This sort of oblivious commentary would land better if there was actually anything to rebut in the first place.  🙃

So you're saying that what he said is correct then? There's nothing to disagree with he was right.

That a painted yourself into a corner of there kiddo. If there's nothing to disagree with why are you whining? And if there was something to disagree with why didn't you actually disagree with it?

You don't have much luck with this thinking thing do you?

Or he wasn't saying anything intelligent or useful, thus there was nothing to rebut?

Puking your thoughts and opinions out on to the forum is not the same thing as making an actual argument.  Volume does not substitute for reason.   🙃

That's the easiest kind of stuff in the world to rebut. Just like I'm doing with you right now. :)  well made and logical arguments or observations are the hard things to rebut because there's nothing to rebut, they're solid.

So if the argument is weak or there' nothing to it it's easy to debunk. But you couldn't :P

I've told you before kid, if you were half as smart as you think you are you'd still be twice as smart as you actually are.

When you learn to recognize the difference between a well made argument and just barfing your feelings out on the keyboard and demanding people rebut them, let us know.  🙃

Oh you and your friends provide examples of the latter daily, it's quite easy to see the difference. All you do is show up here in parse your feelings out on the keyboard, make ad hominem attacks and then cry like a baby when people point it out

You never start a thread, you never contribute intellectually, you just lash out and then start quivering like a Chihuahua.

And it's not just with me. :)   You're a broken little person kiddo,

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out

For sure.  Lawyers for the separation movement are saying the count is closer to 400,000.  I guess we'll see.

Because you say so, which is what 99% of your "debating" on this forum amounts to. 🤣

Unfortunately for you, your total lack of emotional self-control and inability to avoid making a thread about you past the first page presents differently than you say.

3M voters

Votes cats in 2023: 60% turnout (1.8M votes)

300,000 names on the list...

Just a rough estimate, 950,000 votes needed.

Is it easier to get voters out to:

  1. sign on for permanent LPoC misrule in Canada
  2. ditch the LPoC/CBC dog-and-pony show, and have D Smith as their federal leader?

I think that "Stay in Canada" is becoming a harder and harder sale every single day.

Internally, the Cdn gov't is becoming the "no-cameras allowed" gov't, the police aren't allowed to investigate any of their scandals, internet censorship is getting stronger, personal freedoms are dwindling, ridiculous immigration levels will never end... What's getting better to counter-balance all of that?

Externally the US is ramping up pressure... Trump is gonna keep the heat on to keep separation more and more likely. He already approved pipelines that are just waiting to be built as soon as Ottawa is cut outta the loop. The trade situation is still strained, and Carney's deal with China is still rankling down south, so American resolve against Canadian trade is growing.

Q: Was Trump smart enough to install Carney, just because he saw Alberta separation as a far stronger likelihood under another LPoC gov't? Did he con CBC into helping him break up Canada?

Keeping the CBC (LPoC propagandists) out of their business made sense. When have the Libs let Rebel or any non-sycophant media point a camera at Trudeau or Carney?

And I'd keep those fking commie b4stards from CBC out too. They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves "news".

Harper didn't do it to hide a laundry-list of scandals, either. Nor did he prevent the police from investigating their $90k Duffygate "scandal".

The Libs have been light years worse than the Harper gov't on every level. It's atrocious to pretend that the conservatives were somehow worse.

Can you try to comment on the topic sometimes? Once?

Do you think it's reasonable to argue against how you're telling us you're feeling in any given moment, as you've done here?

You don't have to answer.  It's a rhetorical question.

CBC???  It was Harpers way ...."This approach was part of a broader trend of reduced access, including fewer press conferences and limited media access to ministers"

Considering Harpers meetings  "became significantly frequent, with reports suggesting that nearly half of all committee sittings involved in camera sessions" and " government used these private, closed-door meetings frequently to control information, often for entire sittings rather than short interruptions.""

How would you know what Harper was hiding during in camera meetings and he kept the press away . LOL

This is on topic...you guys are the ones whining about in camera meetings.
