  1. Once again Vlad, congratulations on your “salesman of the year “ award
  2. What more can be said? The premise of this thread in the age of Trump is hilarious GOEBBELS: Are Jews the real Nazis? STALIN: Are Capitalists the real communists? BIN LADEN: Are Christians the real Islamists? CDN FOX: “They meet the dictionary definition”
  3. So you’re saying the Occupied Territories aren’t currently a “hotbed of hate weapons caches, religious intolerance etc” currently or if the occupation continues, but would be if they had a state that could control theirs own water supply, infrastructure, taxes etc? Are you saying that with your all-knowing voice? Yea because that was a key provision of the much publicized Oslo Accords, something we all-knowing folks like to call a documented fact of history Seriously do your homework and I won’t have to use my all-knowing voice on you.
  4. As I keep saying repeatedly Palestinian Authority recognized Israel’s right to exist in 1993, without Israel doing the same.
  5. I believe “pre-1967 boundaries” is the starting point. It can solved as long as people ignore the radicals from both sides At the height of the last peace process 30 years ago support was 65% ong both Palestinians and Israelis. But then hardliner extremists from BOTH sides sabotaged it, which is so easy to do. And the Israeli PM was assassinated by a radical member of an Israeli youth party connected to Netanyahu’s party.
  6. But you claim that is how the Palestinian territories are now anyway right?
  7. Not the “biolabs” that produce weapons, just the kind where they examine Pap smears taken from twats like you. And anyone with a working brain can understand those 2 things are not at all similar
  8. And he bows out with a completely fake Churchill quote to boot, how typically MAGA
  9. People's World,[1] official successor to the Daily Worker, is a Marxist-Leninist and American leftist national daily online news publication. Founded by activists, socialists, communists, and those active in the labor movement in the early 1900s, the current publication is a result of a merger between the Daily World[2]and the West Coast weekly paper People's Daily World in 1987. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/People's_World You’re a Marxist-Lenninst now? 🤣
  10. LMAO! Another of your propaganda sites which relies on weak-minded fools like you to not know the difference between public health laboratories that exist in EVERY country and actual bioweapons There are dozens of these “Biolabs” in medical buildings in your own home town Maybe Russia should bomb us! Quick let’s storm the neighborhood LifeLabs office before they attack Russia too! Also did you read the disclaimer at the bottom of your article? You’re so simple and gullible….and WRONG
  11. Lmao Wrong about what exactly? It already HAS taken some land back since Feb 2022. Maybe it won’t get much more but it already has taken some and there’s no sign of that changing Meanwhile you’ve been WRONG about an imminent Russian victory for the past 2 years, not to mention your crackpot fake news sh1t about Ukrainian “bioweapons” that were supposedly ready to fire into Russia in a sneak attack.
  12. Again you fail to answer a direct question or post a single fact. You’re just a troll.
  13. Well as the links I posted make clear BOTH statements are true. Alberta and Texas similarly suffer from a lack of domestic generation capacity AND a lack of connections to external grids (which in the case of Texas were non-existent). Alberta’s recent electricity shortage was actually alleviated only when wind a solar came back on ljne a couple of days later
  14. You saw the video. In what way is it bullshit? Explain yourself. You can’t though, can you? All you can do is make generic insults. It’s “bullshit” only because you wish it wasn’t true and you’re not able to say anything else. Honestly, you argue like a child, you should be embarrassed.
  15. Militarily occupying the West Bank and Gaza, building settlements there and administratively ruling over the area, controlling its resources and subjecting it to their laws…. is literally the definition of invading and conquering
  16. There are international laws now, the Age on Conquest ended long ago.As I just finished saying on here: Funny how conservative hypocrites claim to be the party of law and order while being so quick to ignore and disregard any law and order that’s inconvenient for them So let’s try to sort through your hypocrisy do Israel and other countries have a right to security and self-defence or a right to invade and conquer others as it suits them? Both cant be true but you and @CdnFox and @blackbirdare hilariously trying to claim both rights exist simultaneously.
