And yes, they clearly failed to protect him. The fact that a bullet grazed his hear is not a testament to the SS being great, it is just dumb luck that Trump moved his head at the last moment. The shooter was not stopped. The shooter was able to get into a firing position and take a shot that hit the President. 

You just are not a serious person interested in any kind of honest discussion when you say garbage like this. 

We were not quibbling about 100% protection. I worked in private security for a living, including executive protection. There is no such thing as 100% protection; there is only risk mitigation analysis.

Today, the dipshlt went to a football game and walked amongst the fans with 100,000 in attendance.  Surely you know there’s no way to provide iron clad security at such an event. 
 

When George Bush went to such events, he stood behind bullet proof plates.  He didn’t walk amongst the crowd.  So if the man gets shot at again, it’s his fault.

Yeah... Candidates walk around people as they are campaigning. I never said anything about iron clad security. In fact, if you bothered to be honest enough to actually respond directly to what I said, I pointed out you were the one absurding bringing up this "100%" nonsense. 

Other Presidents and candidates walk around people in crowds... if the SS and local LEO is not doing their job, then it isn' the candidates fault if they get shot.
