This is where the opportunities are. Someone recently pointed out that Sweden cuts a fraction of the amount of timber we do yet they create more jobs, value and wealth with it than we do. This is how fishing opportunities could have been distributed if BC had control of its marine fisheries instead of Ottawa who chose to concentrate opportunities into fewer often already very wealthy hands.
