6. Virus escapes early...but is curiously effective right out of the gate.

7. Blame it all on Trump. Get media to support the concept 24/7.

"COVID-19 vaccine eligibility has outpaced supply and we do not have enough vaccines at present to keep up with demand."
Which is government health chivatto doublespeak for "We don't have enough vaccines for everybody."

I blame the federalis first. They're the ones who didn't order us any vaccine. And now I heard they are musing over the idea of a Canada-wide curfew and interprovincial travel lockdown.
