The invasion of Mexico begins

Trump order military action against drug cartel in South America including Mexico. This will initially start as a special forces operation. Years of the war on terror has honed in America’s counter insurgency capabilities. Time to put it to good use.

This makes it the 11th time we have invaded. For various reasons I should say, not necessarily for land expansion. Though if America is interested in doing so for security reasons it would only make sense to keep the top half of Mexico . Build a new wall from Monterey to Durango where we have most of the industries already intergrated with America. Yes this would mean taking and holding territories of 35 million people and making them Americans but frankly, the Mexican government is weak, they can’t even police their own territory from drug traffickers. 

Alternatively, Americans just need to stop using drugs.
