  1. End all restrictions immediately. Scrap the ridiculous government mask requirements. Let businesses and individuals decide how to protect themselves. Our health care systems and ICU’s will be fine and our death rate for Covid will remain below the leading causes of death in Canada. Stop empowering government to control your behaviour and movements. Wake up!

  2. The use of masks is an inconclusive presumptive measure against transmission. Masks are recommended as a mechanical safety measure, in place of a better protection method. Unless medical N95 masks are used, inward protection (for the individual) is limited. But as an outward measuring, the general use of masks ( cloth or N95) does provide outward protection. Sneezing or transmission of spit is prevented through use of masks. The problem with masks is how they are used. How they fit and the filtration method. I would argue masks do prevent large particles (water, large molecules) from entering or exiting the individual. However, masks do not prevent viral transmission based on viral size. If a virus is transmitted through air intake, most masks used are inadequate to provide individual protection. Aerosol transmission is still inconclusive. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7553716/ https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7293495/

  3. Maybe you are misconstruing what I say. Clearly PM Trudeau is not marching around quoting sections of the Communist Manifesto. That does not rule out the possibility that communists in China and Russia seek to subvert our society, and they so it in a variety of creative ways. They do seem to work. What you are seeing here on MLW is the backlash from Canadians who perceive this shift to be taking place. Communism still exists today and stands as antithesis to our western system of rule. Especially the government overreach. They are our ideological enemies. But todays neomarxism if I may use that term does it by more subtle covert psychological means. Personally I believe that China and Russia are nations that pose an ideological threat to Canadians, one that is ongoing. I also believe in a cabal of billionaires whom are strong believers in totalitarian control and management of the unwashed masses. They have more influence on us than foreign governments.

  4. That is just like most posts I see of unvaccinated people dying. They are either obese or have other conditions. Take Travis Campbell from Virginia for example. He made big news by sending his ICU video out to the world. The man is clearly overweight and has rheumatoid arthritis. Very few examples of people without comorbidities that die from covid. Offset of course by those who die from the vaccine.

  5. 50/50. I say that because calling an election will be seen as cynical, and David Peterson-like.

  6. Father Trudeau had many acquaintances with the red regimes in the 1970s. Those who are flabbergasted by Justin's words on China in 2015, which are condemnable morally though, have to see our History into perspective. By the way, Justin said he admired the 'dictatorship' of China, not the fact the country was Communist. Rather than being an intellectual that could be dangerous, I see Justin as someone who is not that bright, and has no real ideology whatsoever. If they seriously think on this forum that we drifted toward communism since the 1970s, while we privatized our economy but also liberalized our society, they are seriously wrong.

  7. What is? You're saying that Robert Malone is not an expert on mRNA vaccines? Or that Luc Montagnier did not discover HIV? Are you also saying that other well educated doctors in the field of cardio pulmonary specialties aren't educated enough to have an opinion on this? That to me is the scariest part of this whole thing...the censorship. Go on Facebook right now and search Delta Variant or COVID. All you get is CDC literature. Are we living in North Korea? I would love to see true, honest debates on this but that is not happening because one side has zero willingness to engage in conversation. Is that science? Not a chance. The common argument among skeptics is not that it will kill you now but what long term effect this has on you. There have been zero long term studies done on these vaccines and no one can say there will not be issues down the road with something that is a) new to humans on large scale use b) is still not fully approved. Don't get me wrong, in light of these points I am still an advocate of the vaccine for the elderly and the immunocompromised as its worth the risk however I don't think billions of young heathy people should be injecting this without any consideration of what their doing. I also thought you said it wasn't all about deaths? How would you like your healthy 12 year old to get injured from a vaccine to protect him from something that has next to zero chance of killing him? But don't worry...if something did happen from the vaccine, we could just sue Pfizer....oh wait....right....

  8. In 2020, all the media and social networks conspired to silence the story about Hunter's first lost laptop at the end of the run. Wall Street Journal details it; The Hunter Biden Laptop Is Real Our ‘newspapers of record’ become something else when they conspire to deny facts and hide truth. The problem isn’t Hunter Biden—it’s Joe—as major media outlets may be discovering, sort of, with the White House’s absurd intervention in the younger Mr. Biden’s latest career as a budding Van Gogh. In fact, the intervention smells like a scheme dreamed up by Hunter himself, designed to call attention to his connection to the president, advertise it and enable it, while pretending to do the opposite. For details, see a long account on the front page of Friday’s Washington Post. Under the plan, a New York gallery will keep secret the identities of those paying up to $500,000 for his novice pieces, but of course this wouldn’t stop the buyer from letting Hunter know who just bought his art or from turning up later as Hunter’s guest at a White House event. All of this is magnificently obvious on its own terms, but even more so in light of the ludicrously detailed, well-documented revelations from the Hunter Biden laptop published over the last nine months by the New York Post and Britain’s Daily Mail. https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-hunter-biden-laptop-is-real-11625868661

  9. Marxism and Wokeism are Hegellian Marxism is just the Hegellian dialectic applied to economics and Wokeism is the Hegellian dialectic applied to culture Trudeau is Woke the Woke are on the rise the crossover is obvious, the woke are referred to as commies for a reason and it's not hyperbole in many ways the Woke are even crazier than the Communists they just haven't racked up the body count, yet

  10. Can we stop it ? You all are so focused on convincing yourselves that a pro-business neoliberal leader is Marxist, or that woke is Marxist that actual Marxism is on the rise...

  12. Same as Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies that IMHO, have an equilibrium value of zero. Note when this thread started - prior to the crash of 2008. ===== What we call money is in fact a "reserve currency"; when we buy with a credit card or write a cheque (big ticket item), we ask an intermediary to settle our payments on our behalf. The intermediary uses "money". The paper with dead presidents or a Queen.

  13. 1) not everyone gets tested, 2) you don't know how many "months" this was over, and 3) there weren't a lot of fully vaccinated Americans until the beginning of summer. The article was from July 30th. It's almost early for a lot of vaxxed deaths to be rolling in. Furthermore, if you look at the graph for covid infections last year, it followed the seasonal flu's trend of dropping to minimal levels during the summer. That means that it would be impossible to say that the vaxx was helping until fall/winter of this year, and anyone who tries to blow vaxx sunshine up your ass before then is just a bullshitter.

  14. Yes, there are 3,905 of them. Or likely around the same order of people who have seen a UFO. When I was a kid, the federal government owned phone companies, railways, an airline, a trucking company, a satellite telecom, hotels. And an energy company they bought. Cuba just announced a small business initiative, allowing businesses of up to 100 employees. So this is going in a different direction from what you think, I think.

  15. Will be another interesting experiment to watch, Quebec with their passport vs Ontario without. You wonder how stupid people are to put up with this, and not challenge it. Dont forget the stupid a’s had their curfew, and a long long quarantine. Who woulda thought those Frenchmen are actually a buncha limped dicked englishmen?

  16. There's evidence to the contrary, right from the CDC: https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2021/07/30/provincetown-covid-outbreak-vaccinated/ The percentage of vaxxed people who were carrying covid was slightly higher than the number of vaxxed people in the state at the time. IIRC it was 63% dbl-vaxxed and a number in the low 70s that was single-dosed. Not really worth quibbling about whether or not the % was higher though, for all intents and purposes it was close enough to be considered 'equal'. IE, placebo-like. IE, identical to what you'd expect with a placebo.
