1. Point out where I said he was.

2. Point out whre I said he was asking.

3. Trump wants to run a an unhindered presidential campaign.

4. Trump should be subject to ACTUAL laws, not manufactured bullshit coming from left-wing kangaroo courts.

5. Trump is stalling because you woketards are conducting a witch hunt and he knows he won't stand a snowball's chance in one of your bullshit courtrooms.

Once Trump returns to the Oval Office, the first thing he needs to do is take care of the witch hunters. ;)

1&2 You brought Obama into the discussion, not me so what was your point?

3. Trump shouldn’t do things that get him charged with crimes.

4. They are actual laws, that’s why he has been charged.
5. Actually it was the prosecution that went directly to the SC to stop him from stalling.

Trump will be the witch hunter, he has said so.

He IS subject to actual laws and the JURIES will decide if he's guilty.

You (like Trump) are just worried cause there is a MOUNTAIN of EVIDENCE against HIM.

Nope.

But he isn't running for President, either.

Trump is trying to get you woketards out of his way so that he can run an unhindered campaign, and THAT I do agree with - especially since your only motivation is to derail his presidential campaign.

I’ve been following his legal cases very closely.

They are probably the most expensive criminal cases in history, by far. And the reason they are so expensive is simple: Trump has tens of millions of (donor) dollars to spend, and he’s guilty as f*ck.

Since he’s dead to rights guilty, he’s wasting a fortune filing one pointless motion after another, trying to delay his inevitable prosecution. Last week, he filed the absurd motion to dismiss the charges on the notion that a President is exempt from criminal law.  What is his basis for this? The law? Nope. The Constitution? Nope. Case law? Nope. Justice Department rulings? Nope. US Senate impeachment proceedings? Definitely not.

Trump’s incessant frivolous motions and his irrational behavior, attacking witnesses, the prosecution, judges, people who work for judges, the families of people who work for judges… that’s why these cases are so expensive.

What do you call someone who attacks the family of the judge and judge’s staff and witnesses during prosecution of his trial? You call them crazy!  You don’t improve the outcome of your own trial by insulting and attacking the judge every day. And witness intimidation is a felony.  Surely his lawyers have told him this many times.

To be honest, Donald Trump is clearly suffering from some form of dementia. He’s not doing what normal people do.

See, I HAVEN'T been following the legal cases very closely because I know who's pursuing Trump.

It's mindless drivel. Even if Trump WERE guilty of all of the above it still doesn't explain away your motive. Bark all you want; kick and scream all you want; pontificate all you want, preach all you want; try and reason all you want; The ONLY thing you hypocrites care about is keeping Trump out of the White House. None of this legal bullshit would be happening if Trump wasn't running for President.

No. It’s drop-dead simple: If these charges against Trump are false, he’d just have his swift and speedy trials, win, and then attack the prosecution. You don’t file endless delay tactics if you’re innocent.

The easy case to follow is the documents case, because it’s obvious he had the documents and that he wasn’t supposed to have them. As for the others, you admit that you don’t know about them, you just have your conclusions. Prosecutor Jack Smith is non-partisan. He prosecuted Democrat John Edwards, for example.  Oh, and Edwards dropped his Presidential bid and the prosecution continued.

All you have is conspiracy; you’ve made up your own facts and your own beliefs and motivations.

No, it's drop-dead simple for anti-Trumpers. It's OBVIOUS to everyone else. If you can't derail his campaign through the present course of action then it's certain there will be more drastic measures to keep him out of the White House.

1&2. My point was to use a former president as an example of a former president, and that's it, not a former president as whatever the f*ck you filled in the blanks with. lol

3. You leftoids need to come clean with your motives: "Keep Trump out of the White House at ALL costs".

4. They are trumped up charges to keep Trump out of the White House.

5. And what happened?

Trump will continue draining the swamp; he's been saying that since before his first term.

1&2. So you didn't have a point.

3: Good idea

4: Then Trump should want to go to court as soon as possible so the charges won't be an impediment to his running.

5: So the SC is going to handle it now instead of going through all the usual legal wrangling. Trump should be happy as it is his stacked court. What is he and his cult afraid of?

Drain the swamp, what a joke.

If the charges are bogus, why is Trump burning up millions to delay? Why attack the judges assigned to his cases?

Why not just have your day in court, win your case, and declare victory?

The reason these cases are sucking up Trump’s time and money is that Trump is deliberately making them into massive productions.  And he’s foolishly ticked off that filing 100+ frivolous motions isn’t enough to end the cases.

Because he's being singled out as a political target and there's no way in hell he gets a fair trial in left-wing courtrooms. He's buying time, that's it.

Trump is an ATTENTION ADDICT. He'd rather risk jail than be deprived of the adulation of his adoring CULT.

He's wasting his CULT'S money, never his own.  But he's rolled the dice (at least) one too many times.

So explain THIS:

A Federal Prosecutor who was appointed by Trump, who Joe Biden could have fired, remained on his job, and just filed a Federal indictment against President Biden’s son. That doesn’t sound like the act of a “weaponized” Justice Department. And Federal Prosecutor Jack Smith, who has prosecuted Democrats, stated that if he were directed or ordered to prosecute Donald Trump, he’d quit.

Are you trying to say the GOP is running their own witch hunt? Maybe, but it's obvious that Hunter Biden is a worthless crack head and it looks like he implicated his father in some shady deals with their family allies, the Chinese. The Biden case is a national threat, and must be investigated.

So you cannot explain. Got it.

How can you claim that the Justice Department is politically “weaponized,” when it has indicted the son of the President of the US?

I am certain that Trump is guilty of the crimes which he has been indicted for.

However, he is not convicted until a jury says so. That’s how the US system of justice works. Surprised you didn’t know that.

Only because a judge tossed out the original sweetheart deal. It took them so long to do anything some of this stuff passed beyond the statute of limitations. Here you are attempting to defend a two tier justice system.

As for Jack Smith....that's pure horse puckey's.

There's no need to explain anything. Hunter Biden is a lower profile entity who isn't running for President - his incarceration would be worth it if they could maintain the charade of justice while they bag the true political prize, which of course, is Donald Trump.

Hunter's dad is a f*cking liar and an illegitimate president. If we can link Hunter's criminal activities to his daddy, then perhaps they can be bunkmates in prison. It wouldn't even take special consideration for a former president in prison, because the liar cheated in the 2020 election - they could just hang out for a while in general pop.