  17. Bullshit? I even posted the video of it. It’s not bullshit and you know it, thats why the only response you can muster is a nonsensical one-line insult. The truth hurts, suck on it
  18. Baloney. Alberta is not desperately trying to go green. Smith out a moratorium on renewables 6 months prior to this grid alert initiated a bunch of gas plant projects Double baloney. Smith has based her entire persona on opposing and denouncing Ottawa generally and Trudeau specifically as much as possible. Triple baloney, nobody has ever said any such thing Quadruple baloney You know the federal clean energy policy only just came out in August, right? But Alberta’s had 21 grid alerts like this since 2017 “Woke” are not running anything in Alberta aka wannabe Texas Alberta wants to imitate Texas and so they also have the same problems as Texas What do you mean AGAIN? They never dod in the first place Fake news on so many levels. No forced shutdowns, no bans, not “before” there’s a viable alternative. The target is 2035 and even afterwards provinces can still build new gas plants. Also NET zero emissions doesn’t mean zero emissions it means emissions are offset. And Alberta is already working with Ontario to develop nuclear power so that will go a long way. Alberta’s energy shortage was due to the failure of two gas plants.JUST TWO. They remained offline but the shortage was alleviated not long after when wind and solar generation improved : Alberta Premier Blames Renewables After Cold Snap, Idled Gas Plants Trigger Grid Emergency Earlier this month, a report by the Union of Concerned Scientists warned that gas plants are more prone to failure in extreme weather events, including heatwaves, cold snaps, and droughts, than utilities or the gas lobby have been inclined to admit. Leach affirmed that the Canadian and U.S. grids can make the switch to largely renewable systems without compromising reliability, but said he understood the impulse to push back on the federal Clean Electricity Regulations. “That presents a really big challenge and I think people have been too quick to wave that away,” he said. Politicizing the Response But that nuanced view of the provincial grid wasn’t very much in evidence in Alberta politicians’ immediate response to the emergency alert. “Right now, wind is generating almost no power,” Alberta Premier Danielle Smith posted. “When renewables are unreliable, as they are now, natural gas plants must increase capacity to keep Albertans safe.” …But by then, CP wrote, the AESO had “partially pinned the crisis on two natural gas generators that weren’t operating, as well as a lack of renewable energy being produced due to low winds and a shortage of daylight at this time of year.” Data posted by Leach showed solar and wind capacity down by 8,130 MW, gas by about 2,600, but in the same newsletter he referred to two gas plants totalling 7,000 MW that were offline. … Renewables to the Rescue In the end, the provincial grid evened out “as increasing wind and solar generation have created some relief on the system,” the AESO posted on social media late Monday morning. “Please continue conservation efforts during peak hours of 4-7 p.m. as extreme cold continues to challenge all of us in Western Canada.” … To say that the renewables are unreliable, I think that’s more of a political statement,” said Sara Hastings-Simon, a professor at the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy. “I would say renewables weren’t generating, but whether that’s part of the problem, I guess it depends on what one says the problem is.” The provincial grid “has to be designed and made up of a set of resources that are going to be able to meet demand at its peak and meet demand at its most stressed times,” she added. “You do that through a combination of resources, certainly looking forward with a goal of decarbonization.” …The real root of the problem, Lourie said, was an entirely deregulated provincial grid, the only one in Canada, with only limited interties to neighbouring jurisdictions. That analysis echoed the experience in Texas three years ago when about 700 people died, half of the state was under a boil water order, and racialized communities bore the brunt after climate change-driven severe weather imperiled the state’s islanded grid. https://www.theenergymix.com/alberta-premier-blames-renewables-after-cold-snap-idled-gas-plants-trigger-grid-emergency/ Alberta electricity operator ends grid alert after more wind and sun helped system https://edmontonjournal.com/news/local-news/alberta-electricity-operator-ends-grid-alert-after-more-wind-and-sun-helped-system/wcm/57a3111e-849f-4be2-a493-1cd0514bf65c/amp/
