  1. @ExFlyer Why do you think it's a good thing that the LPoC has blocked information about these LPoC scandals for 30 years? What would you have said if Harper just blocked the $90K Duffygate investigation, or any details about it for 30 years?
  2. It's unfathomable to me that so many people here just don't care that Fauci, Canada's Covid Sherpa, was lying to them all along. And here's how the CBC chooses to approach this subject: Former Fauci adviser indicted for allegedly concealing communications related to COVID-19 research Oh. That's all he did. "Concealed some communications" lol. It sounds like maybe he accidentally used the wrong email or something... Prolly no big D, right? Canadians: "What's for dinner, Marge? And don't say 'meatloaf', we can't afford anther vet bill." For anyone who wasn't bored to death from the headline, here's the sub-headline: Dr. David Morens is accused of using private email to hide info on COVID-19 research Ok, he hid some info. *yawn*. Still nothing to see, according to the CBC. The first two paragraphs of the article get a bit spicier, but there's still nothing alarming about it. It doesn't seem like there were any ulterior motives: A former senior adviser to Dr. Anthony Fauci was indicted on federal charges alleging he conspired to hide his communications related to COVID-19 research as the pandemic raged across the country, the U.S. Justice Department said Tuesday. Dr. David Morens, 78, is accused of using his private email account to intentionally circumvent public records laws while employed at the National Institutes of Health. The Justice Department alleges that he concealed or destroyed records of discussions related to COVID-19 research grants, including an effort to revive a controversial coronavirus grant. At the end of the second paragraph there's a mention of "a controversial coronavirus grant". Hmmmmm, it's almost getting unboring. If the dog doesn't bark, and no one farts loudly enough to create a distraction, a guy might keep reading... Morens faces charges of conspiracy against the United States; destruction, alteration or falsification of records in federal investigations; concealment, removal or mutilation of records; and aiding and abetting, according to a Justice Department news release. Six paragraphs in it gets kinda spicy again, but still nothing that says "This is central to the way Canadians understood the whole covid narrative". The indictment reflects Republicans' long-held belief that the federal government covered up key information about COVID-19 as the pandemic unfolded. Despite numerous probes, the origins of COVID have never been proven. Scientists are unsure whether the virus jumped from an animal, as many others have, or came from a laboratory accident. ^^^^^^^^^THAT LAST PARAGRAPH IS CBC ENGAGING IN DECEPTION^^^^^^^^^ The truth that's relevant to Canadians is: "The hidden emails show that Fauci and Morens were conspiring to keep their GoF research on the bat coronavirus in the Wuhan lab secret, so that they could float the pangolin theory as the only likely culprit." As a member of the TNI, CBC was ACTIVELY pushing the pangolin narrative. That was a directive that came from foreign influencers, because BBC was theoretically the leader of TNI. What's far worse, and what Canadians should be hopping mad about, is that TNI as a whole was ACTIVELY blocking any and all talk of the BSL4 lab on social media. CBC was thick as thieves with these groups as they obliterated Freedom of Speech in our country. Then, when Elon Musk yanked Titter out of TNI, leftists went absolutely BERSERK on him, and he even started getting death threats from the people who were grovelling at his feet just months earlier. Look below for proof that TNI, The "Trusted News Initiative", which CBC was a part of, was "heavily involved in efforts to combat C-19 disinformation" lol. The truth, that we all know today, is that they were banning extremely important and highly relevant information about the origin of covid, in conjunction with the Fauci/Morens attemts to cover their tracks. Here's the proof that people were getting banned from the internet for merely talking about the Wuhan Lab as a potential source of the lab leak. Again, nothing that I'm saying is unverified. It is all 100% true, which is something that the CBC can never say. AI Overview Yes, both Facebook and Twitter (now X) took actions to suppress or remove posts discussing the theory that COVID-19 originated from a lab, such as the BSL4 lab in Wuhan, China, particularly during 2020 and early 2021. These platforms labeled such discussions as "misinformation" or "conspiracy theories" before reversing their policies in May 2021. [1, 2, 3, 4] Facebook and Instagram Policy (2020–2021) Initial Ban: In February 2021, Facebook announced it would remove posts claiming that COVID-19 was "man-made or manufactured". Censorship Actions: Users reported having their posts removed and some accounts were penalized for sharing articles suggesting a Wuhan lab leak. [that last parts means that: "people were banned from social media platforms - by the CBC's partners at TNI - just for telling the truth"] For instance, a World Socialist Web Site article was blocked as "false information". Reversal: On May 26, 2021, Facebook quietly reversed this policy, announcing that it would no longer remove posts claiming the virus was man-made following increased scientific and political debate. