I read an article by Newt Gingrich that summed up Trump's / Republican's successes in his first year. Some highlights- In his first year as president, (Trump) nominated a conservative to the Supreme Court and got him approved, aggressively cut regulations, established a National Security Strategy that has been widely praised, and successfully helped pass the largest tax cut in more than three decades for the American people... as a result of all this, small business confidence, CEO confidence, and consumer confidence are through the roof, which has helped drive the stock market to a record high. His work on immigration reform and building "The Wall" are still ongoing. You are speculating here, which is fine but you are showing your bias. Why should they want to be endeared to Trump? Why do people seek to excuse any success that he and his party have achieved, by any means even just speculation? I do that as well but it's a mistake to "believe" in a thing without hard substantiation. Especially given these times of intense political theatre. It's driving people nuts, you know?

So skin color is your criteria of what makes a person, you look at someone and judge them based on physical attributes. Short people have no reason to live. Wong, the only reason you are defending Trump over his gross incompetence is because he shares your views on judging people based on skin color.

He is just having a hard time defending the indefensible. Let's find the numbers of harper's expenses for 10 yr compared to trudeau in the last 2. I would bet he is already passed Harper or close to it. Harpers vacations were mainly working vacation in harrington lake, not going to billionaire islands and constant ski trips with friends and family.

Your posts are creating trouble for you lately which demonstrates the fact that moderation is one thing, while posting is another. We posters have had to learn how to live with the rules, and accept the decision of the moderator whether we agree or not. And now that you are on "the other side" it seems you must do likewise. All forums have these problems, even your recent most sacred refuge, the "other site". The moderator there has had to do some of the same things as our moderator has to do, warn users and shut down threads. Question is, can you and the others who left this site in search of shangri-la draw any conclusion from this? The problem lies not in the name of the site, or its moderator. One again the thread was supposed to be about Israel not 'wanting" a sovereign Palestinian state. The initial thread of course assumed to know what ALL Israelis believe an din fact demonstrated yet again this thread was initiated to stereotype and assign negative beliefs to all Israelis and not distinguish between Israelis and Jews and lump them in one negative category. The above responder continues this idiotic thread smearing every Israeli and engaging again in negative stereotypes to incite hatred against ALL Israelis using the often used attempt at raising anger, resentment and negative feelings by trying to exploit the content of a video. This is the kind of shit that rendered this political forum obsolete. Such stereotypings and generalizations don't present debate of an actual political issue, they simply contain hate messages. On this forum and these kinds of threads, if the word Israel or Israeli appears anywhere in the thread or words, anything is considered acceptable. Now if I came on this forum and said Muslim society is sick. Iranian society is sick. Iraqi society is sick. African society is sick. Japanese society is sick. And showed videos and then made generalizations what would the response be? Well if it would be about Iran, or Iraq or any Muslim country the very same propagators passing off this crap as debate would cry out Islamophobia. If it smeered Africans it would be caused racist. If its used to smeer all Israelis or Westerners, its considered acceptable leftist progressive discussion. For me its bigoted, hateful crap. Its not designed to discuss alternatives to conflict, suggest constructive solutions for peace-its designed to hate and promote hatred.
