Your video DOES NOT SHOW Raskin saying anything about refusal to certify nor STARTING a civil war. Duh

He does say that the SCOTUS left enforcement of the 14th Section 3 UP TO CONGRESS which is true.

Congress ACTING is NOT "insurrection." Duh

It's called "selective outrage". 

If Trump sniffs a flower it means that he's a pedophile, but if Biden makes out with his granddaughter, kisses little boys on the mouth, showers with his young teen daughter, and sniffs all the children that he comes close to, it's harmless.

The weasel in the video is trying to say that Jan 6th was an insurrection, and that Trump led that insurrection, which means that sec 3 of the 14th amendment prohibits Trump from being elected to public office. 

Just because weasel-man is effeminate and wears a bowtie doesn't mean that he knows what an insurrection is, or what it would take for someone to be found guilty of leading one. 

He's trying to say that:

• the US gov't should allow Trump to run for POTUS and then inform his 90M (or whatever) voters that he can't take office, and that wouldn't constitute 1-party rule or anything, and that he'd be comfortable with the resulting civil war conditions which would ensue at that point. We all know that mamby-pamby little b1tch wouldn't be taking part of any of the hostilities at that point though: he'd sit in a gated community, isolated from all of the violence, and if anyone came near his house that would be a war crime. 

It doesn't have to make sense, he's a leftard cultist. 

 

For the sake of argument: if you go by the watered-down definition of insurrection then the assault on the WH, the overtaking of various police stations, and other gov't buildings all constitute "insurrections" which no one was ever charged for. 

Even if you pretend that none of that other stuff happened, it's hard to pretend that there was an unarmed insurrection on Jan 6th, which was orchestrated by Trump, and yet there's still no evidence of him leading it anywhere.

And how does: "Hey, use 10K national guards on Jan 6th, I've already authorized it" work with the "I'm gonna overthrow the gov't on Jan 6th" narrative? 

And why were the insurrectionists so peaceful when they were inside the capitol? Man, I bet that Nancy wishes that footage from inside the capitol was never released... We'd all be left to assume that it was a warzone in there. 

The weaselly boy in that video knows that all the insurrection BS doesn't pass the sniff test, and that's why Trump was never put on trial. "But let's use Sec 3 of the 14th amendment..." 🤣
