I don't even think that happened. She didn't give a date. She didn't even lock down a year. So no one could verify anyone's location. The only witnesses are friends of hers that heard it from her. Her story is an excerpt from a Law and Order episode, of which she is admittedly a fan. The BS flag is flying real high here.
