Then that force defends itself.

No one is willing to do that... did you miss that part?

Don't put a Netanyahu in charge of it then.

No one is willing to do this.

I didn't say that.  I pointed out the FACT that the majority of Palestinians love Hamas, they love what Hamas is doing, they want more of it.

By supporting Palestinians, you support Hamas.

Sure, and I pointed out that it's no surprise given how long this conflict has festered.

The only reason for that is that we in the west refuse to reconcile the deep divisions between the positions we take about our role in creating the quagmire known as the ME Conflict.

WE insured this conflict would go global decades and decades ago.

No one is willing to do this.

I guess that means we're still more willing to see the conflict continue.

Maybe we'll reconsider when it finally goes nuclear.

There is no "Palestine."

Go tell it to the 81% of the world's nations who say otherwise.

I'd rather we split the two apart with a strong international peacekeeping force until the whole region cools off.

They'd both attack the peace force to get at each other.

What you say and what actually is, are two different things.

So, what exactly is it that those 81% of the worlds nations recognize? Where are the borders? Who are the leaders of this "Palestine"

These are the same people who are melting down at having to go back to the office for work, so.......

I suppose they could still work the drone's from home ....  :)

I mean lets be honest, given the amount of training they'll get i think they would HAVE to give them rifles with fixed bayonettes.  Not because i think they'd be willing to charge the enemy, but because it will reduce the chances they'll put the wrong end of the gun against their shoulder.

So longer we all hate one another in the west the longer the ME conflict will continue.

You literally insist that 1948 can never be forgotten and that any action taken today is completely justified as a result of it.

You are the one promoting long-term hatred.

I don't understand the radical left's thinking here.  They want to take guns away from legal, trained gun owners and give them to.......47 year old Dennis who works at the CRA but is really just sitting at home watching Netflix all day.

Borders will have to be negotiated. Leaders will have to be elected.

I'm merely explaining why it'll remain long-term.

Einstein predicted that the intent and sentiment behind the Deir Yassin Massacre wouldn't be forgotten and that the world would condemn Israel for it.

Looks like you've got what you wanted. Israel just authorized more dispossession, oppression and subjugation of Palestine by its settlers.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Yeah well Israel is looking increasingly temporary too.

There is no “too” as there is no Palestine.

Have you checked Google Maps?

Of course it'll show you where the Gulf of America is too so what do they know?

They want to PRETEND they'll give them guns. In reality they'll let them HOLD a gun for  a few hours while they jog around and then take them back.

These people would be undertrained in most provinces to hunt animals, but we're going to pretend they can go up against soldiers from a standing army? The closest these guys are going to be able to come to clearing a jam is cleaning up when their toast lands face down when they drop it and they have to mop it up

Oh man, well if Google Maps says it exists, then it really must exist!

Still, no Palestine.

Sure, it'll be back, right now it's  just being squatted on by  immigrants.

It is what it is. It's what we've all voted for.

It still is, it never went anywhere. You're just wishing it away.

LOL, there is nothing to wish away. You have yet to define anything or any place called Palestine or when it ever existed as such.

Maybe in your imagination...
