It's not my view. My parents used to run a firm that brought in immigrants. They were brought in due to their ability to contribute to our economy. A refugee that enters our country is not cleared due to their ability to add value to our country.

I think you should take a look at the demographics of the immigrants vs refugees.

No, it wouldn't. The LPC has not said flat out they will not accept refugees from other "catastrophes".They are budgeting it that way according to you, but they have not said such a thing. If they did, it would make them more credible, but right now it's smoke and mirrors.
