And it's worth noting that, even if he managed to attract $1T (which he knows that he has no hope of doing: his is just a wishlist, compared to the actual $1T failure list), attracting $500B 2021-2026 dollars isn't anywhere close to equalling $500B 2016-2021 dollars: due to inflation, $500B 2106 dollars is about $700B 2028 dollars, so 500 vs 500 is not a break-even having $500B now is obviously better than losing $500B now and starting to get it back ten years from now.
