One study does not represent the entire medical community.

It's not even a study. It's an opinion piece.

And it's a very bad opinion piece. It really has no place in an actual scientific publication

Worse for his case, it admits that there are scientists who agree 100% that sex is binary. And indeed the definition of sex is binary in the medical journals.

Where many of these people are delusioned is the idea that sex is the same as a person. You have a person. That person may be male or female. In some extremely  rare cases that person is both male and female. In other extremely rare cases the person is neither male nor female.

But in all of those examples, there are only two sexes. The Sexes are binary.

The only reason that activists choose to pretend otherwise is that they often want to define a man as being a woman where it's convenient and yet define the man is being a man where that suits them and vice versa. And they want to conflate gender with sex because they want a person's gender to have the same rights as someone sex does which doesn't always flow.

This is why you will very often see them conflate gender and sex in one moment and in the next moment insist that they are two separate things.

Males or males. Females or females. All males exhibit some traits we associate with females and all females exhibit some traits we associate with males. But they are still females and males.

And the very fact that these liberals can't tell the difference is a perfect explanation for why our reproductive rates have dropped to 1.3 births per female. You can't get them pregnant if you can't identify them :)

My link wasn’t a study.  Try reading it.

The medical community assigns the sex to each baby that is born in a hospital, and describes that on their birth certificate....

If there are only 2 options, even if the newborn doesn’t fit into either category, the nurse picks one.  That’s completely meaningless.  Biological sex might not even be apparent at birth in some of these outlier cases.

how many birth certificates read fire truck as a gender

You’re not a serious person. No one can say something that stupid with a straight face.

but those cases are rare, where people are born with both sexs...

No one said they aren’t rare cases.  But those rare cases means biological sex isn’t binary.

This is an opinion and analysis article, and the views expressed by the author or authors are not necessarily those of Scientific American.

When PP answered this the same way the media and the left went Nanners for a week.

That took him by surprise.

And he had a hard time answering the follow-up.  Didn't rehearse for such question.

The nurse picks one really, a nurse that is trained as a in the art if medicine, So your saying is the medical experts are saying that there is either male of female...and transcribe it on birth certificates...and the guy that wrote your study is not a medical person are they....

Have you read some of the genders fire truck is not all that far off, all of them are suffering from some case of mental illness....

No it does not, mean anything, when in doubt the nurse pick one....male of female...

We, the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have now done so much for so long with so little, we are now capable of doing anything with nothing.

Even you could determine the sex 99% of the time.

Are you now saying biological sex is never ambiguous?  They’re always obviously male/female?

Yes, unless there is a genetic defect, which is not what you guys are trying to get at.

So, biological sex isn’t binary, since there are genetic anomalies, correct?

Yes, sex is binary. You are either male or female.

The fact that there are anomalies doesn't change that. It just means there are anomalies.

or neither male or female. or both male and female.  But still it's  male and female.

No, they are anomalies. It's the definition of the word. But again, these anomalies are not the point you guys are trying to make when we are talking about some dude who thinks he is a woman and folks like you saying he was incorrectly "assigned" male at birth because he has a mental issue or some fetish where he thinks he is a woman.

Treebeard is starting to remind me of that guy who says Americans aren't proud enough to call themselves UnitedStatesians.

The anomaly itself is not a sex. The same way an M and M that comes out with a mixture of green and red coloring and is slighty misshapen is not a new variety of M and M.
