Someone mentioned they hated the lyrics from Rush due to that Ayn Rand crap..I'm paraphrasing. I loved their lyrics...intelligent and well thought out..not your usual boy/girl or teenage angst type offering. Another band in that vein is Tool. Incredible musicianship and thought provoking lyrics. An anti war song....

You would have nixed "terrorist apologist"? Really? When that is someone's stance? There is something wrong with MH's nixing it....it's called promoting one's bias as a moderator. What would you call all the terrorist supporters? Regardless of one's stance, Khadr is a convicted murderer, terrorist. Yours and Michaels' stance is beyond indicative of bias...the multitude of threads concerned with moderation and forum facilitation on this site clear evidence.

Wrong. You obviously did not read any of the links, especially Stats Can which states joint custody a paltry 12.8%, hardly a "vast majority of cases". Also, you oppose any comment of the behaviour of women, yet are very quick to state if a man doesn't have custody it must be because they are a loser drunk conspiracy theorist how abuses substances as well as family members and who did not want custody. The only thing you left out is that they may be "Muricans" in disguise. How about some of those poorer men who may not be able to afford a lawyer against a "gasp" vindictive ex.

...again with the anti-American bigotry, wtf There are many people of all stripes, single mothers included, who abuse the welfare system, both in Canada and the US. There should be maximums, and in some cases (younger ppl on perpetual welfare because they don`t want to work) workfare.

lol...I don't know if I'm more radical or not. I don't share Zach delaRocha's political views. I admire their innovation, and their fervour however. Sinead is an incredible singer, and is more punk than the Sex Pistols. To stand on her principals, to put her career on the line when she is on the verge of becoming a superstar to make a statement like she did...how can any musician who doesn't believe in selling out not applaud, even if you don't agree with her commentary? As for Sarah, there are a few songs of hers I can`t get enough of...and many I can`t stand. I just think she nails this song live, and it`s incredible when she does.