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6] Twitter Actions Suspensions: In early 2020, Twitter suspended accounts that suggested the virus was a bioweapon from the Wuhan lab, including an instance where Zero Hedge was suspended for posting an article with the personal information of a Chinese researcher. Labeling: Twitter heavily moderated, and in some cases labeled as "disputed," content that challenged the natural origins theory. Policy Change: Following Elon Musk's acquisition of Twitter, the company stopped enforcing its COVID-19 misleading information policy in late 2022. [1, 2, 3] Context Behind the Bans Public Health Consensus: Social media companies stated they were relying on guidance from public health officials and the World Health Organization (WHO), who largely dismissed the lab-leak theory early in the pandemic. Shifting Scientific Viewpoint: The reversal of policy in May 2021 came after new reporting indicated that several researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology were hospitalized in late 2019, which prompted U.S. officials to call for a more thorough investigation. [1, 2, 3, 4] @eyeball @Hodad @BeaverFever @ExFlyer @Moonbox @CrakHoBarbie @herbie @otherleftistret4rds All of the things that conservatives were saying are being proven over and over and over again, and at every turn, the CBC is found to be more and more wrong, and are reduced to straight deception when they cover the news. The absolute fact of the matter is that THIS STORY IS ABOUT FAUCI LYING TO US RIGHT FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY HE OPENED HIS GOD-DAMNED MOUTH ON YOUR TV SET. That is what is really at stake here. That's what this story is about. CBC is doing everything that they can to keep this story off the radar, and to keep Fauci's reputation intact, but the facts are slowly becoming more and more mainstream, and the lying and bullshit from the covid era is being exposed. I know that you guys owe me, Goddess, and a lot of others here several apologies, and I doubt that any are coming, but I'm sure that by now you have no choice but to realize that WE WERE YEARS AHEAD OF THE CANADIAN MSM at getting to the truth, and even now, CBC is STILL LYING. They can just never stop now, they are in it way too deep. @Goddess - you are a treasure here. Never let the left4rd horde get you down.
  3. Palestinians are harsher towards themselves than anyone in Canada is to them. No one in Canada wishes death on Palestinian children. Take as much time as you need to think about that.
  4. It seems like it makes sense at the beginning, but TBH, you're describing a situation where leftists actually believe what they are saying, and they don't. Link knows that household expenses grew much faster than wages over the past 11 years. The stats were there in black and white, and he had no facts that said the opposite. So he just changed the topic a bunch of times and then effed off. The info is in his brain, he just can't admit to it. Eyeball and ex-flyer know that the jabs don't prevent you from even getting sick with covid, and that they don't prevent you from giving covid to granny. They even know that people still die of covid after being jabbed, and that the jabs cause serious harm and even death. But they will lie about them forever. And again, they don't have a parallel info stream that's still saying "you won't get sick, you can't pass it along, and it's safe", because that ship sailed years ago, but they are never going to come clean. Left4rds know that the ayatollah is a genocidal dictator who murders tens of thousands of his own people, still these self-proclaimed environmentalists/humanitarians cheer the sinking of tankers to protect the ayatollah's regime, and even hope that he gets nukes just to prove Trump wrong. These people have the information. They have the facts. They just choose to keep on regurgitating blatantly false narratives and shun the truth like its a lepper zombie covered in rotten fish because they're cultists. CNN got so deep into their limbic systems that they control their thoughts and actions, while their pre-frontal cortexes are just used to come up with excuses and lies. I don't think that's "parallel information worlds", I think it's "a bunch of cultist f't4rds". Link, eyeball, etc never actually found any info sources that go against the truths that were presented to them. They don't have any parallel info. They just have their reckless determination to always spout the same debunked cultist narratives, no matter what.
