Question: If there was so much widespread fraud in the 2020 election, and so much evidence, why did Rudy Giuliani have to repeatedly lie about two Georgia election workers?

“Rudy Giuliani told a federal court in Washington that he does not dispute that comments he made about Wandrea "Shaye" Moss and Ruby Freeman "carry meaning that is defamatory per se."

Moss and Freeman said in a December 2021 lawsuit that Giuliani injured their reputations when he accused them of conspiring to produce and process secret batches of illegal ballots. No evidence supports such claims, which have been repeatedly debunked by Georgia election officials.

Michael Gottlieb, a lawyer for Moss and Freeman, said in a statement that Giuliani's filing concedes that Freeman and Moss did their jobs as election workers "in full compliance with the law; and the allegations of election fraud he and former President Trump made against them have been false since day one."

Giuliani, New York City's former mayor and once the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan, has faced other legal challenges over baseless claims he made about widespread fraud in the 2020 U.S. presidential election, which Trump lost.

A New York state court suspended Giuliani's law license, and a District of Columbia ethics hearing committee earlier this month recommended that his license there be revoked.

He is also facing defamation lawsuits from voting companies Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic about fraud claims he made about the 2020 election. ”

Rudy never produced any evidence of widespread election fraud.  He didn’t manage to flip a single precinct in the entire nation.

The goal was clearly to jam the machine, create as much noise as possible and try to make a situation where loyalists could supplant the electoral process, with popular support.

Not a bad strategy, but the honor of certain individuals such as Mike Pence worked as firewall against it

His approach to law enforcement earned him respect from many folks in New York. However, his unquestioning loyalty to one man, the 45th President of the United States, led to compromises that tarnished the reputation and integrity he once had.

“Compromises” that cost him his law license.

I must say the Americans pursue these white collar cases with unusual rigour.

Rigour is required to get a conviction here. Speed is sacrificed, so if it slips past the election, it may be for naught as Trump installs a puppet as AG.

It's not a matter of homework. This wasn't an accident. They set out to sell lies about a stolen election in an attempt to steal the election.

He didn't misstate facts because they were poorly researched. He lied to you because he knew you would believe without research.

And there are still people on this form complaining that the 2020 election will always be tainted! -- Well, yeah, it will, just not in the way Trumpers imagine.

Who you spend your time with, will determine your direction in life.

Now, Trump will wash his hands, and Giuliani will be left alone as any soldier that follows blindly.

It's ok, when Rudy gets angry enough at Trump, MSNBC can offer him a job ? just like the other lawyer, Michael Cohen, the one that became religious for a few months to do his time at Otisville. I heard Otisville has more luxury than some hotels.

I seriously doubt that it’s a “luxurious” place by any means. Any prison where you aren’t subject to being beaten and killed by other inmates is a step up, but I doubt it gets much better than that.

See, what you perverts keep dodging is the fact that nobody in his right mind would vote for an old piece of shit like Joe Biden. The dude was almost invisible during his campaign, and yet he pulls down more votes than the beloved, racially correct, Barack Obama? lol

Of course the election was rigged. Common sense and deductive reasoning tell you so, DESPITE the unwillingness of weak Republicans to dig deeper.

No evidence available? So what? This last election STILL doesn't pass the smell test, and it never will - not when you look at what actually "won" the election. lol

Rudy got flanked by a bunch of f*cking cheats and liars. All us voters did.

This next election will be different, guaranteed. ;)

Obviously there was no fraud in the 2020 election.  That much has been established beyond doubt, except for a small group of wide eyed, outraged flat earthers.

Not to worry.  There's always a few.

But as for your second comment: Different in that Trump will win, or different in that the expected whining about election fraud after Trump has his arse handed to him will actually result in the election being overturned?

Set your magic feelings aside and apply some common sense and perspective. It's typical that each president elected gets more vote than the previous winners--more rule than exception. And having an historically awful and divisive incumbent in Trump did wonders to boost turnout. He wasn't just rejected by the average voter, he was rejected by people who would have otherwise stayed home or not bothered to get a mail in ballot.

WTF are you even talking about? Rudy WAS the cheat and liar. It's been obvious for ages, but at this point he's admitted it, just like the Kraken lady.

It's bizarre that you will believe them when they tell you lies, but won't believe them when they confess to the lies.

When LEGALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT TRUMP'S LANDSLIDE VICTORY ON ELECTION NIGHT turned into a Biden victor, after a bunch of fake votes were printed, the electoral process was supplanted. Now we cannot trust elections, thanks to the Nazi Democrats

1. Obviously Leftists are cheaters, which is why we have to take extra precautions in this next election - it's a pain in the a$$, but it's the only way to keep you perverts from rigging another election.

The earth is round. Who told you it isn't?

2. Different in that the Republican will win - any Republican. This makes perfect sense given the level of ldiocy that has infested the democrat party. Even liberals like Bill Maher are pulling their heads out of their a$$es. You woketards will be extinct in less than five years. ;)

Why do I have to do that? This is not secret info. The population grows.

Clinton 1 < Clinton 2 < GWB 1 < GWB 2 < Obama 1 >Obama 2 >Trump  < Biden

In the last 30 years, the only winners who have gotten fewer votes than the previous winner is Obama getting fewer votes in his second win, and Trump getting even fewer votes than that.

No, numbnuts, I'm talking about the sheer numbers that went to Joe Biden in 2020. We'll even use wikipedia for this exercise. Look at the total votes for each candidate and tell me where Biden's line sticks out.

Sorry, but "Deluge's OPINION" will NEVER be the standard by which election integrity will be judged. LMAO

If you have NO EVIDENCE of fraud, ALL YOU HAVE is the certified vote count.

No. The number of votes received by the winning Presidential candidate is the highest ever received virtually every single time.

Yes, "numbnuts." I too, am talking about the total number of votes. Do you even realize that you provided to me the link I already provided to you?

And no, there is no "problem" with the numbers. Voter turnout was almost a full 10% higher than the previous election. Trump was not a popular president. He was a corrupt criminal, a divisive force and an existential threat to the country. People turned out to give him the boot.

You seem surprised that he lost, like it's somehow inconceivable, but his approval ratings were awful and he trailed significantly in the polls. The surprise would have been if he were reelected.

It's a CLEAR sign of DENIAL. Many in the MAGA CULT are in denial about Trump's putrid popularity ratings the polls revealed because they actually believed Trump when he said only the polls in which he scored well were valid.

There was a time when the American voter was not stupid enough to believe the self-serving proclamations of politicians.

I'm sorry, numbnuts, the democrat COMPLETELY skipped the 70 millions and went straight to 81+ million which means f*cking cheaters got their filthy paws on this election. A pile of shit like Biden does not win with those kinds of numbers. You liars cheated - we can't say exactly how yet, but you did rig this last election.

Biden is even MORE UNpopular than Donald Trump. There's no way in hell that old sack of shit beat Trump in a fair election. Trump was out campaigning, with all the momentum in the world, and Biden was cowering in his basement as if he had already been told that the scam was successful.

That's why extra provisions have to be made to make sure that doesn't happen again. ;)
