Eric Swalwell is history...history...history.

He let his weenie fck him up, now he's history.

California is slipping right...slipping right...slipping right.

Zucchini will be food again, as the state keeps slipping right. 😁

Does he have any corroboration? Would a jury believe him?

Did Obama say: "I don't even wait. And when you're a star they let you do it. You can do anything."
Grab them by the ****. You can do anything."

Yeah it was a civil suit, but it was a jury that weighed the arguments and came to the verdict.

The same jury that found Trump guilty would have no choice but to find Obama guilty, because the amount of evidence is the exact same.

In fact, I coulda said "I didn't really consider it rape until one of my friends said "That might have been a r4pe", because that's what it took for Carroll to start thinking of it as a r4pe.

What you're describing isn't evidence of anything.

If a woman agrees to model lingerie for someone, and brings them into a changeroom, she doesn't get to charge him with R4pe for grabbing her vaj. She has consented to that much at that point.

If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

Well, the point is that:

  1. Caroll just has a story with zero accompanying facts or evidence
  2. Anyone can be found guilty of r4pe if we use her trial as a precedent for determining guilt

But he wasn't found guilty and that's the kind of kicking the teeth here, the judge says that he thinks that it would be rape under a more common general definition but not a legal definition. Well that's not a legal ruling. In fact that's literally the opposite of illegal brewing that's saying under the law he wouldn't have been considered a guilty of rape but that some people might choose to use that word because reasons

What the judge actually convicted him of was not rape and the judge has admitted that legally it wasn't rape. So there you go

"That which doesn't kill me...

Had better start running."

Oh pl-ease...

They orchestrated this so they had something to hang around his neck.

That society slut played her part and so did the judge...in NY I might add.

I say...bring Swalwell up on charges in Kentucky. Roast his ass so bad, that these filth will never pull a stunt like that again.

He was found liable for "sexual abuse" in a civil suit, so you'll never get leftists to stop saying that "he r4ped her".

Also, the left4rd judge said that "the sexual abuse found by the jury met the common definition of "rape", so she must have changed her story from what she wrote in the book.

Quote

the judge says that he thinks that it would be rape under a more common general definition but not a legal definition.

And he's wrong.

The common definition of r4pe is "a woman knows that she was r4ped", not "he pushed me against the wall and kissed me and I giggled, then he stuck his fingers in my cooter and I giggled again."

It's not like a guy can just "put his fingers in" while he's standing in front of a woman. That required lifting a shirt, getting in or around underwear, and then up and in... If a woman is resisting even half-heartedly it's not possible. She never described that as being any kind of a struggle, which tells me that she was a participant at that point.

Fact is that, if her story from her book was 100% accurate, she wasn't r4ped, she just felt used, cheap and slutty. I'd say "disrespected", but I don't think it's possible to disrespect her - she's the lowest of the low.

It's literally just a story, exactly like mine, based on the level of evidence we both provided.

They used the Kavanaugh formula, but added an address.

  • 20+ yr old claim, so there's no worry about getting pressured into a criminal trial, where it would never make it to court
  • no year named
  • no evidence provided
  • no witnesses
  • no police report
  • no medical clinic visit
  • no address -> used a public location where it's possible the accused would have been at some point

Leftists LOVE it.

Unsubstantiated accusation VS "person they don't like" = GOLD!!!! TRUTH!!!! SCANDAL!!! GUILT!!!!

Yes. He is making your point that claims, without evidence, are not judicially adequate.

No, he was trying to say that my claim somehow lacked the level of evidence that Caroll's claim had, but he was just wrong. "Other people accused him but didn't go to court" isn't "evidence".

1) Nothing that she brought to court constituted evidence that Trump even met her, let alone did anything with her. 2) Her story didn't describe a r4pe or "sexual abuse".

My Obama accusation provides the exact same level of evidence as Caroll's does. No year, a location, and a story.

If Barqy was admitting that Trump wasn't actually found guilty of r4ping Caroll I'd fall off my chair.

Yeah, this is a whole different kettle of fish.

I don't know how his accuser keeps up ending up "in his hotel room" when she has a boyfriend, I have my doubts about her, but by the left's standards he did need to be dumped.

So now what do they do to keep a Republican out of the capital now? Can Kamalovame Harris enter the fray or is it too late?

FYI anyone can tell a story. Here's one for ya that's true:

When I was about 12 or 14, I was walking out front of a store in Chicago and I met Barack Obama. He was about 19 or 21 then, and he asked me to try on a shirt that he was thinking about buying for his kid brother. So I agreed to try it on, and then he r4ped me in the changeroom.

Oh look, Barack Obama is guilty of r4pe now, by your standards. So for the rest of your life, whenever someone says "Barack Obama", you have to say "He's actually a gay rapist".

Barack Obama is a gay r4pist, Barqy.

Except you have ZERO credibility or EVIDENCE you EVER MET Obama. AKA you're OBVIOUSLY LYING.

Trump admitted he knew Carroll form a photo.

Not true at all:

  1. Even from E Caroll's own version of the story, they did not know each other personally. They just recognized each other as "The billionaire real estate guy" and the "self-help column girl" when they met on the street in front of Bergdorf's, about twenty minutes before she asked him to stick things in her cooter. That's right from her book. If she said something different in court, then she lied at one point.
  2. They just briefly met at a party somewhere, almost a decade earlier. He didn't admit to "knowing her as a friend or acquaintance".

Tony Gonzales (R) Texas was forced to resign from Congress by Swalwell's resignation, after he'd been fighting it for MONTHS.

There is an old picture of the two of them together.

Former President Donald Trump falsely said Friday that a decades-old photo of him with E. Jean Carroll, the writer he has been found liable for sexually abusing and defaming, might have been created using artificial intelligence – though Trump has previously acknowledged that the photo is authentic.
