This Mt Cashel scandal was major news in 1989-90.  In fact, the CBC produced a movie called The Boys of St.Vincent which was broadcast in late 1992. I had never heard of any sexual abuse scandals involving the Catholic Church at the time, and this predated the American scandal (Boston) by over a decade.

It is the worst sexual abuse report in Canada's history and deserves to be considered.  There were hundreds of victims over decades and it was ignored by authorities.  No, I don't hate Catholics.  I had Catholic friends.  I disagree with the religion because it is a false religion.  It is contrary to the Bible.  We know the Devil doesn't want anybody to know that fact.  Unfortunately you don't know he has you wrapped around his finger.  

Reverend Ian Paisley cared about Catholics too.  I don't believe he hated them.  He just knew they were deceived by the system.  He preached the gospel of Jesus Christ, who is the only one who can save your soul.   Rev. Paisley preached the gospel and was the moderator of the Free Presbyterian churches.  He was a man of God.  

We know the Devil wants to turn people away from listening to Bible believers who stand against false religion and defend the truth from the Bible.  Listening to the Devil will lead to hell.
