Startlingly, I agree with the guy who's always wrong. They're not really opposites, as twitter might be making out. People watch sports for escapism and they don't want daily political issues - and yes, gay rights is now a political issue - intruding. Reimer refusing to take part in a demonstration does not equate to Kaepernick insisting on demonstrating.
