On election day, Bass, Pratt and Raman were exactly where they were expected to be, based on the polling data. Suddenly when Bass no longer needed votes, all the ballots started shifting to Raman.... Raman is mysteriously winning votes away from both of the others, a few days after the election ended. Where does that type of "momentum" magically come from? Why is it that the polling and election day results are all the same, but the late mail-in ballots all go exactly where the Dems need them to go?
