Sorry kiddo.  An irrelevant quote that you don't understand doesn't change anything.  And seeing as you couldn't actually address the point i guess even you realize i'm right.

I never made any such claim that people falling outside the normal window aren't natural natural.

yeah, I accidently omitted the word "not"

I'm aware. So seeing it as yet again that's the only part you could address I assume you can't argue with any of the rest of it.

Oh, okay, so you do accept that transgenderism is natural. Okay, this is progress.

I didn't expect you to understand it.

Everybody understands it. It's not that deep. And I bet you've never even read hamlet, I did and one awards for it along with all of the other works of Shakespeare.

He's 100% right, whenever you lose an argument you start spouting off with absolutely useless quotes better supposed to sound pithy and wise but are utterly pointless to the conversation, or you post links to things that are 15 pages long without suggesting what in it we're supposed to be looking for.

It's just a distraction. It's a grade school level attempt to try and look intelligent when in fact you have utterly failed to make your point. He knows it, I know it, everybody knows it.

I told you you were going to have to step up your game and drop the cheesy bull crap because people here are a little bit too smart for that

I did! Back in high school. Also, Macbeth. But Shakespeare was not my thing. But I do remember being absolutely carried away by Wuthering Heights.

That' strange because I feel like I have been winning. None of my points have been adequately counter-pointed.

So you couldn't understand those simple concepts either. What a shock, you find new ways to disappoint with every post

Oh okay, so you accept that the thing I didn't say was a thing that I didn't say. It's not exactly progress, but it's slightly less stupid than what your usual comments are

And transgenderism isn't about gender norms or spectrum. It's a mental health issue where there is a psychological disconnect between the sex you want to be and the sex you physically are. And as it becomes more extreme it moves into gender dysphoria which is a disorder.

It's natural in the same sense the cancer is natural. People have been getting cancer going back 3,000 years. That doesn't make it a positive thing.

So if you're done lying about what I said to try and make a point you can't seem to articulate, Did you actually want to try saying something intelligent or are you pretty much done now?

I suspect you probably looked at bits of it in class but you clearly didn't understand

Well you come from a point of view where a man can be A woman just by saying so, so maybe you can win instead of losing just by saying so. Everyone else is quite aware that you're losing badly. Worse than that you doing it in such a way that not only calls into question your intelligence but also you're honesty and your ability to think in general

Carl Sagan quotes me.

And we're back to you posting meaningless quotes because you've lost and you can't cope.

You're poorly read, you don't understand the comments you're making or the quotes you're referring to, you run away from every argument you can't address stupid to realize when things aren't going well.

There's a fair number of people here who can think their way out of a paper bag. Are you sure this is the forum for you?

But it is not. And any informed opinion knows this. there is nothing wrong with the function of a transgender brain. It is just the opposite gender of the body.

Of course it is. As it gets worse it actually becomes what is classified as a disorder.

Quote

That doesn't diminish anything. And honestly that was the nicest way I could phrase it. Anything else makes it sound even more like a mental health issue

Transgenderism is not a disease.

Nobody said it was. Wow you're just full of Freudian slips tonight aren't you  :)  Sounds like you think it is and don't want to admit it. What I said is that when it becomes stronger it becomes a disorder. Specifically gender dysphoria.

That's one of the things that separates it from for example homosexuality. Homosexuality generally speaking isn't inherently destructive. Gays live long healthy happy lives all else being equal no matter how gay they are. But somebody with gender dysphoria suffers terribly and becomes dysfunctional. It's an illness.

I've already told you I see through this strategy. It's pretty pathetic.

I'll add that to your stack of lies  :)  So I assume that's a no to having anything intelligent to say?

Kid. You are an embarrassment. Step your game up. It's becoming obvious you don't even believe the crap you're saying and haven't actually researched it and are becoming increasingly distraught by the fact that a number of people are calling you on it. Maybe now's the time to take a step back and do a little reading and thinking before you approach it again

In order to rely on the wisdom of others you need to be able to understand the wisdom of others. Saying E equals MC squared to a Chihuahua does not make the Chihuahua any smarter despite the fact that the equation is quite wise on all kinds of levels.

You have a lot of growing up to do before other people's wisdom is going to benefit you. And until you do simply randomly posting quotes you think might be relevant sort of just makes you look uneducated

You compared it to cancer. A very ignorant perspective.

We can approach life in one of two ways. We can try to walk in other's shoes, try to understand where they are at, or we can exist in our own little bubble of misunderstanding that only takes into consideration how things affect me.

Educate yourself to world that exists beyond your bigoted and narrow-minded approach.

Another lie. I use cancer as an example to point out that just because something is natural doesn't mean it's a good thing.

However gender dysphoria is actually an illness. It has a pathology, you can't have a pathology without an illness. So I suppose in that respect it's kind of like cancer in a very general sense although that wasn't my point at the time. There's nothing ignorant about it, I'm sorry if the truth offends you.

Gender dysphoria is a disorder that destroys lives. It is not a healthy condition.

Actually there are many ways to approach life. You appear to have chosen the bubble however.

An intelligent person approaches life from multiple directions but one of the most important directions is from a point of view of both honesty and information. You learn as much as you can and honestly apply that knowledge. That can sometimes lead to certain unpleasant truths that we don't really like the part of learning to be an adult is learning how to adapt and cope with those truths that you don't like in a healthy fashion.

You seem to enjoy plugging your fingers in your ears and hunting instead. You should correct that.

I doubt you even know what you're arguing about anymore. You're angry because I pointed out some of your fallacies and you're lashing out and making accusations without even knowing or understanding what you're mad about or what specific point you agree or disagree with.

Kid. You've got nothing to teach and you have absolutely no idea about the world. Enjoy your bubble
