I don’t think you understand how geopolitics work. Countries don’t have friends, we have interests. -

Sort of. No one really lives up north though. At least not yet. -

But let’s not forget the deadbeat nature of Canadians and European . They need to have a fire lit up their arse before they’ll move. -

I don't know why the Danes and Canadian haven't figured it out. If they don't want to get invaded... do a better job at protecting it's border. Seriously, America would much prefer it if both countries could defend it's own territory so we wouldn't have to expend the manpower and money to do it for you. So take the threat of an American invasion as a gesture of good will. -

Is that supposed to be a serious challenge? The US is already occupying Greenland militarily. It’s one of the most heavily armed territory outside the continental US. Their 50000 elderly inhabitants isn’t going to be able to resist. There is no way for Denmark or ANYONE to take Greenland back. It’s just a formal declaration of sales and receipt for record keeping that hasn’t happen. -
The Golden Fleet

The navy did a study and realize that in a modern, near peer, conflict they would be out of missiles quickly. This is why they did not retire the Ticonderoga destroyers with the modern Ddg ships. This is the real reason behind a larger missile barge concept. Also America is a blue water navy. We need range and lethality, requiring larger ships/tonnage. That being said. Don’t forget the lessons of WWII. Planes beat ships. And the US is unmatched in aviation even with the entire world combined Air Forces. Our planes will blot out the sky. Consequently, our aerospace industrial complex is world class and healthy. In the event we needed to, America can spit out planes like candy on the assembly line. @ExFlyer -
America’s ship building capacity has been in terminal decline for some decades. This is vital to securing America’s future in a deglobalized world. War is coming. America need to rearm at war time speed. Trump will be ushering in the golden fleet as the first major rebuilding effort.

I guess the guns are just going to jump up off the table and start killing people on its own…. OP your premise is…for lack of a better word…retarded. Don’t blame America for your own Canadian on Canadian crimes.

Well that settles it then. Canadians therefore are, brown noser. How else to describe a group of people who are preoccupied with this supposed dung heap; more so than its own inhabitants. See that’s the problem with Canadianism/anti-americanism, it’s indefensible. I don’t know why you all insist building your cultural identity on quick sands

Carney is wrong: Free Trade with America is good
paxamericana replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Let me know when Canada starts behaving like a good neighbor. When your national pastime isn’t pretending to not being Americans then maybe we can have some serious conversation about trade and how to leverage Canadian resources for American businesses. -

Yes who would have thought a food made by North Americans for Americans would be popular in America…. More evidence of Canadian dissonance! -

Really since when did America needed anybody’s permission… The current border exits because of geography. America took the best land. The Mexican and Canadian got the worse land on the continent. This is the reason why they have a weak central government. Trade being a prerequisite for a stable united society. -
Let us know when Canada quit the cucklery. NATO need to rearm. The peace dividend ended when us American decided to stop holding up the ceiling for all you cucks.
