The video was actually leaked by a pro China democracy group.

I watched the video so you don't have to.

Basically Hunter is laying there smoking a crack pipe at first getting what I'll call a foot job. You don't see the girl's upper torso. For what it's worth, I read at a fringe right-wing website the girl in the video is an underage Chinese girl. You can't tell from the offered video.

They take advantage of all those western politicians celebrities and their families who are greedy for Chinese wealth and threaten them by getting hold of and recording their sex and drug videos forcing them to sell out their own people and even their own national security in order to cooperate with Chinese Communist parties world domination
