So, with the recent Supreme Court Ruling clarifying that the Trump Administration can deport people to third-party countries... keep in mind, Garcia had a deportation order. The only order he had protecting him was that he couldn't be deported back to El Salvador.

So... guess what happens next?

Looks like the Trump Administration can just deport him to Sudan instead. Good Riddance!

I mean, maybe he wants to go back to El Salvador now. Self Deport...

Supreme Court allows Trump to swiftly deport certain immigrants to 'third countries'

The Trump administration sought to overturn a judge's ruling that imposed a legal process for deporting convicted criminals to places other than their countries of origin.

You have a very hateful, sad attitude toward someone you don't even know from a hole in the ground.

He originally came from El Salvador in 2011 to escape gang threats.

Sending anyone to Sudan would be a very serious violation of human rights.

Sudan is currently considered very unsafe for travel due to ongoing armed conflict, civil unrest, and high risks of crime, terrorism, and kidnapping.

Travelers are strongly advised not to travel to Sudan and should consider leaving if they are already there.

The security situation remains volatile, with heavy fighting and numerous civilian casualties reported.

Historical issues of internal conflict and civil unrest continue to pose significant risks.

The only reason anyone would send anyone to Sudan is out of pure spite and hatred.

No civilized government leader or administration in the world would even consider doing such a thing.

This is totally the opposite of Christian Biblical principles of loving thy neighbour and doing no harm to others.

No, by all accounts, the guy beat his wife, engaged in illegal activity to smuggle other illegal immigrants into the country, all while being a member or affiliated with the MS-13 gang.

He is here illegally. I support enforcing our immigration laws to deport him.

No. Abrego Garcia was given a no deport ORDER by a Federal judge.

Not surprised that Luser is CHEERING Trump violating another JUDICIAL ORDER.

Thanks for getting on the gnat girl bus and a proving you have NO RESPECT for the LAW.

I get that you want to wrap your arms around the entire planet, but the country isn't big enough to take all 7 billion people.

The best thing to do is ship his ass to El Salvador and fly his family over there with him. they can unite in his home country when he is released.

That is what he claims, a review of that evidence might prove the opposite, that the threat to his life there exists because of the gang activity he was involved in to harm others.

Either way, that threat no longer exists with the new local government's efforts to restore law and order.

That order was only a non-deportation order to El Salvador...

We have an app where he can schedule and coordinate his own deportation so it is more convenient for him!

A news article says this was in 2021, four years ago and since then his wife said ""We were able to work through this situation privately as a family, including by going to counseling," Vasquez Sura said. "Kilmar has always been a loving partner and father, and I will continue to stand by him and demand justice for him."

Those are unproven allegations made by the supporters of the Trump / ICE admin deportations.

Regardless of the outcome of any court case against him, the Trump admin does not have the right to send him to Sudan, Libya, or El Salvador where his life would be in danger.  It is a more complex case than we can comprehend on here and still has to be settled by court.  Humanitarianism is part of it regardless of how inhumane you think they should act.  Authorities may be forced to let him remain in the U.S. because he may fall into the category of a refugee with no other place to go and he has children and a wife in the U.S.  Nobody has the right to send him to a hell hole where he could be killed.

LOL, yes, because wifes who are beat do not have a long history of recanting or being OK with it...

The point remains, he beat his wife, all you got is that she is OK with it now.

Not made by supporters, this is a criminal charge he is facing, he was indicted, the government has compelling witnesses and evidence. We have VIDEO of him being pulled over doing this.

The law says otherwise. They can deport him to a 3rd party country.

They can also relitigate the order preventing his removal to El Salvador and send him back there instead.

You have a very whimsical attitude.

Oh BTW...I say if he had a reason to fear the gangs, it's because he was involved with them. Thus...give his family an opportunity to go with him and ciao. Don't call us, we'll call you.

YOUR SIMPLISTIC ANALYSIS is far from definitive.

Gangs are KNOWN to recruit young kids not involved with them by the use of violence if they don't comply.

But I'm sure you believe you're an expert on gangs in 3rd world countries, right? LMAO

What a dope.

My analysis...Dweebles...is the result of experience. Gangs "recruit" aggressive kids...perfectly willing to inflict their aggression on anyone. Not Dweebs.

OK, so no need to import those gang members to our country and let them stay while they continue to engage with them...

Really lDIOT? With what third world gangs do YOU have "experience"? All of them? LMAO

It's kinda easy to turn ANY kid into an "aggressive kid" by bullying them. Duh

Treating anyone brutally will usually make them a BRUTE. It worked on you, only you're just an anonymous brute on the interwebz.

IF you can afford to move to So Cal (got at least a $million for a average house?), maybe we'll find out how big a man you really are. And you'll find out I am really 6'6" 240lbs.

Again... so what?

Then leave them in El Salvador. We don't need gang violence and more gang criminality in America.

You cowardly hide from words on a forum you clown. You can't even stand up to my calling out your BS here.

No, the highest court in the land overruled your fake judges. You keep spewing that shit as if actually means something. I want to tell you, numbnuts, it doesn't.

Your JUDICIAL ORDER is actually an ACTIVIST ORDER. It's why the highest court in the land shit canned it.

No, thank YOU for celebrating ILLEGAL BORDER crossings and not trying to hide that fact. ;)

^lDIOT claims he knows 3rd world gangs and how they behave, but cannot even say which ones he knows. LMAO

AKA BUPKIS.

Correct me if I'm wrong though, the third party country in question would still need to accept him or he would have to be a citizen there, wouldn't he? I mean they can't just deport him to random country without their permission I wouldn't think. How would that work, quick over flight and push him out the door with a parachute? :)

"That which doesn't kill me...

Had better start running."

Oh man, this is great. Reading through some analysis of his current criminal trial, it is a big catch-22 for him.

If he makes bail and gets released from criminal custody... he immediately goes into ICE custody. The real kicker, then, is that ICE could very well deport him to a third-party country. The Judge can't stop them.

So, the Judge and defense lawyers are left in a pickle, as it is actually better for Garcia to stay in custody for his criminal case.

I love every bit of this because Democrats made this criminal thug their poster child hero.

Yes, the third-party country has to accept him, but the United States has significant leverage with many countries to do just that.

Within the framework of existing laws and due process, as Trump and this administration have said, Garcia is never coming back here except in a jail cell.

The poor little "Maryland family man" that became the Democrats celebrity cause to rally around is little more than a gang member or affiliate that was likely involved in gang violence in El Salvador which is why his life was threatened by rival gangs there at the time and why he continued to engage in gang activity helping them in human trafficing here.

Never mind, he is a wife-beater.

And this is what Democrats want to protect staying in America.
