Lets start with number 1.    Unleash the cap on exploring  for fossil fuels.  The U. S. Geological Survey Service reported in June 2022 ( most recent figures) that the USA has 373.1 billion barrels of crude oil available through future drilling off our shores and inland.  That accounts for every drop, every smallest gaseous oil in fumes.

So, you want us to unleash the oil industries now, to drill for all if that right? So to drive down the prices of fuel oils and gasoline?  But that in the long run would be unwise.  When we run out...and we will...what then?  it will be too late then to develop vehicles, and especially defensive rolling armor and infantry trucks , artillery, ships, planes, etc to run on alternate fuel...we have to do that now....

Nobody's gonna run outta oil. Never heard of deep well drilling? There's lots of oil on our...carbon based planet.

And nobody is suggesting we halt research into alternative energy sources. But this war on fossil fuels is nothing but fear porn.

We don't HAVE "open borders" that's just the Trump hype.  We haven't had any such thing since the late 1800's.  A Border implies a line drawn in the sand with a big sign saying essentially "This Is Ours, the other side is Yours, stay off mine". In reality it's only that on some main roads that intersect part of the geographical border.  It is not even physically possible to build a wall across parts of it. Example: Niagara Falls....I will be happy watching you from The Lady of the Mist trying to float an inflatable wall down the middle.

Don't try and gaslight me, you little vermin. lol

The borders are OPEN. Texas is doing something about it, but prior to that, it's been a total bum rush from the south.

We need hardcore security ON our borders, and we need hardcore enforcement WITHIN our borders. There is no other acceptable alternative.

Aaaaand Haley quits the race.

https://abcnews.go.com/amp/Politics/nikki-haley-ends-presidential-campaign-major-trump-rival/story?id=106568226

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley is planning on suspending her campaign for president in the wake of a slew of Super Tuesday losses, campaign sources tell ABC News.

This now leaves leaving former President Donald Trump as the last major candidate standing among Republicans, all but guaranteeing him the party's nomination…”

After Scotus ruled that States can’t strike Trump from the ballot, Haley realized that her one slim chance died.   That and she was running out of money, nobody wants to back a loser.

Is our planet carbon-based? Life is based on carbon but it’s not that abundant in the earth’s crust.

Dude :)   She's losing horribly and has no path to victory :P

She's just raising her profile at this point.  Which is fine.

She's also raising the profile of a large enough bloc of Republicans who refuse to vote for Trump. Hopefully large enough to prevent him from winning.

The ghost of George Wallace has come to haunt Republicans. The same toxic chuds who followed Wallace and that cost Democrats a sizable chunk of their base have now taken over and poisoned the Republican Party.

Chuds are a fickle bunch and when they finally give up on the Republicans they'll hopefully all be out in the cold for a generation. Good riddance too.

I don't see why you zombies are celebrating. Trump is just the beginning. After he runs the old pedophile over in November, he'll spend 4 years cleaning up the hair sniffer's messes while installing US friendly policies.

When Trump wraps up in '28, a younger, stronger, candidate (Vivek) will step in and keep the greatness going. ;)

Well i think we can see that they're not anywhere close to large enough to keep him from winning  - but i do think it's important that the message is sent that they're out there, they have concerns and you can't take them for granted.  They shoudn't be ignored just because they're a smaller group.

Well honestly i think this is different.  I think the woke left spent a lot of time calling the unwoke horrible people and trump is their anti-woke response.  I recall a number of 'on the street' interviews and it was clear people knew trump lied a lot and was unhinged sometimes but they WANTED someone who'd upset the applecart. They wanted someone who'd stand up to the dems and poke them in the eye and tell them to eff off.

I think more than anything hes a reaction.

And this would be a pretty prime example of how they got trump  :)

Where do you see that in US elections that are now won and lost on little more than fumes?

No, they'll need to be pandered, catered to and promised stuff.  They will require hundreds of millions of campaign dollars.

Compared to the effort the comatose have put into their anti-woke rhetoric and exaggeration of the term into the all encompassing epithet it's become? You've got to be kidding.

Or a jab of completely useless over-hyped vaccine.

Yep, that's what I just said. It won't take many of them being careful of what they've wished upon themselves to throw his election into the toilet.

If the fumes are spread out, they're of no real power.  It's just not enough in enough of an area to have a substantial effect.

But - it's still worth remembering that it could grow if ignored. It's good for them to be noticed

No, they won't.  But for that matter if you can buy their support THAT cheap then go for it - that's peanuts in the states.

The woke put in 100 times the effort. That's WHY the anti-woke put in the effort today. You don't see the anti-woke burning down berkley just because a speaker they don't like showed up.

Yeah that's pretty relevant :)

Yeah- it's not what you said and once again you're mildly clueless.

The most likely outcome of your level of cluelessness which we also see in the lefties in the states is 4 more years of trump. The question then is - what comes after? Another republican? Because they'll get 8 years most likely and that will be 12 years that hte dems will have been in the background.  I wonder if they'll learn anything?

Well with the supreme court ruling that colorado (and others) were unethical dinks who put democracy at risk and therefore trump can stay on the ballot, there's a good chance that after supertuesday haley's going to be locked out.

Thunk again...the US Sup CT only ruled that until the question of Immunity was settled. So far it looks like Trump will lose on that. Americans formed this country to escape a tyrant King...we are not going to vote another in.

Nope.  And once again i'm forced to explain the basics of law to you.

The supreme court ruled their actions were anti democratic and unlawful.  PERIOD.  even if a federal court was to later rule that he was guilty of insurrection they STILL would have been unlawful and anti democratic.  You can't retroactively justify an action.

FURTHER - trump has not been charged with insurrection by anyone.  So - the court ruling on his immunity is irrelevant.

You m0r0ns who kept insisting  "IT wuz da law"  were wrong, and you're an undemocratic bunch of facists.  Which is what those of us with  a brain knew the SC ruling would be and we told you so.  A state court cannot rule on a federal law like that.

What you do need to give up is your car and your residence. Biden's guests don't have time for your bullshit - they'll need you out by sundown.

Wrong. So typical.  Colorado HAS listed Donald Trump as an Insurrectionist by adjuducation.  He may have gotten the Sup CT to allow him on the national ballot but the recent decision in Arizona to adjudicate the fake electors there and Trumps part in selecting them to overthrow the 2020 election may throw Trump off the federal ballot again because he is continuing to maintain theyvare still performingbtheir work and that is Commission of a Crime..... A disqualification for anyone running for President.  Better catch up in your reading, as usual you are a day late.

As the supreme court noted - they can't.  And he was never charged with that nor did he ever stand trial.  So no.

But it's very typical leftist of you to claim that there's nothing wrong with convicting a man without charges or a trial.  very nazi of you - stalin would have loved it too.

The Supreme Court has nothing to say about how Colorado charges Trump.  Their ONLY comment regarded keeping him in the ballot.  Don't put your whole Agenda on Colorado backing down...they have no intention  of not proceeding against Trump in multiple cases of their own against him. Multiple other states also do.
