Yes you have leftists in the USA, but they usually stay on college campuses and then grow out of their naive ideas.  But now more of them are being elected to Congress.  Democrats have been giving up their old centrism for leftism and wonder why Americans didn't vote for them.  And the problem with the old centrist Democrats is that even though they aren't crazy they are quite corrupt, which is why Hillary didn't win.

The establishment Democrats and Republicans are so corrupt and thus incompetent that voters have been rejecting them, but unfortunately embracing more extreme candidates ideologically.  Americans are a victim of their own greed and stupidity.

OTOH, we get a lot more news about them HERE. They generally show up where FASCIST GOONS (like Neo-NAZIs) are expected.

IMO its better for them to pick fights with FASCISTS than to have the civilian population cowed into submission.
