Finish it. Do you come on this forum and discuss anti-Semitism and how Jews are being attacked in Canada? Do you discuss that the no.1 target of hate crime remains Jews? How about gays? Do you discuss attacks against gays? How about Blacks, Christians, women, disabled people....do you come on this board and discuss how they have been victims of hatred? True colours? The only true colours you show is you exploit hatred and in this case hatred of Muslims, deliberately, selectively, to advance your own hate agenda. The very purpose of your words is to justify hatred. You smeer an entire country of people justifying it once again with this absurd illogical argument you continually paste that if you can show someone other than a Muslim is hateful of Muslims it justifies you hating anyone but a Muslim. You use Muslims as props for your hate agenda. "lhe thinks if he calls it the special of the day it tastes better..fact is its still crap and he really needs to learn to wash his hands before he serves up anything let alone that crap...." I took the time to read your link and gave an intelligent response to your copy/paste arguments, which I knew you yourself do not even understand. What I said eviscerates all the BS you've spouted, and it took me only 3 minutes to read your link and show that it just doesn't add up. But all you have in response is... nothing. You had the chance to have a scientific discussion with me on this one and chose not to. Instead you chose to just make another childish insult about my level of knowledge. Now you know why no one cares to seriously engage you in "the science of 911".2 points

We weren't really fighting ISIS before. In fact, ISIS never existed until we (the barbarians) went into Iraq and created the perfect situation for them to come to be. So we created a fire and now, we are unsuccessfully trying to put it out. Also, haha @ praising GWB. That's the icing on the cake.2 points

You realize the great majority of these hate crimes consist of vandalism, mischief and anonymous threats, right?1 point

Green cladding, to save energy, may be the reason why the fire spread so quickly! https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/3800401/grenfell-tower-cladding-fires-world-high-rise/ Apparently, most if not all social housings in UK are done that way - you know, to go green! Those claddings are used around the world and are responsible for some fires. http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-402839801 point

I will deal head on with your attempt Hot Enough to exploit Islam to justify your hate agenda. I start with exerpts from this article that I believe directly apply to you: http://conservativefiringline.com/muslim-shocked-liberals-leftists-attitudes/ "Dr. Majid Rafizadeh, a Muslim political scientist, Harvard University scholar, and president of the International American Council on the Middle East questions why many liberals, who criticize Christianity and religious conviction in general, appear to open their arms to radical Islam so affectionately. The liberal and leftists love affair with radical Islam is perplexing at the very least and while they loath at those who are Christian and criticize Christians and Christianity at every chance they get, they insist on defending radical Islam and its violent elements. Dr. Majid Rafizadeh said in part: If you had grown up, as I did, between two authoritarian governments — the Islamic Republic of Iran and Syria — under the leadership of people such as Hafez al Assad, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, you would have seen your youth influenced by two major denominations of Islam in the Muslim world. You also would have seen how the religion of Islam intertwines with politics, and how radical Islam rules a society through its religious laws, sharia. You would have witnessed how radical Islam can dominate and scrutinize people’s day-to-day choices: in eating, clothing, socializing, entertainment, everything. You would have seen the tentacles of its control close over every aspect of your life. You would have seen the way, wielded by fundamentalists, radical Islam can be a powerful tool for unbridled violence. It is the fear of this violence, torture, and death, wielded by extremist Muslims, that keeps every person desperate to obey. My father was brutally tortured — justified by some of the fundamentalist Islamic laws of the ruling governments in both Iran and Syria. The punishment extended to my mother, my family, and other relatives, who were tormented on a regular basis. What was even more painful was, upon coming to the West, seeing the attitude of many people who label themselves liberals and leftists, towards radical Islam. These liberals seem to view themselves as open-minded, but they have a preconceived way of thinking about Islam: to them, it seems, there is no radical Islam, Islam is only a force for the good, Islam can do no evil. How could they not see the way extremist Muslims exploit some aspects of the religion of Islam to legitimize its acts? How could they not even acknowledge that radical Islam, a force that threatens to destroy the planet, let alone my family, exists? Instead, many liberals would criticize me or attempt to turn a blind eye, as if I were accidentally making some embarrassing mistake. They seemed instead to love being surrounded by Western Muslim “scholars”, those who are apologetic towards radical Islam and — notably — have never actually lived in a Muslim country under the strangling grip of the official fundamentalist laws, sharia. If, as liberals argue, they support women’s and LGBT rights, why, by their silence, do they condone gays executed and women subjugated on a daily basis throughout most of the enormous Muslim world? If liberals are in favor of freedom of speech, why do they turn a blind eye to Islamist governments such as Iran that, based on the government’s radical, theocratic laws, execute people for expressing their opinion? And why do they not let people in the West express their opinion without attacking them before even giving them the respect of hearing what they have to say? Liberals argue that they are in favor of critical thinking, but they do not like anyone challenging their “comfort zone”. They seem, in fact, to be just like the autocratic people from whom I was fleeing, who also did not want their simplistic, binary way of thinking to be threatened by logic or fact. These liberals — indulging in faulty, sophistic, logic — seem to think that if they criticize Christianity and Islamists criticize Christianity, then Islamists will like them for hating the same thing."1 point