  5. Did down-arrow boy finally lose his marbles? Or did he accidentally click the wrong emoji?
  6. Idjit. Harper was elected in 2006, at 58%, with that index in the middle of a steep hike. We weathered the 2008 financial crisis there, and in the end it was basically stable from 2009 to 2014, at 75%. Now do 2015-2026. Link, do you understand the difference between "Vancouver" and "Metro Vancouver" now? How did you feel at the end of your lecture when you found out that it was you that was the idjit?
  7. Metro Vancouver is not the same as "Vancouver", dummy. Metro Vancouver extends almost as far as Abbotsford.
  8. Link: the reason why Trump's economy from 2016-2020 was felt by the general public to be successful was that take-home pay and after-tax pay increased by a very noticeable margin. People paid their bills, bought their groceries, etc, and then had more money left over than they did when Obama was president. You don't need graphs to tell people whether they are generally happy or whether they are stressed about making ends meet. In Canada, when your mtg interest quadruples, and your heating bill goes up, and it costs $40 more to fill your tank, and the cost of your basic groceries goes up, ALL of that takes noticeable chunks out of your disposable income. People feel it. All Canadians feel it the cost of living increasing under the LPoC, and wages are not keeping up.
  9. No, "What the Liberals did to Canada" is the topic, clown. Van was never affordable, and barring some vast misfortune, it will never be "affordable". But the vast majority of the rest of western Canada should be affordable and it is not. In 2015 it was affordable, but the cost of living has been rising faster than wages in this country.
  10. "Van" doesn't have to be "affordable". Not now, not then. There are parts of every country that are "unaffordable" for the masses. If you wanna live in Van as a young adult, you have always needed more than one roommate. It's just used as a comp because, as such a large population centre, it has the most stats available going back long-term. It's the areas around Van that become more and more affordable. And the eastward push of affordability has been massive under the LPoC catastrophe. It's a relative term, stupid. Inflation is normal. The LPoC level of inflation, compared to much slower income growth, is what the Liberal gov't has inflicted on Canadians. If we all got money lavished on us at the rate that their cronies do, everyone would all be buying new BMW's every year, but that's obviously not possible. Someone has to pay, and boy are we paying for it.
  11. The problem with islam - and let's face it, it's nothing but a problem - is that at its very heart, it's is extremely evil. As in, Hitler-level evil. Pedophilia: Leftists here will be quick to condemn Epstein, but Epstein was a moon-cast shadow of the pedophilia ring-leader that mohammed was. mohammed was a pedophile himself. As a man of 56 years old, he had the power to chop people's heads off for not joining his cult, and he was forcing women and children into r4pe slavery based on his own set of rules, all the time. Still, with all that power, he chose a 6-yr-old girl named Aisha as his bride. He had all the women within a 100-mile radius to choose from and yet he started having sex with a very young child. not only was mohammed a pedophile himself, he personally set the standard for Sharia law, where to this day, old muslim men still marry little children. Even in highly educated, modernized countries like Iran, there's no minimum age requirement for marriage, and children don't have to consent to their own marriages. And it's not an archaic law that's still on the books but no one adheres to, it's happening today. Through the ages, tens of thousands of small children were forced to marry old men, based on the absolutely disgusting standard that mohammed set. Dogs don't have sex with puppies, cats don't have sex with kittens, pigs don't even have sex with piglets, but mohammed and his disciples marry little children and have sex with them. mohammed set a standard for a completely depraved type of evil that is still followed by his cultists to this day. R4pe-Slavery: While the point can be made that the catholic church didn't denounce the slave trade, catholicism was a mere blip on the radar when it evolved within a world where slavery was normal for millennia, so it was actually powerless to make a change, and there was no such thing as an economy without slaves at that point. A culture without slaves could simply not compete. At the same time, Jesus didn't own slaves, or force people into slavery, so the standard that he set for his followers was to be better than the world average. The same can be said for Buddha. Mohammed personally forced women and children into r4pe-slavery, as did all of his followers: it was illegal for slaves to protect their genitalia from their owners under mohammed's sharia law. Again, mohammed set a standard for a completely depraved type of evil that is still followed by his cultists to this day. Codified Religious bigotry: Left4rds here will pretend that conservatives are bigots, but it's just another lie on their laundry list of mor0nic platitudes. This is a free, inclusive society where religions and cultures thrive unimpeded. Not even a glance or a muttered word is acceptable here... It's enough to warrant the creation of a safe-space on a college campus. islam, on the other hand, has always been a system of codified religious bigotry and still operates that way to this day. Religious bigotry is codified into law and rigidly enforced in every muslim country on earth today. Women without the proper headdress can be beaten up with impunity, and federal governments even flog and imprison women just for going without a hijab. Bigotry on a level that left4rds can't even comprehend is a cherished part of islamic culture. ^^That^^ is islam, and no one on planet earth can dispute any of that using sensible words. The only actual defence of islam, to this day, is "It's illegal to tell the truth about islam".
