Carney finds ways to deal with excessive numbers of temp residents: Make 'em permanent! :) LOL

Canada to introduce new permanent residency route in 2025 - The Economic Times

So basically they're going to make it easier for temporary residents to become permanent residents.

Remember when carney said he was going to make sure that only 5% of the population were temporary? Well this is how. He's going to make sure he recycle them into  permanent residents no longer temporary residents anymore. Sheer genius!

So he's still going to be bringing in crap tons of new Canadians. But on paper he will list them as temporary workers and new immigrants  But not show the conversions from temporary to permanent as part of his target

No doubt he's bringing in people who will fully integrate into our society, with just some cultural flavour of their own that's kept to a personal level. Not the types of people who want to implement their own legal systems, or who commit hate crimes like it's their civic duty.

If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

Do they want to stay here?
Do they work, study, pay taxes or shop in our businesses?
Can we use them?

Seeing as how the answer is YES for 99% of them..... ridiculing the mere suggestion is a supreme DUH....

Long live the white red neck crowd. They are the only people left who are trying to save Canada from becoming a 3rd world communist hell hole which your dear leader Carnage is trying to do. Those millions of new non-white 3rd world bums are being brought into Canada to destroy our British/European culture and way of life that has worked well for Canada since Canada was founded.

Multiculturalism and diversity and DEI/woke bullshit has done nothing to try and keep Canada great. On the contrary, all of this massive 3rd world immigration is meant to destroy and genocide the white people of Canada. Every day i get to see more and more non-white people around, especially wherever i go, all businesses of all sorts are starting to look and appear to be more non-white than white. Canadian airports and cruise ship terminals, as examples, are all pretty majority non-white. Sad but true, That is fact and not fiction. Just my opinion of course.  😇

If this rate of 3rd world massive immigration is allowed to continue, we white folk are going to become a second class minority white folk. We see so many businesses today where the majority of people working in those businesses are non-white and this should tell us all that we are losing our white homeland to a bunch of foreign born non-white immigrants. I have noticed recently that at all Canadian airports and cruise ship terminals they are all pretty much staffed by non-whites. White folk are losing their white homeland, but they do not seem to care about it all that much. Sad indeed. 😒

Are any of them in the country illegally? Seeing as how the answer is YES For 100% of them, Deporting them is obvious,  DUH!!!

No buddy. Your insistence on rejecting every step of logical reasoning as meaningless, makes your opinon meaningless.
Perhaps because you can't accept that unlike yourself, most of those people contribute to Canada.

There's a couple of threads here that resonate a deja vu effect with me... one of them being the state of our (national) finances and the second the overall immigration issue; especially the rationalization of things (on both issues) that simply don't make sense to me from a common sense or sustainability perspective.

I say that because the conversations here are reminiscent of ones I've previously had with Greek and Swedish colleagues (over a beer) prior to their own financial and immigration crisis hitting them squarely in the head with a sledge hammer. The tone of those discussions was much more cordial of course but their rationalizations were eerily similar and very "Herb like" in nature.

I found myself playing the role of Fox with each of them playing the role of Herb but (and this is my point) the discussion itself was virtually identical, except for the fact that it was cordial and friendly.

Unfortunately, I lack the political acumen to compare (off the top of my head) our financial machinations to that of Greece and our immigration ones to Sweden in concrete terms. I also lack the time it takes to research the situational differences that might serve to give me herbs confidence that all is well on (what I now fear) is a sinking ship.

Since I don't have the luxury of time to do my own homework here I'll put it in the form of a question: are we in danger of replicating the Greek financial crises and Swedish immigration disaster?

For the record (and IMO), the only difference I see is that we now seem to be approaching PNR (point of no return) on course to achieving apogee on both of those issues simultaneously... I think I need a bigger sledge hammer.

Sorry to ask and run but that's just the way of it...

Cheers

You haven't put forward any logic or reason. You just freak out and make wild accusations that aren't remotely true, and then Crap your pants.

And not one of them contributes to Canada, we're talking about America.

I mean you're honestly so deluded you can't even remember what country we're talking about

I mean I don't even need to make you look bad or anything, you do it all on your own. You haven't got the brains that god gave a goat and it shows up every time you make a post trying to desperately to make a point but you just come across as bat crap crazy.

Seems the headline needs a lot of clarification instead of fearmongering and supposition. LOL

"While details about eligibility criteria and program structure are still awaited, the government has confirmed that the new program will be launched before the EMPP expires on December 31, 2025."

A program in place for the past 7 years.....

"Launched in 2018, the EMPP links skilled refugees and displaced persons with Canadian employers through economic immigration programs. To date, nearly 970 individuals have settled in Canada under this initiative, according to official data from 2019 to March 2025."

"To qualify, applicants must demonstrate their refugee or displaced status via approved documentation or referrals from IRCC-recognized partners. All applications must be submitted from outside Canada."

"The job offer stream allows applicants with full-time employment offers from Canadian employers to apply, provided they have at least one year of work experience, as well as sufficient education and language proficiency based on the National Occupational Classification (NOC) Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities (TEER) categories."

Yep. As I said the new program will be launched this year which will enable them to turn temporary workers into permanent residents much easier and keep their high levels of immigration up where they want them

But thanks for pointing it out again

Nope.

As your link stated, they have to apply from outside Canada and they have to have the skills, education and language profile to get in.The also have to have an employer willing to take them.

According to the program, only  970 have been eligible since inception 7 years ago in 2018.

So, it seems that it is not "much easier".

Oh and, downvoting quotes from your own link seems rather 1diotic LOL

That was the old program.

And I'm voting altogether is 1diotic. That's why everyone laughs at you. I just do it because I know what pisses you off. You think it upsets other people which it doesn't so therefore it's obvious that it upsets you.   :)

I mean honestly, nobody else does that even people who don't like each other but you do it because you're emotionally crippled and have no other way of expressing yourself and we all get that, but it's fun to mess with you by doing it back :)

So, the quotes and what I said is correct.

But you need to go on an insult tirade to deflect that your supposition and fearmongering is BS.

It sounds like there's a lot of tension and maybe some hurt behind those words. If you're venting or responding to someone who’s upset you, it might help to take a step back and think about .....whether it's to be heard, or just to move on.

And to downvote your own links and quotes is myopic and !diotic. LOL

Good one LOL ...so typical of you...a LOSER :)

Pointing out your mistakes isn't really a tirade. :)  If anything is pretty hilarious, and the beautiful thing about you is that when you make a mistake and someone points it out you always double down or triple down which makes it even funnier  :)

The tension you're sensing is all your own. You're upset, you're emotionally invested, you spend all day thinking about me apperently and most of that time being angry that you made yourself look dumb, and you assume others are the same.

We're not. :)   Again, this isn't a discussion or the like, this is me and others pointing at you and laughing :)

Violent destabilization & open ethnic violence across the West is inevitable.

Southport was a mere glimpse of what's coming and once that cat is out of the bag it's spreading across Western societies like a wildfire. The only question is which country kicks it off.

Denialism, gaslighting, weaponized suicidal empathy, and pre-emptive framing is not working, Herbie. When that day comes, I hope you realize it's because of cowards, cucks, and useful dupes like you.

If you think things are bad, divided now...well, you haven't seen shit yet. It's all downhill from here as we rapidly approach demographic tipping points across the West.