You commenced this thread by stating and I quote: " Well, reality meets the reality. Canadians rise up to show their true colors. " You quite obviously pissed on all Canadians and quite obviously now deny you did and quite obviously are hilarious when you have the audacity to then say to me and I quote: "You still haven't addressed your "stretches of the truth" that I pointed out to you some time ago. " You pathetically try bait people including me into engaging you in 9-11 conspiracy idiocy and now you've shown you define Muslims as a race because in fact that is exactly what a "racist" does with Jews and Muslims. Run along and call someone else a race. Your thread did not address racism, it clearly singled out hatred of Muslims and now you try back pedal as if you are concerned about anyone else and you call Muslims a race. Your selectivity and your definition of Muslims speaks loudly. For the record I was editing my original response to you and added two more sources when you responded not in response to your idiotic suggestion that because we submitted the same no. of references that is why I challenged what you did.. The point is the no. of sources doesn't make them any more or less valid. That was not what was being disputed. Zip over your head again.1 point

Also anyone with common sense can see how you now try to engage me in a pissing contest as to whose discrimination is worse to justify your exploiting Muslim hatred. Now you want to pose and suggest anti-semitism is on the decline in Canada? Lol. Because you watched one friggin sound bite? You came on this thread to exploit Muslim hatred to justify pissing on Canadians. You also are clearly ignorant of anti-Semitism in Canada to say it is declining trying to rely on what sound bite: http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2017/05/09/anti-semitism-canada_n_16516222.html http://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/anti-semitic-incidents-rising-in-canada-b-nai-brith-1.3404966 http://montrealgazette.com/news/local-news/anti-semitism-on-the-rise-in-canada-yet-down-in-quebec-bnai-brith Did you see me come on this or any thread and use the above to say what you did? You urge me to discuss all racism? Now you want to suggest Muslims are a race. You really are painful. You can't even grasp the basic issue being discussed, religious fundamentalism and now refer to Muslims as a race.1 point

I have also lived in FM, and have worked on major fires though not that one. What caused the fire to be out of control so quickly was the weather and the wind. You can bomb the area with retardant and water to your utmost ability and make pretty much no difference. What was saved inside FM was due to intense work in small areas, and luck. If the fire was established in some streets they did not attempt to do anythig but stop the spread. Because that is all there is to do. The main fire was not influenced by anything but wind changes and rain, which eventually slowed and stopped it. In practical terms, it is pretty much impossible to construct firebreaks that would have stopped a fire of this magnitude. The fire did not gain velocity by burning the town, it was full bore on trees long before it got there and was then creating its own weather. What would help would be having a situation in towns that limits the fuel. That means no trees, grass or shrubs anywhere near dwellings inside town . That means metal roofs on all dwellings(which implies no buildings over 5 stories since high buildings have tar and gravel roofs or membranes). No wood /vinyl at all on the exterior of buildings, and no wood or plastic fences.1 point

You're describing the US Civil War, right, OftenWrong. The US has been in a state of war for over 90% of its years in existence. No president has ever been a peace time president. Central and South America has been their Killing Fields since 1823, one of the places where the US has stolen vast amounts of wealth from the poor and the destitute.1 point

Hot Enough I can't help you. This is a debate on religious extremism practiced mainstream that leads to extremist and terrorism and may prove problematic in democratic societies. You clearly don't grasp the topic. You present Old Testament passages as if they validate terrorism. Now you present presumably American political foreign policy decisions you depict as violent. And? How if they are true, does that legitimize or validate Muslim fundamentalist extremism or any other religion's extremism? The issue is do we want any symbols of religious intolerance and extremism being accepted in Canada as mainstream harmless moderate behaviour. That was and remains the issue you can't grasp.. At best even if what you said is an illustration of violent foreign policy, how is that religious-how is that a religious practice of mainstream people? How does questionable foreign policy justify archaic sexual practices? Do you even understand the issue? No alleged US foreign policy as you present it would not justify demanding women turn into a bag of potatoes. Simple subjects become complex when studied by someone who has a strong motivation not to understand. When presented by evidence showing your beliefs are false, ignore (refuse to process) the evidence and retreat back to your safe space. Because remember, God likes to have tortured for eternity those creations of His that would prefer to use their "God given" rational mind and free will1 point