  12. Link: there's no one in this country that honestly thinks things have improved here in the past 11 years. Life in Canada has been going downhill steadily, and the AI search agrees. Now that the Liberals can run our democracy behind closed doors and shut down all investigations into their scandals, things are just going to keep spiralling out of control.
  13. Wrong, stupid. Things were far more affordable 11 years ago. Wages were far higher in relation to mtgs, gas and food prices. FYI when rents more than double and the minimum wage only goes up by 70%, what does that tell you? Did you not know anyone whose mtg went up by more than $2k/mo in 2022? AI: Based on early 2026 data, low-income families in Canada face a significantly more difficult financial situation than in 2015, characterized by a higher "depth" of poverty, surging costs for essentials, and reduced purchasing power despite some indexed benefits. While the overall poverty rate is lower than in 2015 (12.5% in 2024 vs 14.3% in 2015), the hardship for those currently in poverty is deeper, with child poverty rising for the third consecutive year. [1, 2, 3, 4] Here is a breakdown of the increased difficulty from 2015 to 2026: 1. Drastically Higher Costs for Essentials (Food & Rent) [1] Faster Inflation on Basics: Since 2020, while average wages grew by ~25%, prices for essential food and housing rose by roughly 30%. This means food and shelter costs are drastically higher than in 2015, severely hitting low-income households that spend a larger share of their income on these items. Grocery Inflation: Food inflation is expected to continue rising, adding nearly $1,000 to the annual grocery bills of a typical family of four in 2026. Housing Costs: While the rate of rent increases has slowed slightly in early 2026, the absolute cost remains significantly higher than in 2015, and a CMHC report suggests housing affordability will not return to pre-2015 levels soon. [1, 2, 3, 4] 2. Deeper Poverty and Stalled Progress Worsening Depth of Poverty: In British Columbia, the poverty rate for children remains high, and there is an "alarming increase in depth of poverty" for all family forms below the poverty line. Negligible Assistance Increases: Government assistance rates in many areas have failed to keep pace with the cost of living, with 2026 budgets in BC seen as a "slow retreat from public services". Rise in Child Poverty: The 2026 Child Poverty Report warns of increasing child poverty for the third consecutive year, reversing previous progress. [1, 2, 3] Food Banks: Rise of the Working Poor (what did I tell you, stupid?): In 2019, people with employment made up 12% of food bank clients. By 2025, this number grew to nearly 20% (19.4%) of clients relying on food banks while being employed. Impact on Vulnerable Groups: Children represent one-third of all food bank users, and the proportion of seniors using food banks has grown from 6.8% in 2019 to 8.3% in 2025. Newcomer Vulnerability: Recent newcomers to Canada (in the country 10 years or less) account for 34% of clients, a significant increase from 13% in 2019. Regional Trends: While the crisis is national, provinces like British Columbia have seen nearly an 80% increase since 2019, while others like P.E.I. and Nova Scotia have reported sharp year-over-year increases. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] Primary Drivers of Increased Usage Housing Costs: Approximately 70% of food bank clients are renters, with many spending a high proportion of their income on housing, leaving little for food.
  14. Wrongo, stupid. You're talking about the percentage of people living under the poverty line from 2015 to 2025 or whatever. It dropped because they changed the standard, like Cdn said, and it was way down in 2020 because of covid, but it's been crawling up ever since. And if you look at how far the minimum wage got you in 2015, compared to now, you can see that people were miles ahead back then. Rent is more than double, gas is almost double, the minimum wage is only up by 70%. What do you think that did to the working-poor in this country?
