Logically, this makes no sense to me, that they would be deadlocked on a more serious charge and then unanimous on the lesser charge. If someone thought he was guilty of manslaughter, how do they turn around and think he is innocent of a lesser charge? Oh well on that, I am just glad common sense prevailed. I am sure DUI will be on here to gracefully concede... LOL Also, if I am not mistaken, since the Judge dismissed the other charge... this is done.
