George Floyd had 11 nanograms of fentanyl in his system, and was having trouble breathing long before he was on the ground, according to new body cam footage and information released.

What fake news? Not even the local news source one of you linked to is alleging the Body Cam footage is fake. Your minor Minneapolis news source suspects it might be unauthorized not false. They know it's real. Apparently the regressive left doesn't want the public to see the body Cam footage, is all.
That's something you two might actually have some expertise on. So tell us then, why is it you and yours are getting upset at people viewing the body cam footage?
If you had actually watched the Shapiro video you're feigning expertise on you would know he didn't say the cop is blameless. He worried that the Progressive media may have given a hysterical or at least hyperbolic impression of what happened by not waiting to see all the evidence before accentuating emotion inducing details and presenting them as the whole story. This gave a fake news or false idea that allowed the politically ambitious to over-charge the cop. Charging the police incorrectly (as they did in the Freddie Gray case) creates a worry that Chauvin or the other two will get off. Then the riots and the looting start up again. People like Ben and myself worry about that. Not you though. It doesn't seem to worry you two at all that the police may get off as a result of being charged incorrectly. Why is that? Looking forward to more riots to blame Trump for, are you?

He also neglects to mention how they pulled out a gun on Floyd and his friend, and blames the media for a court ordered publication ban in a desperate attempt to smear the media.

Who neglected to mention the gun? Shapiro? If so, I really think you want to watch the video before making a joke of yourself by claiming you know what's in it.
Not only does he discuss the gun he shows footage of it.
The ban on viewing a half hour of the multiple hours of Body Cam footage had been lifted but there may have been restrictions on re-posting clips from that half hour of footage to the general public - which is what the Daily Mail did. Shapiro reposted a minute or two clip from the Daily Mail at which point any legality gets even dodgier. Neither he nor any of the others who borrowed from the Daily Mail clip are being charged for anything so I think it's safe to say no law was broken.
