwashed dumfuk. The only civilians being slaughtered are Ukrainians at the hands of Russians. And your “Jewish Nazis” conspiracy claims are beyond stupid, even for you. It’s still people being killed ON BOTH SIDES and you’ll have us believe you’re someone who believes in peace at all costs no matter what, right? And you would have us believe you’re more knowledgeable about what suits Ukraine than Ukrainians and you have Ukraines best interests at heart. What a joke. A ceasefire would not be a blessing to Ukraine it would allow Russia to lock in its illegally conquered territory. Russia cannot last forever it is a small and inefficient economy and needs Trump to cut off aid to Ukrain. The hypocrisy of Trump indefinitely amd unquestionably supporting Israel which prevents any peace deal with Palestinians while cutting off Ukraine is glaring. Your mindless parroting of Kremlin talking points shows what an clueless stooge you are Because they illegally invaded and annexed it, in contravention of all international laws. They have no more right to Donbas and Crimea than Hitler had to Poland or the Turks had to Europe And considering that they claim Donbas is now sRussian territory in what way does annexing it mean their country is not the front line if they keep Donbas? You claim you have beliefs and principles and respect the rule of law but really you’re just another thug who wants the people you like to abuse the people you hate. You really never should have dropped out of school, your clear lack of basic knowledge and reasoning, which most people develop in high school, has left you vulnerable to obviously false and ridiculous propaganda from the world’s most corrupt and sinister dictator. So go ahead cheer on your Russia-China-Iran-North Korea axis all you want, sucker. Maybe if we’re lucky you’ll go emigrate to one those shitholes and learn first hand how clueless you really are.

Trump Delays Tariffs....Again
BeaverFever replied to ExFlyer's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
The completely erratic way Trump is handling the tariff file just shows how absolutely unfit for office he is. The reason for tariffs keeps changing The deadline for the tariffs keeps changing with hardly any explanation Lies, more lies and not a shred of evidence or fact to support anything they’ve claimed Oh and surprise the 10% tariff recently implemented against China last month is going up by another 10% effective immediately. Just because. Now even the amount of the tariffs against Canada and Mexico are up in the air, 48 hours from the most recently announced deadline The latest message from the White House is that the orange emperor will decree a tariff amount that day based on his mood and his fancies and there may be different amounts for different products if that’s what happens to please him in the moment It’s clear they have absolutely no clue what they’re doing or dealing with and policy affecting billions of dollars is based on nothing except Trump’s unpredictable whims and zero knowledge or serious consideration. Its not even imperial rule-by-decree, its rule-by-erratic whim. This is toxic for anyone trying to do business in the US. Imagine you are a US business that has imports or exports somewhere in your supply or distribution chains, you can’t make investments or manage risks when nobody has any fukin clue what might happen or when. Uncertainty and instability are worse for business than any tax-and-spend big government liberal regime has ever been. Trump has already alienated every country except Russia and North Korea. He even managed to make enemies of the Canadian conservative party and the Canadian business community, both of whom are naturally deferential to and reverential of the US by default, with conservatives especially loyal to republicans. It takes a special kind of incompetence for Trump to have screwed that up for no real reason. And it’s barely been a month. The real shitshow hasn’t even started yet -
Tariffs on Canadian Goods
BeaverFever replied to NAME REMOVED's topic in Canada / United States Relations
But obviously the trend predates Trudeau and his reforms which is the point you clearly missed. Bill c-75 was received royal assent in 2019. C-5 in 2022. I am not aware of any other on the topic before those. AFAIK 2016 is when SCOC not Trudeau struck down Harper’s bills Keep in mind after they receive assent there would be lag time before you would see any actual results in criminal outcomes. What specifically are you referring to? What proof do you have that either contributed to the crime rate? I mean PROOF. Heck I will even settle for evidence. Lie. No its not, that is why the judiciary is an independent branch of government. They have no impact. Look at all your red states. High penalties still high crime. You have no evidence to support your argument except that 2 things happened roughly around the same period but of course the crime rate went up years before JTs reforms. Wow there you go falsely accusing ppl of lying again, your go-to tactic when you have nothing else to say. Tell me what did I supposedly lie about this time exactly? So far the only lie in this debate is your claim that “Justin passed laws requiring that all bad guys be immediately given bail even if they are repeat violent offenders,” which is demonstrably false. No I haven’t ignored the truth you’re falling back into your old ways of claiming your opinions are truth. The simple facts are that the timing of the reforms Trudeau made don’t line up with the rise in crime rate and you’re not able to show any evidence that the crime rise due to people out on bail or short sentences. If you look at the bigger picture you’ll see the recent bump in crime is a uptick from historical lows and is still low in that context, lower than it was for most of the Harper years in fact Per JHS: Crime rates remain relatively low by historical standards, and several kinds of crime have declined greatly – something that gets almost no coverage. Overall crime rates in Canada are still lower than they have been in nearly 50 years, and about 40% lower than they were at the peak in about 1990. But declines in crime are not widely reported, whereas increases are. So it is no surprise that most Canadians think, year after year, that crime is increasing. One can only describe kind of editorial as dishonest because it fails to include necessary context. What makes up the increase in violent crime? As it turns out, in 2021 about 40% of the increase in violent crime over the last year was accounted for by one category – level 1 sexual assault, which is a sexual assault where there is no physical harm to the victim, such as unwanted touching. Incidences of more serious sexual assault actually declined. The second largest contributing factor was uttering threats. In 2022 the largest increase was extortion. https://johnhoward.ca/blog/misrepresenting-the-data-on-crime/ -
You wouldn’t have said that in 1939 to Churchill would you? You don’t say that about Israel do you? Surrendering to an invader and ceding territory isn’t peace. If you’re so into peace why don’t you just want Russia to go home? That would bring instant peace, same day. Much faster than negotiating ceasefire and minerals and territorial concessions.

What good is signing away your most valuable resource to someone who’s going to let you die anyway and is likely in cahoots with your killer? The so-called “economic partnership” proposed by Trump was a precondition Ukraine had to agree to without Trump providing any guarantees in return. And Teump won’t explain why he won’t give a security guarantee. It’s like a Nigerian Prince scam: hand over your assets now and hope you’ll get something in return at a later date. And it’s not for nothing that many have noted most of Ukraine’s critical minerals are in or very near Russian-held territory so it may be that Trump has plans to develop it with Russia not Ukraine if its signed over to him.
-
One again you prove that you are as uninformed as you are gullible. Why do you even bother? FACT: In 2019 while Trump was president Russia signed a ceasefire and then violated it a month later you clueless dumbass. Second of all how gullible do have to be to believe Putin the most evil and ruthless dictator in the world is going to keep hos word THIS TIME just because Trump is president when Trump can’t even bring himself to say one unpleasant word about Putin and defends him at every tuen. Trump won’t even off a security guarantee but expects everyone to take Putin at his word. Trump and his administration appointees are so incompetent they couldn’t hold Putin accountable even id they weren’t putin supporters. Get your clueless gullible head out of your ass FTFY
