Attaching immigration to housing and health care.  Cutting the number of international students, cutting the number of temporary foreign workers.  Getting rid of the industrial carbon tax.  Getting rid of the west coast tanker ban.

lol...  he's said immigration numbers are not sustainable and need to be more focused.  He's already ahead of you on international students cutting it back 10% this year.  TFW's will be brought in as needed.  Cancelling the industrial carbon tax isn't that easy with billions of dollars in assets invested in low carbon projects.  Easy for you to say eliminate the tanker ban since you don't live in the coast and depend on the waters and land for your livelihood.

Immigration hasn’t been curbed nearly enough.  Either has international students or temporary foreign workers.  We can’t get rid of terrible policy (industrial carbon tax) because we have terrible policy (green investment) attached to it?  LOL.  That’s why we’re in the shape we are.  The livelihoods of ALL Canadians matter more.  It’s an irrational policy.  But you won’t get rid of that either.  See, you wanted policies, I gave you them, yet you’re unwilling to correct them.  That’s why we’re in the shape we’re in.  That’s why we need new leadership in Ottawa, because nothing will substantially change.  You just made my point.

Americans were doing this since the 70's.  I remember a bunch of us talking about this at the time, and in the 80's ran into plenty of americans with our flag on their stuff. More of them wore one than we do

Immigration numbers are being decreased as are international student and TFW numbers. Not nearly enough is only your portion and not that of the provinces or business. And yes, multi-billions in investment for low carbon projects...that's a bad thing right. And no, carbon tax is not why we're here right now. We have new leadership in Ottawa that is infinitely more qualified than what the minority party could offer so we'll see where that leads us. You had no point...those are just the same soundbites.

Had to point out to a guy that he was on EI, he's the one milking the system. STFU and go tell the manager YOU want that job behind the Subway counter!

Good God I told a couple kids I handled the Men's Shed requests for yard work etc. this summer and could refer them. Grumbled at only making $25 a lawn when Dad make $38 at the mill. Told them they could mow three little city lots in an hour and make double what their Dad did. Nope!
Sat there all summer playing computer games mooching change off Mom and Dad.
I was tempted to buy a ride 'em and go do it myself and donate half to the Shed.

Unfortunately too many of us are incapable of critical thinking.

1. Pixie Dust steps down in shame.

2. The carney steps in and what's the first thing he does? "Axe the tax". But only for retail sales.

3. An election is called.

4. Trump makes a silly threat to Canadian sovereignty. 

5. The carney makes "Elbows Up" his campaign slogan even though he's bailed out Trump's son-in-law with corporate billions.

6. Canadians ignore the facts completely in order to express their discomfort/disgust with Trump's statements. 

7. Poilievre effectively disappears from the campaign. 

8. The carney is elected with a slim minority as Canadians choose hatred of Trump over hatred of Pixie-Dust and the Liberal party.

9. The carney immediately kisses Trump's ring.

And finally...

10. Canada finds itself screwed...again...

We've been played...had...used.
