You are manipulative with your data. First of all CDC provides data for US not Canada where about half (50%) people are not fully vaccinated not 5% as you claim secondly the last time I checked we live in Canada and data cited were for Ontario (which btw is a Canadian province last time i checked) and over 80% of new infections and over 95% of hospitalizations and deaths are among the tiny 20% unvaccinated people.

I think it is a waste of time to try to convince this small tiny minority of Canadian population (but a majority in this thread or forum) that vaccines are both safe and very effective and have significantly reduced hospitalization and Covid-related deaths as they oppose all available data from various sources as some kind of conspiracy by experts and government official at all different levels. It is equally waste of time try to logic with them that by refusing to vaccinate they not only endanger their own lives (they have the right to do so) but they also endanger other people's lives (they do not have the right to do so) including their loved ones.

The Health care system in this country sucks. Sick people sitting in waiting rooms for hours to be admitted to urgent care and even after admission even in emergencies having to wait hours more to see a doctor. Not to mention the long waiting list for surgeries and tests. WE MUST HAVE PRIVATE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM ALONGSIDE THE PUBLIC CARE. This would be a win-win situation as those who can afford it can pay for services and get a better and faster service and more public money and hence more doctors, nurses, clinics and hospitals will be freed up for those who cannot afford. I can't even begin to understand why would anyone in right mind oppose this win-win situation (Private Health Care). The left and socialist and the red are killing people with their damn ideology of public care only. Private Health will be a single item that will determine my vote regardless of anything else. Any party who solidly promises establishing or allowing Private Health Care system in Canada will win my vote. 0.

He said something very scary that almost everyone will be exposed to Delta variant over the next two years (unless he said you lock yourself up for the next two years) so get vaccinated to train your body to defend against the virus, My calculations however does not confirm his theory. Assuming we go to peak and stay there for the next 700 days then we will have about 3 million Ontarians infected which is the worst case scenario and that is less than 30% of population, So his statement was incorrect.

Both Argus and myself have provided extensive data available that proves that vaccines are very effective in preventing new infections as well as hospitalizations and deaths (deaths are also significantly lower in those countries you listed compared to previous waves), however, we can't get through thick walls. I think that Kabul airport or part of it is still in the control of Americans or Nato however, the challenge is to bring these girls from Herat in the west of Afghanistan to Kabul. Pfizer is likely fine tuning the third dose for Delta variant but it is voluntary. Yes we need the third dose exactly because some people didn't get their first dose.

Hijab clearly symbolizes oppression and suppression of women . Women are fighting hard in more progressive societies like Iran risking their lives to get rid of this symbol of oppression so I am too surprised when I see some small minority of women choosing that symbol here which s a free society but on the other hand if it is their choice then I respect it and them too.
