Well, like much of what you post here, it’s a vague baseless assertion and when challenged you run away.

I like how you call my post sexist when I rephrased Biden's main qualifications for VP.

Time: In the first one-on-one Democratic primary debate Sunday, former Vice President Joe Biden vowed to pick a woman Vice President and promised to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court.

She slept with Willie Brown and got a job she wasn't qualified for. She called Joe Biden a racist and suddenly became black when he picked her for VP.

Nothing anyone said above was untrue. In the face of facts you could not refute, you chose to call people sexist and misogynist. That is a lazy tactic that just won't fly. You can't get people to rethink their actions and beliefs if you are lobbing baseless lies at them. Do better.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

Why do you assume if she is a woman she must be unqualified? here's her resume:

Kamala Harris's Resume : r/KamalaHarris

Horsesh*t. Two unattached people had a consensual relationship. End of story.

She's been qualified for every job she has ever had, and if in order for you to feel superior you must reduce her to a "sl*t" that is an indictment on you, not her.

When Tequila Harris lost the election we thought we would all be unburdened by what had been, but she won't shut up!

You do realize that several of those "qualifications" have to do with her genitals? As for her being unqualified, being hired to jobs is not a qualification. Her ability to do them is. She was an abject failure as the VP. She objectively failed as a Presidential candidate both in the primary and in 2024. By her own words and actions, she clearly is not capable of independent thought. I don't assume anything. I am judging her on her merits.

If I assumed someone was incapable of doing their job just because they are a woman, I would not love Caroline Levit so much. But she is a kick ass press secretary. See, you can not refute what I am saying, so you immediately resort to name calling.

He was married. Separated, but married. That is not unattached. He was also way way way older than her and...**GASP**...their relationship did lead to her getting a job:

La Times: Brown, exercising his power even as his speakership seems near an end, named attorney Kamala Harris to the California Medical Assistance Commission, a job that pays $72,000 a year.Harris, a former deputy district attorney in Alameda County, was described by several people at the Capitol as Brown’s girlfriend. In March, San Francisco Chronicle columnist Herb Caen called her “the Speaker’s new steady.” Harris declined to be interviewed Monday and Brown’s spokeswoman did not return phone calls.

That article is from 1994. Even then they were saying she got the job because they were "dating."

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

He didn’t assume that. You are twisting his words.

He pointed out Biden was first most interested in sex, not ability.

Qualifications do not make a leader - and that goes double in politics.

They do not “make” a leader but are evidence of a leader…

The misogyny is extra vile in this thread.

It almost seems like some of you have to reclaim the hate that was shaken by Trump’s deranged Reiner post.

Harrass invites misogyny, so it's all good. ;)

suppose qualifications CAN play a significant role in making a leader.............. my opinion is that managers are made but leaders are born.

On the other hand history is full of  leaders that lacked any qualifications ............ ability to 'sell' or convince notwithstanding.

Harry S. Truman is my fav -  33rd Pres.

He's the guy that gave the order to drop (2) fission - weapons on Japan - ending the war and saving hundred of thousands of lives.

Is leadership the most important thing ?  We have lots of 'leaders' with bad ideas doing quite well ... everywhere

Looks like someone has a new patronizing catch phrase !

............. history is full of 'leaders' with what might consider bad ideas ........ but they could lead, did lead - more the pity.

Yeah... so.  I for one don't want to be 'led'.  I want to listen to ideas from someone with relevant experience that seem that they could help us.  I don't get that very often...

............. given  the proper circumstance you likely would be grateful to have an experienced leader - not a manager.

All depends on the context - working at Taco Bell as a manager is not being a leader.

Actually there is some truth to the saying, 'if you can't do - you instruct'.

Sports develops leadership SKILLS and most def potential leaders IMO .............. ditto any regimented system.

Leaders are also managers, even if they manage a small portfolio of super important things.  Clarity of mind is a MUST.

Unless you are trying to say that sometimes a madman will randomly point in the right direction... which is cheating IMO.

Managers are not always leaders though.

This is verbal air hockey but still fun...

I love that people see folks like Hockey Coaches as 'leaders'.... when some big names have been called out as having no plan, no vision, and terrible leadership traits ....

Barry Melrose, are you on here ?  Mike Keenan ?

............... armchair quarterbacks are the worst critics - number of wins / championships speaks volumes.
