  1. This is just one instance. There have been many like this in Europe. This is why when apologists say Muslims don't want to change our country into an Islamic hellhole, they are full of crap.
  2. Google is your friend. http://nationalpost.com/news/canada/plan-for-muslim-only-suburb-in-montreal-is-discrimination-quebec-premier-says/wcm/7c5614ca-3328-456f-a945-455d07ef995b At least they will allow Western women to "choose" whether they wear a headscarf. Although the "choice" is always similar to a mugging: "Your money or your life" Oh yeah, and no more having a beer with your neighbors on a hot Saturday afternoon - you do that in your house, you immoral heathen!
  3. Yes, I get that Canada didn't do enough to get him out of Gitmo. I get that he's not being paid an inordinate amount of money "for" being a terrorist. But he IS a terrorist. Who was caught red-handed. Sorry, but I really don't care about the rights of terrorists as much as you do. And you have no idea if my opinion isn't true. He had many opportunities to quit being a terrorist, to surrender, to not be there in the first place (he didn't want to be left behind with the women). He chose to continue. I still say that at some point prior to being captured, he ceased being a "child" soldier and willingly became a terrorist.
  4. While I disagree with some of your opinions, I do agree that there needs to be some kind of plan for dealing with child soldiers. As your article points out - the numbers being recruited into Islamic extremism are growing. This is going to happen again. We can't turn them loose. And we can't keep paying them 10 million every time they get caught. I do agree that Khadr may not have had much choice is following his father at first....but at some point, a point before he was captured, he became a most willing participant and has not renounced his ties to Al Quaeda or to his wack-job family, to this day.
  5. When you say something scholarly, I'll respond scholarly.
  6. Omar had many chances to be a good boy. He chose not to be.
  7. We, as a global community, are most certainly being terrorized by Islamic extremists. Good grief. Aren't you being just a wee bit ostrich?
  8. http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/world/saudi-arabia-investigates-video-of-young-woman-walking-in-miniskirt/ar-BBEEG2c?li=AAggNb9 Ummm....what?? Muslims in Montreal want their own housing development and area of the city, where "outsiders" could live, but only if they dress Muslim.
  9. Yup. I'm sure all the terrorists took note of the payout. Probably gave them a great idea to get further financing for terrorist activities - paid for by us, the people being terrorized.
  10. Not what this thread is about. Not what this thread is about. Not what this thread is about. Also, not what this thread is about.
  11. Ummmm....yeah. Pssst.....note the thread title.
  12. I'll stick to just giving people some leeway for typos. I figure if that's all you got to attack someone on.....your arguements prolly aren't very good.
  13. So, my post is ridiculous.....(no explanation, of course.) and then you make a completely off-topic comment that has nothing to do with what I said. Well, you've totally convinced me!
  14. I don't think radical Islam will ever be defeated. Even if ISIS is defeated, there's too many radicals in the religion who believe in the phlosophy of Islam, even if they don't agree with their methods - denigration of women, gays, Western culture and Jews. And too many Westerners are apologists for these beliefs, claiming that it is their religious and cultural right to believe these things. They refuse to acknowledge that these very beliefs are what inspires Muslims and are what leads to ISIS. These are not harmless beliefs. If any other group practiced these things, we would call them radical beliefs, but for some reason when Muslims practice them, they are not considered radical at all - by Muslims or by apologists.
  15. That has been proven over and over here, but the same ones keep spouting out about his "torture." He was following the Al Quaeda Training manual by accusing authorities of torturing him. Then he refused to elaborate. The few things he said "tortured" him were everyday life in jail for terrorists - like people screaming in other cells. That was one of the things he said was "torture".
  16. I don't have any trouble figuring it out. I think Rue maybe has some "fat fingers" when it comes to keyboarding. For instance: Dre's comment is also incorrect. I surmise he either means "Any wild idea as to what RUE might actually be talking about here?" Or maybe "Any wild ideas as to what is being talked about here.?" See how easy that is?
  17. Yes, yes. The terrorist is completely innocent.
  18. http://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/world/cops-ordered-to-pay-brutalized-woman-dollar254k/ar-BBEBZN0?li=AAggNb9 This lady had her rights truly violated and was awarded $254,000.

  22. Is it possible he pled guilty because they found videotapes of him happily making IEDs?
  23. Right? So many here act like Khadr was in Afganistan doing some kind of humanitarian outreach project.
  24. And his momma laughed.....On a cold and gray Toronto morn, another little baby jihadi is born.....in the ghetto......and his momma laughed....
