I find people who pretend to quote the bible to condemn it often aren't as smart as they'd like you to believe they are. Such people don't expect you to read the quote then all the surrounding verses to get the full context. Mark 12:3 is part of something called 'the parable of the tenants.' Christ tells the story of landowner who takes some land cultivates it and walls it off, then finds some tenants to tend it. When harvest time comes the tenants beat and eventually kill the people sent to collect the landowner's share of the fruit. They even kill the landowner's son. So Christ asks the listener's: So God is like the landowner who walled off his land let people in to look after it. He was abused so he got rid of them and brought in new "tenants." OK, now that we all know the story tell us again why we as a nation aren't allowed to have borders and laws regarding immigrants. Explain to us again how the bible tells us not to.