  15. Don't forget down-arrow boy.
  16. Dude, how many times have you screamed at clouds in the last two weeks 😂 Gimme a break you whiny little biotch.
  17. Buddy, gas prices in Van were $1.16 in Oct 2015. By 2017 they were $1.45. By 2018 they were $1.65 In 2022 gas got as high as $2.40/ltr in Van (with no war in Iran) In 2024 at this time, gas was over $2/l That's 70% higher than when Harper left office. Right now gas is still at $2.06. Left4rds will try to pretend that the war in Iran is the reason for our high gas prices, but FYI the war in Iran didn't start in 2022. I'm not gonna bother to try to explain this to you, but the cost of gas affects everything. Trudeau's war on Canadian energy, his massive deficit spending, his low interest rates followed quickly by high interest rates, his massive increases in immigration, all contributed to our current economic problems. AI search: Do you think rents went up when house prices went up by that much? Along with the high price of gas? I'll be honest, house prices only went that high because the interest rates dropped so low. I guess you could say that the low interest rates helped cause inflation, along with the massive deficit spending, but have no fear: jacking interest rates kicked the hell out of rising prices lol. In that calendar year, interest rates went up by 4%. That might not sound like a lot, but 4.25% is 17x higher than 0.25%. In fairness, Canadians don't get loans for 0.25%, when rates were that low maybe you got 1.5%, but when that 1.5% goes up to 5.5%, your interest nearly quadruples. So think about the money that banks made off of Trudeau's interest rate fiasco while Carney was his advisor... House prices skyrocketed due to the low rates, and when rates went up, everyone on variable rates got gut-punched, then kicked in the face, then curb-stomped, and finally choked out. House prices in Langley now: When people's 5 yr terms are up in Feb 2027, and they're trying to refinance, but home prices are so much lower, I don't know what's gonna happen. Chances are, it's not gonna be good. Our country is a shit-show. Your theory that inflation here was low isn't just laughable, it makes you look like a mor0n. I know that you think in terms of rent, so here's the cost of a 2-bdrm rental unit here: The cost more than doubled. Here's your minimum wage stat: Rent more than doubled, gas nearly doubled, the minimum wage went up by around 70%. Ouch.
  18. Did that ret4rd in your video just complain about "Poilievre's lying" in defence of Mark Carney? 😂 He should be slapping himself in the side of the head. Ask that stupid little b1tch if he thinks that "Carney played a role in moving Brookfield".
  19. You got a down-arrow for that. One of our resident cultists wants everything done behind closed doors because.... You know he won't say.
  20. Are you confused about when 2020 was, relative to 2015 and 2026, dummy? Again, like I said: How did that happen, weasel? FYI it wasn't from increasing the number of jobs, or from wages increasing, it was due to covid spending. The rate suddenly dropped to 6.4% during covid and has been going back up ever since. Just so we're clear, "covid" was from 2020-2022, and 2020-2022 came between 2015 and 2026, ret4rd. So the number of people living under the poverty line dropped sharply under covid, when minimum-wage earners were getting paid more to stay at home than they were to work, and has been going back up again ever since. And FYI I don't have a problem with unemployed people living below the poverty line.
  21. Anyone would be happier without people like you in their lives, link.
  22. How did that happen, weasel? FYI it wasn't from increasing the number of jobs, or from wages increasing, it was due to covid spending. The rate suddenly dropped to 6.4% during covid and has been going back up ever since.
  23. His deal accomplished a lot of things: stroked the egos of the dummies who fell for "elbows up" gave the CBC something to lie about stole some communist votes away from the NDP That's enough for the Libs to call it a 'win'. Give them their victory lap. Bottom line though: Now we are looking at Americans with far more resolve than ever before in this trade war.
  24. I will move back to Alberta if they're leaving. ^^That^^ speaks for itself.
  25. Why don't you do that? You're the one pssing and moaning about debt. Iran with nukes has been on pace to be a reality since the day the JCPOA was signed. Iran was flagrantly violating UN Security Council Resolution 2231, which was a fundamental part of the JCPOA, within the first month. From the day the JCPOA was signed, Iran has been building up a wall of conventional defences to make enforcement against them impossible at some point. They almost made it. According to leftists, they did. The alternative was "cities hitting 100M degrees Celsius". I'll take "Gas hitting $125 a barrel" because I'm not ret4rded, Alex. He said that he would end Iran's nuclear threat, and it's difficult now that the Dems and the Cdn gov't are on Iran's side. It did. Sorry that you have to use the men's room now, even though you don't really belong there either.
