  1. Past hour
  2. You know why this immunity stuff is an issue, right? Wrong. It's because deranged psychopaths want Trump's head and they've weaponized the legal system to get him. See, all you woketards have to do is call off the witch hunt, and this all goes away. But that's not what you woketards want, is it?
  3. Well, you come up with your own views from a left-wing slant - your agreeing with the homosexuals and not the baker confirms that. You recognize the baker's rights, but I'm sure you wish there was some way you could erase those rights, and I'm quite certain you also would've sued his ass if you were in the same situation.
  4. Oh you know how these Libbies work. They can stand in front of a building on fire, while spewing forth Libbie talking points.
  5. The SCOTUS is part of the American justice system. A huge part of it. They set precedent all other courts must follow. Your position is nonsensical and contradictory. You cant claim we have the fairest system in the world to avoid having to deal with how the DOJ can be politicized and then also claim the SCOTUS is corrupted when they are ruling on the law…. you are trying to have it both ways.
  6. Videos of Ottawa protesters cheering when their chant-leader yelled about the glory of Oct 7th laid to rest any notion that the protests aren't pro-terrorism/pro-Hamas. Not every single protester gets a genocide boner when they talk about the child-murdering done by the Palestinian terrorists on Oct 7th, but the core of those protests is pro-terrorists. Are they "aliminis" herbie? Alimnuses? Please guess. I love it when yuu try to use big words. Sorry, but here's the thing about college and university students: they're not all geniuses. In fact, it doesn't take much to get into university. Furthermore, not all the protesters at the campuses are even students there. In general, university students are easy prey for religious groups, advocacy groups, etc.
  7. This dumb crap is tearing the Democrat party support apart. The Democrat lawfare is strengthening Republican support. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/polls/president-general/2024/ Brandon's impotence is showing.
  8. No, some will just re-define rich and poor. The rich would be what we once called middle income LOL I could never understand why some folks are so obsessed by what others have (or earned). Seems jealousy more than reality.
  9. I'm surprised that the CBC hasn't started calling the speaker St. Fergus.
  10. There is no logic to someone thinking like this. Its no logic, strictly emotional. Price high at Loblaws, then Loblaws at fault. Price high at gas pump, then the poor clerk gets reamed out for "randomly" putting his or her prices up, like they are paid to do otherwise. Looking for the source of the issue and seeing if solutions are possible, would explode such a person's head. Easier to just shame the easiest and largest target. Easier if the issue has a face, like Lowblaws CEO, or Trudeau. Having to delve deeper, is hard.
  11. How's there's no interest? Is it indicative of the true state of this imitation democracy: nobody could care? Some robed circus actors change and set the rules for their hand-run circus show, just because they can with no pretense of impartiality or shyness: like why? Who would care? Who still wouldn't know it for what it is? The state of democracy is sad and dismal in the country. A facade arrangement with no independent checks and controls has coasted for some decades producing failures and f@ckups with predictable regularity. But these days looks like it's at the end of the run. There's nothing more it can give to the society. It can and will care only about itself.
  12. Today
  13. You called him a white supremacist. Now back it up.
  14. From what I have seen, the most common denominator is that the protesters want the universities (colleges) to stop dealing with and divesting themselves from Israel. And you are correct, the want to stop the war. Saw many signs to stop the genocide.
  15. 21 points ahead!

  16. No spouting, just quoting with links. LOL You are the one that spouts on and on and on LOL All drugs can cause death...get real LOL
  17. You said she died from pneumonia. Now you say it was a stroke. Neither of which have anything to do with The Rona. Oops...caught with your ventilator down.

  19. Kissinger was born in 1923. Trudeau in 1919. I never met Kissinger. Trudeau was short. By all accounts, both loved to flirt with women. Kissinger's mother tongue was German; Trudeau's English - and yet both worked best in another language. Trudeau was a Catholic, Kissinger a Jew. Trudeau avoided the war; Kissinger was an interpreter. ===== Both men viewed the world correctly.
  20. Read carefully. I gave this link precisely to show how the elite in the 1910s - like now - think. ====== The Thirty Years between 1914-1945 were a disaster for Europe. In 1912, ordinary people had hope. By 1946, many were dead. Churchill in part caused this disaster. To his credit, Keynes changed his mind.
  21. Do we have lab-grown meat in Canada now?

  22. This is the popular American perception. Some American politicians want to be the next Churchill.
  23. Disagree. Island people are practical. In smaller islands, the women in particular. ==== But I agree that island people are different. The Japanese are different from the Chinese, and the British from the French.
  24. I don't support either guy But we Canadians have created a civilised place in the world: a federal state with two federal official languages but no official cultural. We get along.
