'Need too great': Canada could raise immigration targets despite housing crunch

Recommended Posts

Yup, the federal government has become a barrier to Canada’s potential.  Sadly, I’m not sure the Conservatives would be able to cut the bureaucracy in even two consecutive mandates.  It’s like the federal government has fortified itself as a self-serving occupying force and will do all it can to maintain itself. It really has little to do with the good of the Canadian people, who aren’t regarded much differently from foreign adversaries by our government at this point.

Of course it has little to do. Every organism cares first and above all about its own survival and prosperity and why an extensive, entrenched for centuries bureaucracy would be any different, please think of one in a million reasons why and how? No. One has to be incredibly naive to think that... or know exactly how it would work.

So many hurt feelings out there ?

If Trudeau did the jet ski thing, people would praise him for being cool. Lol
