In spite of my right wing political ideologist why do I vote for Liberals on Monday?

1 - Mark Carney has positive proven records on dealing with crisis in harsh economic times. He was the governor of Bank of Canada during the 2008 economic crises and the governor of Bank of England during the Brexit crises and in both occasions he came out glorious navigating the the countries well through the economic storms. Canada will be facing harsh economic times because of US tariffs in near future and Mark Carney is by far more experienced to navigate Canada during these tough economic times than totally inexperienced Poilievre.

2- Mark Carney can best deal with Trump and guard Canada's sovereignty than Poilievre. He has more maturity and international recognition and respect.

3 - None of my desired policies like Capital Punishment, Private Health care, ban on immigration from certain regions will be implemented by this Conservative party under Poilievre.

4 - I don't like Pierre Poilievre and I cannot take his face on my TV screens for 4 years. I think he says anything to get elected.

5 - Conservatives may implement ideologic policies like banning pornography, freedom of choice of lifestyle, same sex marriage, abortion as Harper did in 2013 by imposing bill C-36,

It's your vote do with it as you want....not sure why your posting this now, it is as if your looking for sympathy or condemnation....

Mark carney is planning on spending 630 bil in the first 5 years of office...thats exactly what we don't need at this time....what kind of banker does that when we are already 1.2 trillion dollars in debt...His entire resume is riddled with question marks and poor performances.....

Well That's a good reason not to vote for someone because You don't like his looks....i mean look at justin he had nothing going for him except good hair and socks and millions voted for him and look how that turned out....

Do you make that sh!t up....banning porno, freedom of choice, same sex marriage, abortion....he has not come out and said anything about these topics,my bad he did say he would not ban abortion when the liberals accused of doing so...might as well throw in canceling dental care and health care while your at it, things carney has said the conservative will do , lets not forget PP eats babies for breakfasts, Carney says alot of BS stuff, and your buying into it all....

We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have now done so much for so long with so little, we are now capable of doing anything with nothing.

To convince undecided to vote for Carney.

ps - please debate in a mature manner rather than insults. I get it you are losing and you are mad but we both want what is good for Canada. We just differ on what is better for Canada.

I ask you a question what it is you were looking for, not an insult but a question ? your post certainly did not convince anyone to change like you did...Do you think by adding another 630 bil in his first 5 year's to our national debt is a good thing for Canada...That surpasses Justin record by miles....and everyone thought he was bad at money issues...I just hope you don't regret your vote....in a few years....

Conservatives will carry deficits too and much larger than what they are projecting. Their figures are wishful thinking but even with that they add close to 100 billion to deficit.

You obviously don't want what's good for Canada. And you're obviously speaking to your echo chamber. And then to ask people to debate in a friendly fashion while at the same time insulting them and calling them sore losers speaks to your character of person. You're a hypocrite and disingenuous.

It doesn't look like carney is in any danger of winning a majority. At this point it looks like a week minority at best assuming the conservatives don't win. Which means in the near future Canadians will see more and more what he is really like and what an ultimate scumbag he is and how absolutely nothing will change from the times when Justin Trudeau led the party.

Which means in about 15 months we will be in a position to go to another election and this time there won't be a trump attack or secret person that you'll be able to bring in to lie to Canada to stay in power again.

The only sad part is Canada will undergo 15 more months of severe damage that will probably be generational. Won't affect me but the kids in their twenties and 30s will not be able to have a high quality of life because of the decision of people like you.

Look, we could go on and on about this, you made your decision and i've made mine, who wins no one knows, but one thing for sure we will both have to live with our choices....and if your ok with 630 bil in new spending then good on you...I'm not...

Again more liberal talk....PP has gone to great lengths not to sound like trump...that's what you want to hear thats what your going to hear....you've made your choice, and it sounds like you think he is sounds like trump...others make choices based on platforms, and moral character....others make thiers based on how people sound...

Conservatives and Liberals always ring up similar amounts of debt. The difference is the Liberals are more likely to use the money to help working Canadians than to pay off their wealthy donors.

DId you just wake up from a coma, the last Liberal government has spent more than all governments before them , by doubling the debt....do you tell your kids the same thing, when they want something you can't afford....atleast your helping your kids....thats the problem with liberals they always have their hand out when they don't need it....tell us what did the last Liberal government give "you" for the 700 bil they spent....

NOT even close to the 630 bil Carney has said he is going to spend....and if we use your logic carneys will be much larger than 630. bil....how can you substantiate that amount of spending, someone is going to have to pay off that in the future....the liberal money tree was picked clean from the last liberal government....  same liberals , same MP's same game plan ....nothing has changed except maybe Canadians got a lot more gullible...

It's not going to be enough....Liberals will always vote liberal regardless of what they do or have done....we have had more 3 consecutive terms of Justins liberals and after all that he damaged they still are turning out in large numbers....you can't fix stupid....

You are lying. I never called anyone a sore loser. Quote me saying those words, sore loser.

Carney will win a majority on Monday and he will be a great Prime Minister for Canada for the next four years and I will vote for him because I want the best for Canada.

Have you thought of becoming a politician? in particular a Conservative politician? You will do very well being such a liar putting words into people's mouth.

As clearly stated in my post you quoted the $100 billion was the deficit that will be added over next 4 years not the entire spending in Conservative platform

Smartly, this is how the federal Liberals have framed the election: a referendum on Trump.

Yet, no one knows anything about this guy Mark Carney. No one knows anything about his wife.

Right there. You claim he's not debating in a mature manner because he's mad that he's losing

You are a lying piece of shit. You did exactly what I told you you did and you tried to deny it even though it's right there.

SO you called him a sore loser then denied it, and then you called me a liar even tho i told the absolute truth.  And you demand people reply in a 'respectful' manner.  What a hypocritical scumbag you are.

No wonder you vote liberal

Actually if the poles are accurate not only will all of the people that have usually voted conservative continue to vote conservative, but a whole lot of people that used to vote NDP or liberal will also be voting conservative.

39% is what harper had for his majority. It's more than most of Justin's terms had. It's actually very high

So what will really be happening if the polls are accurate is that ndpers and block will be voting liberal for the first time, the block because they are afraid of trump and the ndpers because they are hate-filled spiteful people who do not believe in their own party other than as a tool to try and prevent the conservatives from winning

The left is basically fueled by hatred and spite