A term apparently invented by an anti-Zionist Jewish journalist named Richard Stone in the early 90s. However, nobody cared about Islam that much in the early 90s to be truly concerned. Except perhaps Israelis and Lebanese Christians...etc. Those in direct contact. The Muslim Brothers are everywhere, however, and never miss a good opportunity. They most certainly use the term to attempt to equate criticism of Islam as racism. As do their unwitting helpers...or witting...here at MLW. That our government allows them to operate in Canada unchecked is regrettable as some countries recognize them as terrorists and/or terrorist supporters. In Canada, they changed their name to Muslim Association of Canada...to avoid the terrorism stigma. They also operate numerous side groups like student associations, etc. Wherever they can subvert. Infamous Muslim Brothers of the past include Arafat and his Nazi Uncle Haj Amin. Qutb would be another well known MB who claimed a Christian church dance he attended while in the USA was a display of immorality...etc. Trouble a brewin'........1 point

Here's the thing, Hot Enough - I don't really think you give a rat's patootie about anything Greenpeace protests in the oilsands. I don't think you give a rat's patootie about the fire in Fort Mac. I don't think you give a rat's patootie about the fire in England. I think you just enjoy fighting and I think it gives you some kind of "thrill" coming to an internet discussion forum and tossing insults about and being contentious. Good luck to you, I hope you find a purpose and some happiness in life. Enjoy the rest of your day.1 point

I now have time to respond to this. Hahahahahahahahahah. That was hilarious. Wow. O.k. let me break it you, Sit. Mainstream Jews and Christians do not dress as in the above. Mainstream Muslim women do. Further, the fact that Orthodox Jews or Hutterites or Amish do, does not make Muslim fundamentalist views on how women should dress magically appropriate. This defective argument that you and others make that fundamentalist by Muslims is o.k. because Jews and Christians do it to completely misses the point again and again. Archaic practices don't become acceptable because other religions engage in them as well. They are all equally as questionable I argue. Your attempt to suggest I made a double standard argument as to whose religion's fundamentalism I question and only question it in Islam, is false. I never have. What I have debated clearly is ALL fundamentalist religious approaches to sex and women not just Muslim ones need to be challenged.. Never have I supported the fundamentalst sexual views of any of the religions you listed. By the way Mennonites today are mainstream. You meant Amish or certain Quaker who are sub sects of the Mennonites. Some Mennonites are very strong feminists but clearly you don't get that. I also appreciate under the Canadian Charter of Rights people have the right now to engage in all kinds of practices and claim its their religious right to do so. However I find that crap and phony. You are well aware a Satanist could not show up for an affirmation of oath for citizenship dripping in goat's blood. You know damn well a topless woman can not swear an oath for citizenship. The selectivity of which practices trendy Liberals find the acceptable belief of the day change. I find them phony because of their subjective trendy nature. If you think we will make our society enlightened you are ridiculous. When you tolerate EVERYTHING it means you tolerate some very intolerant practices. No I do not consider it acceptable to circumcise female genitilia as many Muslims do. I draw a line. I don't pretend certain practices are harmless and moderate. I think it ridiculous Orthodox Jewish women must sit segregated from men, and wear wigs in public. no I do not wear a Black Bear Hat or grow a beard or sidelocks. I consider such practices moronic. Slavish devotion to rituasl for me is moronic. I state my opinion as you do yours. Please don't pose as more tolerant that I because you think a woman forced to cover her face and look through a crack is reasonable and hey man, its cool we all get to do what we want. I draw a line just as you do not. Zip over your head. You also clearly don't get it. Some of the fiercest fighters for women's rights are Jewish women and Muslim women trying to challenge the very things you endorse as moderate precisely because they are not moderate, they are fascist crap.. More to the point if you think Golda Maeir covered herself up for Jewish men I laugh again. If I came hear and preached on standard for Muslim fundamentalists and another for Jewish or Christian ones you'd be totally right to call me out on that. I have not. My argument with say Peter F is actually one on how tolerant we have to be of certain views. Peter F is a classic liberal. I respect that. He is consistent in applying the same standard for all. I get that. I respect that. I just think its crap to tolerate fundamentalist beliefs that depict women as sexually provocative and in need of covering. That to me is crap. It comes down to where one stands on certain issues. I don't think a democracy without some limits can survive. If it doesn't define limits, then intolerant views take over. This anything goes attitude to me is naïve. I am not asking Muslims be arrested. I am not saying Muslims can't pray. I am not saying they can't walk around like potato sacks. I am saying I think its part of prehistoric practices I don't want becoming mainstream. No I don't think its moderate behaviour. I think its obsessive compulsive and sexually repressive behaviour.
