More importantly the number of homes to population ratio is also the worst. The two are connected, and it's difficult to fix one without fixing the other.

Definitely. One of the many reasons Vancouver's homeless population keeps going up rapidly. The only place in all of Canada that still relatively mild in the winters

We need to build an additional 250 k to 300,000 homes above and beyond what we normally build which is about 250,000 homes Each and every year just to catch up by 2035.

There is a way to do that, but Carney's plan to have an investment bank is absolutely not going to help I will only make certain friends of his a little wealthier