  19. No not all of them 1) Bullshit that they’ve been the only ones trying as there was sincere effort on both sides. 2)While SOME Israelis have been trying and the last one to do so was assassinated by his fellow Israelis. Some Israelis like Netanyahu and his extremist coalition members have only been trying to destroy any chance of peace and over 75 years have been very outspoken about NEVER accepting a Palestinian state. I bet you have never heard of Irgun, Haganah, and Lehi, some of the more prominent Jewish terrorist groups in British Palestine whose regular terrorist attack against British and Arabs alike were as common as Hamas attacks today. Arab Villages slaughtered not unlike Oct 7, civilians gunned down at bus stops, bombing British soldiers, they did it all. Today Netanyahu and revere these as “freedom fighters” and national heroes but they were not any different than Hamas. No, where in any of this have I ever said Israel should do nothing and just continue its usual occupation?Stop being so utterly obtuse If you honestly believe this indiscriminate bombing campaign and wanton destruction is going to result in fewer terrorist attacks in the future then you’re fooling yourself. As you said the rockets can be easily made and mass produced therefore destroying the ones that exist now is of little use. Also how much do think this months-long military campaign is going to cost Israel ? Do you understand THOSE economics? Because you routinely fail to understand what other people are saying and succumb to emotional responses. Consequently, or perhaps causal to this fact, you have poor logic and reasoning skills. Therefore you assume a person’s refusal to agree with you is based upon their failure to understand you instead of your own flawed arguments.
  20. Perhaps, perhaps not but that’s the only legal blueprint from which they can build everything after that has to go through the usual process of negotiation. Funny how conservative hypocrites claim to be the party of law and order while being so quick to ignore and disregard any law and order that’s inconvenient for them. Second if it was really only about security Israel wouldn’t be building settlements in those territories and moving people in there. Yes of course I know that but it doesn’t change anything. You can’t legally invade and annex territory that doesn’t belong to you, period.
  21. Sounds like you believe indigenous peoples have permanent enduring rights to their land that last millennia and any later arrivals have no right to it no matter how long they’ve been settled there. You must be in the process of ceding your property to First Nations and “returning” to Europe then. No? I don’t, and it wouldn’t matter if I did because that’s not how the law works. Irrelevant. Also overstated as some of these values evolved out of a rejection of religious demagoguery and puritanism. . I wish it were true that “most people today don’t believe in it”. Maybe in my grandkids lifetime but as a species humans are inherently prone to magical and irrational beliefs, perhaps even require them. Humans also have a natural innate need for tribalism and religion is on way to be part of a tribe and hate other tribes. So probably in the coming centuries these superstitions will always be with us, but I suspect that over time as society evolves in unknown ways these beliefs will change so much as to eventually become unrecognizable compared to today
  22. People from both parties are yelling that actually.
  23. Straw man argument. Neither Trudeau nor anyone else has ever said wind and solar should be all they had”. Alberta, which dubiously claims to be an “energy superpower” has an energy shortage. Alberta, just like its idol Texas, has for decades bragged about its privatized electricity system in the name of capitalism, now risks freezing in the dark during a brutal winter just like Texas did. Alberta, who for decades bragged about its privatized electricity system in the name of capitalism, now wants to create a publicly owned and operated electricity provider to save Albertans from freezing in the dark Alberta, like Texas is trying to blame windmills for its energy problems. It’s energy problems are of its own making
  24. If I ever become interested in video games, I just might have to.
  25. LMAO EXACTLY! Putin’s annexation of Crimea amd Donbas is BLATANTLY ILLEGAL AND A VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL LAW. There’s a war being fought over it amd Russia is under massive international sanctions, you might have heard. The Israeli occupation of West Bank and Gaza is exactly the same kind of crime. Now good luck convincing Israelis and your fellow conservatives of that but get ready to have them scream at you because your argument isn’t helping them it’s the opposite. Sorry that’s made-up nonsense you’re spouting. “Occupied” is a simply an adjective you can pair with any noun: an occupied seat, an occupied bathroom and so on. When a military force occupies something that thing is occupied. When Israel was created those territories were not part of Israel they were officially designated as Palestinian (“Arab”) they were not simply uninhabited and uncharted voids on a map.
