Meanwhile, in that beacon of freedumb known as the US of A, the current president has trumped-up over a hundred years worth of charges against his political opponent for 1 mostly peaceful protest. 

That wouldn't be a very real threat in an actual democracy, but it's a very serious threat in the US these days, where their federal police force has been remodelled after the KGB. In recent years they've committed crimes, lied to the public thousands of times, held no less than 2 political show trials, and played a lead role in censoring newspapers and civilians for telling the truth.

That is actually an "almost entirely peaceful protest" by CNN/Dem standards. No one was murdered aside from one of the protesters, no buildings were burned down, the theft was minimal... Just a few windows and doors were broken. The scene inside of the capitol was actually quite peaceful. There was a bit of a scuffle at some lightly guarded entry points, but it seems like that was part of Pelosi's/Epps' plan. Or at least that's exactly how it worked out.

Xi is communist but has figured out how to use capitalist means to further the communist cause.

All are actually loyal to money. Even in the communist system in Russia and China there is a privileged elite who tell everyone else what to do, while they party on every night.

Right now the place to make big money is China. They have the production capability, resources, manpower, low overhead cost, minimal regulations. The future is China, so buy in now while costs are low. And of course China has their agenda. They've been clear about what their expectations are as a trading partner.

Now I am not anti-china per se, s if you want to call yourself a Maoist or whatever, go ahead. Fill yer boots.

But China is not a reliable trading partner. That is the issue. When China gets into a conflict, you are going to be cut off from their support. And if you don't like it, can go bay at the moon...

I don’t disagree with any of what you’ve said.  But China the country is a “communist” economic system (actually I believe socialist is the correct academic term as “communism” is the name for the ideal stateless utopia that has never existed anywhere),   even if the its leaders are corrupt and not true believers

I'm not judging this by reasonable human standards, I'm judging it by leftard standards because all of the riots of the last 10 years were judged by leftard standards, stupid. 

3.5 years of leftard riots saw dozens of people murdered, billions of dollars of damages, thousands of buildings burned down, and all that you guys could ever say was "the riots were mostly peaceful".

Why do you object to this one riot being called mostly peaceful? It honestly fits that description to a tee using your own standards.
