Presumably, this happened under the Council of Presidents:

Do any of you sick a-holes want to defend the previous administration? Is anyone ok with this? Any one?!

35,000 kids became sex slaves in the US because the people handling Joe Biden cared more about importing voters than what happened to them when  they got here. Are you OK with that?

This seems like a standard issue. Blustery politician. I wouldn't trust anything he says, on the surface.

Also from Wikipedia: " On March 19, 2024, Higgins voted NAY to House Resolution 149 Condemning the illegal abduction and forcible transfer of children from Ukraine to the Russian Federation."

The nature of politics today is that information is bifurcated, the groups providing it are either with you or against you. Objectivity died, journalism and academic research are vilified, facts must be generated by people who are part of our tribe only.

In order to have a political discussion, you have to start with something that's acceptable to a reasonable person.. and then discuss the implications.

Politicians from either side who make blustery comments for show are Central to our epistemic crisis.

YOU'RE LYING. Virtually NO new immigrants vote here in Federal elections.

After they risked everything to come here, WTH would they risk ILLEGAL voting when they have virtually NOTHING TO GAIN from it?

YOU DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE. And YOUR Tweet is NOT EVIDENCE of ANYTHING.

You really need to widen your news sources:

Just The Facts: Based on the latest available data and an enhanced version of a stress-tested methodology from a scholarly journal, a new study by Just Facts has found that about 10% to 27% of non-citizen adults in the U.S. are now illegally registered to vote.

The U.S. Census recorded more than 19 million adult non-citizens living in the U.S. during 2022. Given their voter registration rates, this means that about two million to five million of them are illegally registered to vote. These figures are potentially high enough to overturn the will of the American people in major elections, including congressional seats and the presidency.

How did they do that? How did they register to vote?

AMAC: According to DOGE’s Antonio Gracias, “We’ve gone through on every benefit program… We found groups from this particular group of people, this 5.5 million people, in those benefit programs.”

But it’s not just non-citizens collecting public benefits. Gracias added, “And then what was really, really disturbing us was why? We’re asking ourselves why. And, so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records and we found people here registered to vote in this population. Yes. And, who did vote and … we found some by sampling that actually did vote and we have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service.”

They were given temporary work cards that they used to apply for benefits and SSNs. They used those cards, their IDs given by states that allow illegal immigrants to have IDs and the registered to vote AND voted.

Joe Biden? Moved on from Hilary's pizza parlour have we? Sure it wasn't Obama's fault?

Maybe in a couple decades you'll catch up with the f*cking pervert in the White House right now.

You need to find objectively NEUTRAL sources.

Just Facts – Bias and Credibility

Quote

In conclusion, while it is true that all the facts listed on JF are validated or peer-reviewed in some way, JF does not attempt to report a balanced view of the totality of information, they do not include information that disagrees with their preferred conclusions, and they present facts (especially time series) selectively in such a way that those very facts seem to support the opposite of what the full data really support. Based on not presenting research and facts from both sides, we score this 6/10. Our last criteria are political affiliation which looks at a combination of ownership, funding, and the general tone of the information. We rate Just Facts 6/10 right for political affiliation based on ownership bias and demonstrated bias on the sister site. When added up, this website scores 3.5 Right, which falls within the Right-Center category.

Your fact check on the article i quoted was objectively wrong. The article states that a study estimates 10-27% of illegal aliens registered to vote. That is true. A study does state that. Nothing in your fact check negates that.

The AP talked about how states find a hand full here and there but the system makes it hard for them to track who is and isn't a citizen: https://apnews.com/article/immigration-elections-voting-north-carolina-voter-registration-f31d10982b99a203eaa378f1a1d4bffc

When DOGE went into the system, they quickly found millions getting SS and Medicare /Medicaid. Many were registered to vote and some did.

Then you have the case of China sending thousands of realistic fake IDs to Chinese nationals here in the US.

To say this isn't happening is just delusional at this point.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

When people PAY for SS/Medicare, they deserve to benefit from it. The only immigrants who get MediCAL were from STATE FUNDS in CA.

Shedding Light on the Incidence of Illegal Noncitizen Voting

Quote

Speaking to New York Times reporter Minho Kim for an article published today, I stated,“These numbers simply aren’t believable… They aren’t consistent with what we know from the various other sources.”

For those who are coming in late, these startling estimates of the rate of illegal noncitizen voting can be traced to a 2020 paper by Agresti that in turn depended on a 2014 article by Jesse Richman et al., based on responses to the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES) for the 2008 election. The Richman et al. paper came under intense critical scrutiny from, among others, Harvard’s Stephen Ansolabehere et al, writing under the auspices of the CCES itself, of which Ansolabehere is principal investigator (“Perils of Cherry Picking Low Frequency Events in Large Sample Surveys”) They wrote:

The advent of large sample surveys, such as the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), has opened the possibility of measuring very low frequency events, characteristics, and behaviors in the population. This is certainly a worthy objective, but researchers must use caution when studying low probability events and behaviors, such as non-citizenship rates and voting. Even very low-level measurement error can lead to classification and prediction errors and incorrect inferences in analyses.

This paper documents how low-level measurement error for survey questions generally agreed to be highly reliable can lead to large prediction errors in large sample surveys, such as the CCES. The example for this analysis is Richman, Chattha, and Earnest (2014), which presents a biased estimate of the rate at which non-citizens voted in recent elections. The results, we show, are completely accounted for by very low frequency measurement error; further, the likely percent of non-citizen voters in recent US elections is 0.

Zero, of course, functions here as a rounding number and not as an assertion that literally no noncitizens voted in 2008. It signifies simply that alternative rounding numbers, such as 5 or 3 or 1 percent, would likely be less accurate. (Maggie Koerth, writing at Five Thirty-Eight, describes the origins of the Richman et al paper, which didn’t begin as an effort to measure illegal voting at all; its authors appear to have been chagrined at the way it was pressed into service to fuel fraud narratives.)

I'm willing to take his word for it, but apparently we'll find out next week anyways depending on how old that video is.

And it certainly makes sense, as Biden & Co. had been practically waving thousands of illegal aliens into the country every f*cking day for 4 years.

So you're saying you're not going to speak out against this. I mean I could understand you doing so with the caveat "if it turns out to be true"

But apparently if it turns out to be true you're okay with it because.... Ukraine?

Why does the left never condemn this kind of thing and only try and defend it?

It's entirely possible this guy is full of crap, until we see the actual evidence it's hard to be certain. But I have absolutely no problem saying that if it's true it is absolutely Beyond horrific.

It's never a case of if this is true it's terrible, with you guys it's always just deflect defend protect your tribe and if that means $35,000 kids have to be sold into slavery so be it

It wouldn’t be much of a discussion unless you both have strong opinions to begin with. I just go in swinging like a mosh pit. It’s even better in person, you get to savor all the little emotions real time.
